Super thorough. Two people showed up and went top to bottom, outside to inside with fine toothed combs. They provided detailed information about concerns that were important to us. They checked the areas we were most curious about like the roof, attic, and crawlspace. They found things we never would have seen or suspected like moisture in the carpet and mold under the floors. They were there for quite some time (hours) and posted our detailed report that same evening. I would trust this company for any home inspection needs.

We are new to the area and concerned about finding an honest company that knows what they are doing and Wow! We couldn't have been happier with the service we got with Carolina Home Experts!! They were quick to answer the phone, as well as coming out to take a look at our roof. Steve was so genuine and knowledgeable about what we needed to fix our roof. He came back the following week and did a fantastic job! We highly recommend this company to anyone needing repairs done. Thank you Carolina Home Experts!!!

I couldn’t recommend this company more!! They came highly recommended to me by someone at my gym and when we had an issue with our circuit breaker I immediately reached out. They responded promptly and had a technician (Tyler) to my house to help within a day. Tyler was on time and fixed the problem quickly. I now have these guys saved in my phone for whatever comes up in the future.
