People tell their side of the story, they don't seem to understand that things happen. I can introduce hundreds of satisfied customers. These two negative comments are petty. Very small jobs. Yet every job is important. Large jobs sometimes take longer, customers add on more work, so sometimes I can't get to the little jobs on time. Other companies may be faster, but none do better work. I can spend weeks showing jobs I have done. I still have customers that I have done many jobs for 35 years ago, and many jobs in between, doing work for one of those many customers now.
Companies use basically the same materials, my quality workmanship means my roofs last generally Much longer than my competitors. I don't cut corners. I spend half my time fixing other people's poor quality work. Proven hundreds of times.
No, I don't like petty people talking about me. I will address Any and All customers. I will also show you where the roofer that did your job shorted you out of using all the materials as called for, or did poor quality work. It doesn't matter if it's a newly installed roof or 10 years ago, 95% of roofing companies don't do the jobs right, nor with quality in mind. They are just collecting the money and are gone.

Continuing to harrass a customer due to a bad review that was 100 percent facts is very unprofessional. Ironically I never heard anything from Kent after we agreed for him to do the job until I posted a review. Once the review was seen Kent began to call frantically over and over. Then I received these texts after blocking his number due to nasty voice-mails...
"I had many many problems. I'm very good, the best at what I do. Just because I had a lot of unexpected things get in the way of getting your little job done, doesn't mean I'm the things you say. You Really don't know this small time guy! I have customers that call me exclusively and have for over 30 years. I tried to call you and you didn't answer. But you can say what you want. It certainly will not hurt my business. My family has been here and well known for over 175 years! Sorry for your bad experience. "
"After seeing what type of a person you are, I'm glad I didn't work for you. My brother lives two doors away from you.
I don't have hateful, vengeful customers like you. Hope you find a happier attitude in life!"

There is nothing vengeful about this Mr. FREEMAN THIS IS FACTS AND I am sorry you are now embarrassed on how you treat potential customers, not to mention those you lie to, for the facts are out and you are exposed. Continuing to send texts after I block your number from nasty voice-mail is a clear indication of your harassment.

Called to get a quote to replace facia board and gutter. Small simple job. Kent said he would go by and call me with a quote. Two days later no quote. I called back spoke to Kent, he said verbally 750.00 about and he would begin on the weekend and be complete by Tuesday of the following week. I agreed thanked him said I would pay once the job was completed. He never showed up, never began, never called with any explanation. I guess the unprofessionalism in the way he answered the phone call and not responding until I called should have given me insight on what kind of business or so called business this was. I would not recommend anyone trying to get a job completed by Kent and or Freeman Construction. Good luck small timer South Point Village is full of this type, noone is good for their word.
