Ductz of Greenville and Spartanburg

We think the crew did a good job overall but would like to have had a little more communication about what to expect before their arrival and even though they were driving a DUCTZ vehicle they weren't wearing any type of uniform as to identify themselves and also didn't do an inspection prior to our scheduled appt which we expected since we actually did our research and watched a DUCTZ cleaning video on UTUBE so thats kind of what we expected in general since this was the first time that we’ve had these services performed in our house.
Also, they didn't wear anything over their shoes which we understand that theyre not going to do everything exactly like the video….but still.
I understand COVID has changed a lot of things but some rules should still be followed.
We also didnt get a call or text about when they would actually arrive at our house so just the lack of customer courtesy/service was the biggest negative.
Otherwise Im assuming the pricing was comparable with other duct cleaning places but cant be sure.
It wasnt cheap which we didnt expect but we’re hoping that they did a thorough job.

They quoted me a price for cleaning my ductwork and my HVAC unit on the phone when I called. They were on time, friendly, professional, and did a great job! They left the place looking better than when they arrived. Everything back in place and clean. No up-selling. I paid exactly the price quoted. I have before and after shots that are amazing. I would use them again.

Karl and his crew are so professional and easy to work with. They do an awesome job with the duct cleaning, repair, and dryer vent clean out. VERY trustworthy!

They were quick to answer my phone calls, timely in coming to my home for an estimate (free!), and scheduled the air duct and a-coil cleaning around my calendar.
