I have had Fraser Roofing come to my house a few times because the quality of work by the original roofers was poor. Anthony Castillo recently came to look at an issue with some shingles that were starting to slide down my roof. He did a thorough inspection and showed me areas that need attention now and other areas where I should keep an eye on but don’t need fixing yet. I always appreciate the honesty and professionalism of Fraser’s staff.

Jacob was amazing to work with, handled everything and kept me informed along the way. Crew did quick work and I am very happy with the results. New roof looks great and I know it was done right!

I texted Jacob Fuchs on Monday about the need for help repairing an oven vent that was leaking from the roof. On Tuesday his guy came by, took photos and videos and tarped it for me. On Wednesday Jacob's team was that the house making the repair. Unbelievable response and great service!

Love these guys. Honestly I'm not sure how things would have ended up if we went with a different company. This place works with you, gives you a fair estimate and is more than willing to roll up to your house quickly after you panic call them because you have a hole in your roof. Fraser is the best company to work with! We had such a great experience when they replaced our roof a few years ago that I didn’t even hesitate to call them for some recent repairs to soffit and fascia that had rotted out. It was a relatively small job and I emailed them on a Friday evening so I didn’t expect to hear anything back until the next week, but to my surprise Anthony called me at 8:30am the next day to let me know he’d be in the area and could come out to give me an estimate that afternoon. He was such a pleasure to work with from the first time we met. He made sure he understood what we needed and provided great communication throughout the process. Fraser roofing did a great job on my roof. I used to hate to see rain coming with all the leaks. My roof was in very bad shape. Now I say, let it rain. I have the best looking roof in the neighborhood.

We recently had some roof repairs done by Fraser and they did a top-notch job. Jacob Fuchs, the sales rep, went up on the roof and did a thorough inspection. He identified exactly what needed to be done - no more, and no less. Our house was built in 1949 and the roof was replaced in 2018, but it still has 1x6 boards instead of plywood sheet underlayment, and some were rotting. Jacob identified the places where new decking would be needed to ensure the integrity of the repairs. The work was performed promptly and everything was cleaned up before the crew departed. They were also able and willing to use some shingles that I had left over from when the full roof was installed, so the repairs will match very well (after a bit of aging).

This company was customer focused, and dealt with insurance directly instead of me having to get involved. It was an overall great experience! You can trust Fraser Roofing!!!!

Matt Davis was exceptional. He was honest, he was transparent, he was thorough, and he did not sell me something I did not need. In fact, he specifically told me that there was absolutely nothing that he could help me with as per his inspection, my roof was in good condition and had many more years of life left. What he did provide was an alternative route to investigate in order to find an answer to my actual problem. I highly recommend Fraser roofing and I highly recommend Matt Davis. Updating review because Fraser tried to make it right.

We hired Fraser in 2023 to replace our roof. Immediately after the job, we found a large number of nails scattered around our property. Fraser eventually sent someone out for a "magnet sweep," and even their own employee admitted they must not have swept properly.

Fast forward to 2025. Our gutters were completely blocked, forcing us to pay for a professional cleaning. To our shock, the blockage was caused by a hundred-plus roofing nails. We immediately contacted Fraser to discuss this and were told someone would call us back the same day. It took almost 3 full days and a negative review to get them to call us back.

However, they are trying to do right by us. They sent their crew to come clean out the rest of our gutters (although they left their tools in our yard after that job was completed), reimbursed us for the initial gutter cleaning, and apologized. I think they mean right, but their crews struggle in the clean-up and communication department.

Phillip and the team here were INCREDIBLE both to work with and in the quality of roof we received. They were efficient, professional, and patient with us. Would highly recommend them.

STOP! Please read this if you are considering hiring Fraser Roofing.
I’ve had a horrible experience with this company. They installed a new roof on my house on Dec. 11th, 2024. I didn’t feel confident that they did a good job due to weather conditions and situations that occurred. So I hired a home inspector and the new roof did NOT pass the inspection. I sent the reports to Fraser Roofing.
An outline of some of the concerns/situations follow:
-broke one of my skylights (they did replace, but with a different style). I have asked for the warranty paperwork on these.
-asked to speak to the owners multiple times, but given excuse every time
-noticed that my gutter covers were being bent up to install shingles, even though their contract stated they would be removed and then reinstalled by a professional gutter installer. I asked about this when I saw them doing it. I was told that they do these jobs all the time and know what they’re doing. Now many of the gutter covers are bent and do not lay flat. Also, screws are missing.
-gutter was bent where trash was thrown into the refuse trailer parked at my garage door
-many shingles do not adhere to roof or other shingles, some bulge or easily lift up, whole sheets of shingles easily lift up close to chimney.
-chimney area has broken siding
-I’m concerned about possible buckling/raised shingles at valleys and where the shingles meet the siding, and whether flashing or something else located there has been installed incorrectly.
-appears that old flashing where boots were installed was reused. Edges do not lay flat and old nail holes are present. Shingles lift up off that flashing.
I think I’ve listed the majority of concerns, but I could have missed some.
This has definitely affected my health.The stress, anxiety and worry are constant! It has now been 6 months. I just don’t feel confident that the roof will be fixed the way it needs to be, because comments have been made that make me think that Fraser doesn’t really accept that these problems exist.
I’ve been told that everyone makes mistakes and that I should trust that they will do what needs to be done. But I trusted them to do a good job the first time!
Fraser has offered to come fix the roof, but we have not agreed on the correct solution. However, if they won’t redo the roof, I sent an email on May 12th stating that I would at least like them to tell me in writing how they are going to fix the roof.
The 5 star reviews of this company influenced my decision to hire them, but I wonder what would have happened if I never hired a home inspector. And wonder what shape the other homes’ roofs are in that were installed on that same day. What would a home inspector tell you about your new roof?
Please read all the 1 star and 2 star reviews first. I wish I had taken the time to do that, because they describe some of the exact problems that occurred during the roof job on my house.
I am just relieved that I followed up with a home inspector. Now, I’m waiting to see if Fraser comes through with an acceptable solution.

A wonderful experience working with Josh at Fraser Roofing. We developed a leak where the former owners of our house had installed a satellite dish. Josh came out and inspected the damage and gave us a very reasonable estimate of the fix. After it had been fixed he followed up to make sure all was to our satisfaction. After a tree took out part of my house earlier this year, I had Frasier Roofing handle the full roof replacement. Jacob Fuchs and his crew knocked it out of the park—professional install, thorough cleanup, no corners cut, and solid communication throughout the process.

Fast forward a bit: I come back from vacation to find puddles forming in front of my chimney. I text Jacob, and 14 minutes later, he’s at my front door. That level of responsiveness is practically extinct these days. He assessed the situation, narrowed it down to a potential causes, and got me in the schedule to get it fixed.

Stuff happens—but how someone deals with it is what counts. Jacob didn’t dodge, deflect, or delay. He showed up, took ownership, and is making it right. That’s rare. That’s why I recommend him.

Very disappointed. Had an appointment set up for 10am and no one had shown up by 10:30am. Contacted the person who was coming they said they would arrive in 1.5hr. (Which would be 12pm). By 1:10pm no one had shown up. I called and canceled because we had other plans. No one showed up twice no delay notification, nothing mentioned to us either time. Hope you don't have an urgent matter to correct if your depending on this company.

John Lawson came out to my mothers house - quite a distance away - and took such good care to ensure that she was in a good situation that I was overwhelmed by the help he gave her. Jason responded quickly to my request to diagnose our roof leak and his crew was able to repair it quickly. The drywall repair took a little longer due to scheduling issues but that work was completed to my liking as well. Totally would recommend them.

Highly recommend! Luke, a knowledgeable sales manager, responded quickly when we reached out for a roof inspection, and he got us scheduled right away. His inspection was thorough, from examining the attic to climbing onto the roof to better see it and to get a variety of photos. Fraser Roofing did a good job replacing our roof. However, we had some problems with the fascia. Evan Penny looked at it and said he would send someone out to fix it. No one showed up. We had some strong wind and the fascia came off and is now laying on the roof. I called the first of April to tell them. Evan then sent texts that he would treat the problem with a sense of urgency. I don’t know what his urgency means but the problem is still not fixed. He sent texts saying someone was coming but they never showed up. He knows that because I sent texts back telling him. I am very disappointed

During the torrential rains before Hurricane Helene we had a big roof leak at our business. Luke came right out and got the roof tarped. Then Luke and the crew came back and replaced roof decking and shingles. The area where the repair was done blends perfectly with the existing shingles.
