Free Range Builders

Heard tons of stories about this company. They hire people based on their word. Hiring people that know nothing about carpentry. My boyfriend, one of their best workers recently got fired because he didn't do a job fast enough. He was the only one on the job and it was a cedar shake roof, which isn't easy to install to begin with. It took him a week to do. The customers were happy. Very shady people in my opinion.

We contacted free range about our complete home remodel. Chris from free range came to look and provide an estimate. He said they were interested in doing the job. He scheduled to meet us again the following week with his numbers. I took time off work to meet him. He did not show or call. When I called him he said he forgot, but would reschedule. He did not. 2-3 weeks later I get a call from the owner Les Church who said they don't have time for our job. They wasted 3 weeks of our time and showed us that we were of little importance. We feel free range is spread to thin, and totally wasted our time. I expected much better from an otherwise reputable company.
