We had our roof replaced by Max Woofing in Dec '24 and wanted to share my experience.

I was putting up Christmas lights when Gudiel from Max Woofing approached me. He was friendly and not pushy at all and asked if we've had our roof inspected recently. We moved in about a year and half ago and I hadn't done an inspection except for the basic inspection during the purchase process. He said a lot of roofs in our area have hail damage and insurance can cover the cost to repair.

Gudiel and his team got up on the roof and took a ton of pictures that he shared with me. It turns out we did have quite a bit of hail damage. We submitted a claim, the inspector for the insurance did their inspection with Gudiel there, and he agreed there was hail damage and the roof needed to be replaced.

In less than a week, we had a new roof all covered by insurance.
Gudiel was great to work with. He knows the insurance claims process well, was very communicative, and his team did a great job with the shingle installation and clean up.
