I absolutely love my 2021 VW Tiguan! It was quite a long day and process but we got it done. I had my ten year old son with me and all of the staff were so great with him. Celia was 100% involved in making sure our time spent with this dealership was as pleasant and easy as possible and, more importantly, that we were completely happy with our purchase. This is our 2nd purchase with this dealership and have recommended to other family members. Our grandson purchased his 1st new car from Preston's last year and is also extremely pleased with both the vehicle and his dealings with all personnel at Preston's.

best dealership experience ever! (and i'm in my 60s). never used them before but my daughter's car broke down so i had it towed to them. they got to it quickly, diagnosed the problem right away, had the part overnighted, and i was back on the road. and while it was there they did some updates that i didn't even know were needed. everyone i dealt with was pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful - Patrick, Aaron, and Adam over the phone and Adam and a woman (didn't catch her name) at the dealership when i picked it up.

Very friendly, The easiest car buying experience of my life. Adam was awesome and easy to deal with , great communication. They even delivered the car to me! Delivery guys were also amazing! Highly recommend. It’s a family run place so they really treat you with great respect. Also I called several times and a real person always answered,
which was really helpful!!!

Absolute scam, what a bunch of jokers. Was told I was a winner for the Deal or No Deal giveaway. Read the fine print, called the sweepstakes line and the dealership line. Was confirmed that I had won, and that I would be able to accept the cash with no strings attached. Drove an hour just to be told that there was additional fine print that I had missed, and should register to 'spin a wheel' for a mug or some air pods.

Winning Codes are different that the Winning Numbers within a hidden part of the flyer. The winning code make its seem like you won because it matches the scratch off. Even the Sweepstakes line confirmed the match and called me to remind me to drive in to claim my prize.

I just felt like a huge chump with all the hidden 'salesman' talk. It'd be nice to have a dealership that is transparent and not using gimmicks to trap people. Safe to say they lost my business.

One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. The staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful. Even more important was the fact that they were very knowledgeable and not pushy.

Preston’s is an amazing locally owned family business that offers new Kia’s and exceptional quality used cars. I purchased a pristine one owner trade in that looked new and was still under a factory warrantee. Their knowledgeable and thoughtful sales and service team made my purchase a breeze. I will be seeing them often with free lifetime vehicle inspections and oil changes. Who else provides all this for their customers in Central Vermont?

Sent in credit app and salesperson said they would get back to me. 3 days later I contacted dealership by email. Kept getting emails back asking how I could be helped. Finally sales manager emailed me and said he tried calling a few days ago. No missed calls on my phone. I emailed him several times and called twice. No return call or email. Been a week with no one helping me. Will take my business elsewhere.

We were greeted immediately by the friendly staff where we were directed to our saleswoman Karen! We had our 11 month old daughter with us which is a whole other challenge in itself when looking at cars, the staff was so kind and patient with us during the entire process. Karen teamed up with the manager Mario to find us exactly what we needed for our growing family! They are the best! So incredibly happy with our purchase and how it felt like we were part of the Kia family!

My car broke down last week, and Preston's was able to get me in a van that fits my whole family in just a day! The salesman Sean McCarthy was helpful and polite, so the staff was welcoming and helpful.

The purchase of my Kia Sorrento was an awesome experience at Preston’s Kia. I was very particular about what I wanted for options and color. Nicole found me exactly what I wanted and was so friendly to deal with. Sean also helped show me the car’s features. He was excellent too. When I came a few days later to pick up the car, closing the transaction went very well. Every employee that I met at the dealership was friendly and helpful. Now I have to learn all of the bells and whistles in my plug-in hybrid. I have now driven it for three days and I absolutely love it!

Spencer and the finance crew were absolutely wonderful. They helped me navigate the internet to get my new insurance card, they were more than happy to help me in anything I needed.

So for decades I have been going to Preston's Kia for my cars and even recommending them, however yesterday was an unhappy experience with them.
I went in to see what they could do for me with this whole big promotion they have going on. I was going in to NOT have my credit run just wanted to talk and get an oversight on what options I had if any. So I went in and sat down with someone from Florida, and I said I did not want my credit to be run repeatedly, and he said no that they were just going to see what options they had for me. So I took his word and that was a mistake.
This guy came back with information on my credit (that I already knew) which is why I didn't want him to run it! Than made it sound like I still had a chance. Took me for a test ride in what he said was going to fit in my budget. But that was another lie.
When we got back he cam back with a number that was over $200 what I told him I could afford. I said many times I did not want my credit run.
But left with no car, and my credit being hit when I stated more that once that I did not want that to be done. So much for trusting on someones word at a dealership that I trusted.
Disappointed

Preston's Kia and our salesman, Sean is the ultimate spectacular gentleman I've ever come across. Sean went above and beyond assisting me with my new Kia, he rescued me when I locked myself out of my house. Driving 25 miles round trip to help me into my locked home! Sean found me a great ride...Better than I expected! ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️
