Costly but you get what you pay for, high quality installers, clean, courteous, attentive to detail, but you do pay for it.

Way too expensive and a two week delay just to get an appointment. They were going to charge me $149 just to come out and look at a clogged sink. That didn't include the cost of fixing the sink itself. Luckily I found out my old plumber hadn't retired as I thought. He came the next day and fixed the sink for $100.

We just had three Daikin mini-splits installed in our Stowe condo. Will, Eugene and team were fantastic from start to finish. I had lots of questions, considered several options, and they were incredibly patient throughout. I’ve now had the system in place for several weeks and its performance is exceeding expectations. I highly recommend Lloyd’s for whatever services you may need!

We just had a series of heat pumps installed by Lloyd's technicians (Ethan, Avery and Martin). The techs were professional, neat and knowledgeable. All work was done to a high standard; components were level including exterior conduits and the compressor. The installed system runs as it should and is very quiet. Lloyds has been handling all our HVAC and plumbing needs for well over a decade. We have never had an issue with their work, and if we did I know they have our backs. You pay for what you get…..great service….by people we trust. Thank you Avery, Ethan and Martin.

The technician was very pleasant and very knowledgeable about my Rinnai boiler. The service tech communicated clearly and went over everything with me and my husband. We were very happy and will recommend Lloyd’s home Service to family and friends.

When the technicians Baily and Peter arrived they were courteous and friendly. They explained in detail what was wrong with our water heater and told us what our options were. They answered all our questions. They were awesome and I will call them again if we have issues with anything in the future.

I have had plumbing and electrical service work at my home. The workers are polite, friendly and explain everything clearly. I love the service contract which include plumbing and electrical inspections, discounts in dispatch fees, access to emergency call out and a host of other discounts and warranties. In a single visit, the service plan was paid for. Their office people are always easy to reach and very helpful.

I've had a different plumber out three times to fix my kitchen sink (an ongoing issue for 18 months) and they were unable to fix my problem. They also kept my floors clean, probably cleaner than it was before they came. They explain the problem in layman's terms that I could understand so I wasn't just nodding along to plumber jargon.

Lloyd also give me a date of the repair when I called so I don't have to sit by my phone for weeks waiting for a call that will never come.

The service for electricians was a scam: a lower dispatch fee than others I called ($149), but then the quotes (which are not connected to time and materials) are extremely inflated. They want $400 to replace a faulty dimmer switch (googling, I see that $80-200 is standard). Then they try to sell you a monthly membership so these prices are lower.

Ross and Marc did a terrific job, I am officially a very happy customer!!! They took care of multiple jobs with varying degrees of urgency, and now I'm proud to be a homeowner again! Lloyd's you did a great job hiring Ross and Marc!

We just moved in to an older home, and needed some electrical work done to modernize and fix our outlets. Tyson arrived on time, was professional, friendly, and very competent. He went out of his way to provide quality service, even when dealing with some issues with our wiring that we didn’t know existed. He worked diligently until everything was taken care of, cleaned up after himself, and tested each outlet multiple times to make sure they worked before leaving.

Having never worked with this company before, we did not know what to expect, but were highly impressed! We will definitely come back for any work we need done in the future.

Absolute ripoff. They charge a $149 dispatch fee, which is fair - however when asked if that's included towards the cost of any work completed the phone rep gave a shifty answer. Once the technician was here (who was very professional), we were told the dispatch fee does NOT count towards the work to be performed. After being given an outrageously high quote, which would be even higher if we didn't cut open the drywall ourselves ($500 just to cut open the drywall), we politely declined. That's when the technician shifted into sales mode and wouldn't take no for an answer, constantly trying upsell after upsell. Not a good experience at all.

I had a great experience with Lloyd home service. We had a toilet put into our basement and from start to finish everyone was extremely helpful and respectful. I recommend Lloyd Home Service if you need plumbing work done!

Raymond Manning was awesome ! He was extremely professional and made me feel confident in his abilities. Very friendly, personable and patient! I would like to request that he return to replace the needed parts in my water system.

We are very happy with the work that was done on our house today by Lloyd home service. Very professional staff, got right to work, no pressure sales showed us four different quotes for what could be done. All work, which included, two new lighting fixtures, running new wires for a dead outlet, fixing smoke detectors, and finding a source of an ongoing problem were completed within one day. I would and will definitely recommend this company to others.

Robert is very knowledgeable, and performed the annual boiler inspection efficiently. He brought to my attention matters, related to the normal ware and tear of a 20-year boiler, that I should keep a watch on. Like all of the Loyd’s technicians with which we have encountered—- Robert was courteous, on time, and performed the service in short order.

Nick did a phenomenal job - he was on time and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem we've been having. He gave detailed explanations, and let me know the different options to fix our issue without trying to pressure me into the most expensive automatically. He was also able to work up a quote for a different future job, and I had it in my email before he left. Thank you!

Needed someone to come and help put a light up in our dining room... Joey was so professional and patient with a very tedious task, hanging a delicate glass chandelier. He was friendly and respectful of me and my home. He took his time to do the project perfectly and the cleanup was meticulous (poor guy was covered with insulation from my attic!) His assistant, Sully was great, too! Very helpful and detailed, as well. Thank you for a job well done!

Martin Glassford and the team with Lloyd Home Services were great to work with. Lloyd always offers the best service. Their technicians are professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. They are excellent at communicating problems and solutions and they are upfront about pricing. Jacob and Peter responded again to my request for mini split service. This time it looks like they've corrected a wiring problem at the condenser unit. Very professional and responsive.

Bailey is always welcome in our house. Competent and confident with a warm smile, she serviced our oil burner and checked all the parts and pieces. We have a check valve that is occasionally leaking and she will send us a quote for replacement cost. Thank you, Lloyd's, for employing such great technicians.

Our technicians were polite. We had a hot smell and called for an inspection.
Unfortunately I feel they didn't do a complete inspection. I mentioned a concern that it might be the electric hot water heater. They didn't check it.
We mentioned a hot outlet which they did check but said all was well . They checked some other outlets but not all of them.
They mentioned a pricey $2,000 upgrade. But they concluded nothing was amiss.
I wanted to know what the problem was not put in a costly upgrade

Outstanding service. Finally got the outside condenser unit replaced by the manufacturer. Fingers crossed everything goes well from here. Technicians were great!

The condensate pump was leaking and Tyler came out the same day I called with a replacement pump and tweaked the connection to make sure it was correct.

Excellent customer service and workmanship . Today we had a new oil tank installed and the crew did a fantastic job . Kept their work area clean and made sure we were satisfied . They tested the boiler to make sure everything was working . This is great business and i highly recommend Lloyds home service ! A plus is all work and parts have a three year warranty !

Costs are high, but probably standard for the marketplace. Wish I had known about membership decades ago when my brother was managing my property and using Lloyd's services and we had to wait weeks for services. With membership, I now can get better (i.e., lower) rates and an immediate and reliable response for emergencies, which is essential--even crucial at times--both for homeowners and for tenants.
In my experience, Lloyd techs have consistently been friendly, knowledgeable, informative, well-trained, well-organized, very experienced, and thoroughly responsive to my questions about:
(1.) their scientific approach to analyzing the problem(s);
(2.) the rational tests and standard procedures they employ to
(A.) rule out possible issues and
(B.) identify the problem(s);
(3.) whether
(A.) repairs or
(B.) replacements are needed; and,
(4.) the costs of each option in terms of
(A.) parts and
(B.) labor.
Working with Lloyd's techs is, like Vermont, a breath of fresh air.

Alec is very knowledgeable, professional, and task oriented individual. He mapped out “a way forward work plan” to bring our electrical home system up to the current electrical code, as well as offered a financing option to do so. Looking forward to having him back this summer

I’ve been worried about some of the electrical work done before we bought our old house. Joey did a very thorough inspection of our entire house and explained his findings to us completely. He also prioritized the work that needed to be done and gave us a few estimates. He was pleasant and professional and I’m looking forward to getting the work done by him.

Furnace installation. Bailey, Neal, Bradley, Greg, Derek, and the Lloyd’s team did a great job with this whole process. Bradley was excellent in communicating and coordinating the install. Electrical inspection. Nick provided helpful info on current status of the system and options for a few fixes and upgrades.

First I was cancelled on twice. Then when they did come( between 8-10 am) they did a cleaning of the furnace but couldn't get it to start back up. They left with me having no heat or hot water. Told me I was out of oil( which I was not) had to pay oil company emergency delivery fee that was not needed. When someone else looked at it took 5 min to fix. ( They forgot to turn oil back on at tank) and they never contacted me again as far as they know I'm still without heat/ hot water. That and they always are trying you to buy parts that I'm not sure are even needed.
