The crew was very efficient at their job. They worked hard and cleaned everything up very well. Extremely happy with the work Frederic did!

Needed one of their "free estimates" after recent storms and if no storm damage was planning to get on a list to just get a new roof since mine is getting up there in age. They advised they just weren't taking any new customers. Reached out to a friend of mine in a different area of town who then requested a quote after me and they were perfectly willing to take them. Interesting. Seems they are picking and choosing who they want based on area and who they think will pay more possibly. Definitely advise going elsewhere. Seems discriminatory to me.

Frederic Roofing company was quick to come when my roof was damaged due to the recent tornado here in STL. When they came to fix the roof, i barley noticed they were there and it looks like no damage was ever done! Will be using them in future (hopefully wont need it!!!)

Your crew got the project finished in a day. I think there were eight roofers out here they worked good together. they could use some training on the electrical masthead But you did get it fixed, and you reimbursed me without question. I’d like to see your crew have new Drop cloths. Thanks for going to bed for us though with the extended warranty folks. I’m sure we both knew it was a losing battle, but you went and did it anyway I appreciate it. I would use you guys again.

Phil was extremely patient with me as I was shopping for our new roof that would replace our hail damaged roof. He shared locations of several homes with the style and color I chose so I could make a good decision.
The day of removal and installation went extremely well. The workman were kind and respectful of me and our home. Everything was done professionally. When they left, things were immaculate. The job was completed in one day.
The next day the finishing touches were completed.
Gary did an inspection shortly after.
This was our second Frederic roof and I highly recommend them.

Jake Worrell provided top notch customer service during and after our roof replacement. He responded quickly, and kept us updated as progress was being made on our chimney cap installation. I would highly recommend Frederic Roofing and Jake Worrell.

Called and made an appointment. They showed up without even calling and climbed on my roof with no warning. I was not home at the time so scared my daughter. Received the quote pretty quick but when I called gene to schedule the work no answers nor any phone calls back after several voicemails. Gave the work to someone else. Would

They Started backing up beeping construction trucks, screaming at each other, Hammering and tearing off a roof at 5:15 AM. There is an ordinance in Manchester where you cannot start construction working till seven. These people don’t give one care about anybody. They were being as loud as possible, two full hours before they were legally allowed to start working!!

Excellent company. Everything was done as promised on time, and in a very professional matter. The workmanship looks outstanding on all the seals , etc.

Frederic Roofing is an excellent, A-1 company. They replaced our entire roof and used high - quality shingles. Their employees were friendly, efficient, and hard-working. They were able to complete the whole project in approximately 13 hours. The two team leaders, Gary and AJ put our minds at ease, and recommended that we call our homeowner’s insurance company for a reduction in our rates: which we did, and our insurance company gave us a significant reduction! I am very happy that we had Frederic Roofing do the job. And, I might add that it cost less than I had expected it to.

The President came to my house with physical shingle samples for me to choose. They inspected the roof when it was finished. I recently had Frederic Roofing replace my roof from hail damage in May. They did a great job and were very quick. They also did not leave my yard a mess, like a previous company did. I would recommend them for any roofing needs.

I love the new roof but there are some things that need to be fixed around the edges. Not all of the gutter guards were replaced properly. Also the clean up was done poorly. I have picked up more debris than I did from my last 2 roofing jobs combined. I’m still picking up nails two weeks later. I’m also concerned about wood replacement. I’m not sure any of it was and I believe some of it should have been. Would have liked to speak with the roofers but they just left. There was someone here when the clean up started but they also left without speaking to me. If my concerns are addressed I would consider posting a better review.

Just had shingles replaced on my home and shingles and gutters for my detached garage. Received quotes from five roofing companies and chose Frederic Roofing because of the value I perceived in their expertise and recommendations for what would provide the best fit for both ventilation and water security for my roof structure. I was extremely happy with the attitude and workmanship of the crew. Landscaping was protected and left the way it looked before work proceeded.

All aspects went extremely well. The initial review with photos and other documentation were very thorough. The crew chief and crew were tireless workers - arrived early and stayed late. Did a nice job on the clean-up. The follow up was also thorough.

I just had a new roof installed by Frederic.

With two short breaks, this crew worked a 12 hour day to beat the rain.

This is hard work. They took off the old roof and underlayment. They made repairs, replaced the underlayment, and installed new shingles from the 60 lb. bundles carried on their backs to the roof.

We were so impressed with their work that we purchased Subway Sandwich Gift Cards for each of them.

The installation and cleanup were perfect.

Phillip Diallo was my salesperson. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with.

Working with Gene Frederic and all of the employees of Frederic Roofing was excellent experience. Everyone was professional and very knowledgeable of everything involving the roof, gutters, flashing, sealing chimney etc. All our questions were answered and we were given options for the various repairs which helped with the budget.

I just had a new roof installed by Frederic Roofing. From the initial sales person to the installation crew and final inspection gentleman,they were first class.
Originally they had informed me it would be about two months before they could get to me. However, they had an opening and were able to get me in sooner.
While there are a few items they have to repair with the gutter and soffit in one place. I’m very pleased with the job they did.

Had Frederic do some chimney cap installations one 1 of our houses and they were quick with responses and ability to get out to house to complete work. Their customer service is 2nd to none, we bought a new house and had them out to inspect roof, and while guy was on roof he actually made a few repairs. They might not be your cheapest quote, but you will not have to worry if you'll have any water issues in the future.
