We had a new roof put on in April 2025. Best decision we made was to use Fraser Roofing. It was amazing how hard they worked. Started early and were completely done in one day and did a great job.

Walter was the first to come out and get me a quote to repair a portion of my roof and even waited out a big storm to still make it like he said he would. They fit me into their schedule the following week and completed the project in one day.

Ryan Tucker with Fraser Roofing went over and above to try to get State Farm to replace the entire roof after Hurricane Helene. Even though SF failed us, Fraser worked with us and did an excellent job on the roof. We highly recommend them.

Fraser Roofing is a shining example of how a business should be run. After Hurricane Helene, our home suffered significant damage—roof, gutters, structure, framing—the whole smash. Our insurance company refused to cover us, kicking off a 9-month saga of delays and negotiations. Through it all, Fraser Roofing stuck with us.

We ultimately had to cover half the job out of pocket. Fraser not only helped us secure the lowest possible price, but they also honored their estimate even after discovering and repairing additional structural damage. That gesture helped us more than they probably realize.

Overall my experience with Fraser Roofing was great and I would, and already have, recommend them to others. Drew was who I worked with from the beginning and he was awesome and I would definitely give him 5 stars! He came to the house 3 different times and even put tarps over where I had leaks while I was trying to work things out with my insurance company. He was always very friendly and quick to respond to multiple calls and emails during the entire process. However, someone else was the project manager for the day the actual work was done and there was an issue.

I want to say upfront, the crew also did a great job and were very fast and did a great job cleaning up after.

I ordered the Landmark Pro shingle, (the highest quality and price). It didn't even occur to me to look at the packaging when it was delivered that morning and I blindly trusted I was receiving what I ordered. The Project manager for the day even went around and took pics of all the supplies delivered. He was totally different than Drew. This guy never even came up and introduced himself or spoke to me about the job until it was finished and I called Drew because there was an issue and I needed one of them to come back. The PM had left before the job was done to check on another issue with another job, which I totally understand, but didn't know until I called Drew to tell him there was an issue, and there was no one still at my house when the team completed the work. As they were cleaning up, I noticed a scrap of the new shingle on the ground and could immediately tell it wasn't what I ordered. I saw packaging on the ground also and saw it was the lower quality and priced shingle, not what I ordered.
The PM came back when Drew told him I called and I told him what I noticed. He went back and checked my order and confirmed what I ordered and looked at his picture from the morning and confirmed I didn't get what I ordered. He also said this has happened a few times recently, so all the more reason to double check...
I understand everyone is human and makes mistakes, but double checking my order and the delivery would have only taken a couple of seconds and would have easily prevented this mistake. I didn't want to make them redo it (not that it was offered) because I knew that would be a total loss for them, so I said I assumed they would adjust the price, and asked for that, which they did.

I was disappointed I didn't get what I ordered, and they did adjust the price for the cheaper shingle only, and I truly don't think it was an intentional mistake, however, if I hadn't noticed it and pointed it out I would've gotten a lower quality shingle and paid for the higher one.

So word of caution, check your materials when they are delivered!

I would still trust Fraser Roofing, and especially Drew, with my business because I think the company is truly honest and honorable and they were always friendly and great to deal with and I think this was a simple error, but an easily preventable error that I am sure they will be more careful of in the future.

Cory and his team were fast, knowledgeable, quick communication and just made replacing my roof a breeze. They did beautiful work at a phenomenal price!

Baden Waters came out to inspect our roof. We agreed to a “roof tune-up” to correct some issues and remove a satellite dish which was done to our satisfaction. We were pleased with the service and repairs done by Fraser Roofing.

Drew Durham and the roofing crew was on time and did exactly what they said they do all in one day. The best part was they had one designated clean up guy. When the work was done my yard and patios were clean of debris.

Told me there was nothing wrong with my roof.in my option any other company would have lied abd charged me a large amount for a repair that wasn't needed. Glen came to our house and I told him what I had noticed since the hurricane came through where a dribble of water was coming through the roof and traveling down the exhaust pipe of the gas fireplace. It was only leaking when rain was heavy and blowing. He took photos and came back the next afternoon and hopefully fixed the problem.

Fraser Roofing did an incredible job replacing our entire roof. They worked well with our insurance company to help with the cost. On the day we got our new roof they showed up bright and early, and were done by that evening. They even replaced a large skylight effortlessly. I was so impressed it was all completed in one day! My experience with Fraser Roofing has been great. After Hurricane Helene, I noticed a leak in my dining room, I called Fraser Roofing to come and assess. The owner Dominick came to my house promptly and did a full inspection of my roof and attic. He then came back to meet my insurance adjuster. After my adjuster determined the leak was not caused by the storm, Dominick actually sent someone over to repair a plumbing boot that was believed could be a source of the leak. He did not charge me for doing this. After the next hard rain, I still had a problem with the leak, after contacting him, he immediately sent over his quality specialist Chris who did another full inspection. I was then provided with a quote to repair the issues he identified. His guys came and repaired the problem and Chris showed up to make sure everything was handled correctly. I was assured that if I had any further problems with this area that they would handle it. I will be replacing my roof in the next 18-24 months and I will definitely use Fraser Roofing. I feel that they have been professional, very good with communication and honest to deal with. I cannot recommend them enough for your roofing needs. They never used pressure tactics or tried to sell me a new roof but did give me a full assessment of my current issue. I am thankful to feel that I have found a roofing company I can trust.

The hurricane damaged my gutters and one shingle. I met Glen Fornasier at neighbors and he came down and gave me a price. The color matches perfectly and it was done very quickly and cleanly. I appreciate their help and response.

I had interior water damage from hurricane Helene, and was told that the root cause was the roof omr a void in my brick walls. After 2 visits and water testing, the cause was pinpointed to the brick wall. Reps from Fraser spent an hour finding this, and did not charge me. I really appreciate their thoroughness and honesty!

I had work done with this company 6 months ago and I'm still waiting on repairs to be completed on new work. At this time I would not recommend them to anyone, they will put you off and don't care about doing it. It's a shame because I have heard good things about them but it's been a total disaster. I've being trying to call that number you left in the review but it does not work.
