Justice Exteriors just completed the siding for my new construction home. They did a phenomenal job and I am very pleased. Austin was very thorough discussing the details and made sure I got what I wanted and made sure to give me all of my options at different price points. His guys did a great job and made sure to do everything with precision. I will definitely use Justice Exteriors again for any of my exterior needs.

Justice Exteriors did a great job removing our old vinyl siding, wrapping our house, and putting up Hardie Plank this week for us. The crew was friendly and hard working and did an amazing job putting up the new siding. I certainly would use them again and since this is an honest review, the job was not without some incidents; broke some plants, broke a bird bath, nail in our swimming pool, and a lot of missed nails 20+ that I picked up myself in our yard (we have a young child and dogs, so this was priority #1). Austin was great to work with in resolving most of these issues and truly a nice guy overall. I know he can only control so much and appreciate him working with me. I would highly recommend Justice Exteriors for any project.

Justice Exteriors worked on our vinyl siding which had come off in a hailstorm. Justice was friendly, competent and professional. He always replied to my messages right away, and was able to fit in the repairs pretty quickly. I was grateful not to have to wait for weeks on end, and they did an amazing job. In 20 years I know I have had 20 guys on my roof gooping & patching around the chimney because that is where I thought the leak was coming from. Nevermind I have never been on the roof. These guys weren't up there 10 min when I had a video of a flue pipe blowing in the breeze. It was attached to nothing & hasn't been attached to anything since before the rood was put on 20 yrs ago. The flue pipe is gone, the roof repaired, no more leak. Run to these guys for your roofing needs. They will do right by you!

Both Austin and Travis of Justice Exteriors were extremely professional in all aspects of our roof replacement. Not only did they and their crew do an amazing job in the space of a single day, they also treated our home and property with tremendous care and respect. I’m a residential builder, and Austin has been doing my work for the last year. He’s the most attentive, professional, and detailed exteriors contractor I’ve had the pleasure of working with. I highly recommend him for your exterior needs.

We had so many issues unfortunately with red horse consulting group. There was a guy there named Zach at the beginning of the project. He had a ton of people refer him in the Simpsonville Facebook group, but I don’t know that they were actually clients or friends trying to get him work. He had me sign a contract, didn’t go through it with me, and then never gave me a copy. At that time I was required to give a large down payment. Then…crickets. I didn’t hear anything for weeks and so I reached out to Justice to get an update. Zach was let go or something, so he took over communication. Austin did offer a refund at this point, but we were desperate to get the project done. Finally after 2 or 3 months we had a date. They came and tore up my yard, and then I got a text from another guy the next day when they were supposed to lay concrete saying they can’t come because and he said it wasn’t his fault when I told him that our yard was pure mud and we couldn’t wait another 3 weeks like that. Justice found someone else to fill in the gaps, his brother in law or something. First of all, he laid the concrete but I kept having to ask him if he was going to take care of certain things. Some of which he didn’t. But then he took out the molds and left, but he didn’t bother cleaning up the concrete outside of them. Justice came and saw that he didn’t and told him he wouldn’t pay him until he did. So he came back and got most of it, but I had to spend two hours myself cleaning the rest up. My yard was super torn up and I asked Justice if he had planned to fix it and he said in the contract that “they don’t do that.” The contract that I never received. Justice came and looked at the work while there was a giant pile of sitting water and said they “did a great job.” No. They didn’t. I had to pay a landscaper another $1500 to come and fix drainage when they could have just graded it correctly. And it looks terrible where the water sat until we were able to get it fixed. He did send the guy back to patch some of the spots where it wore away from all of the sitting water. My house has concrete ALL OVER the sides of it. I asked Justice to fix it and he never did, I had to spend an hour scraping it off my windows with a razor. It’s still all over my siding. He kept offering me gift cards for my hassle but I wanted it fixed, not gift cards. The street also permanently has concrete all over the gutter from the runoff. If the city knew about it they would probably be mad because these drains run to streams and that stuff is so toxic for fish. Anyways, don’t use Justice for your concrete.

Within just a few days of receiving my quote, they came out and installed these lovely gutters within a couple hours! I’m extremely impressed with how they turned out. Red Horse CG does awesome work in a timely manner. I used them for a large roof and a few exterior repairs. I would highly recommend them for any exterior repair work. Their work is top notch and their timeliness is impeccable.

I would 1,000% recommend this company. I needed to have my roof inspected due to my insurance company inspecting and saying there was an issue. Red Horse sent out Travis Dacus the next day after I called and he was on time, professional and very polite. He inspected my roof and was completely honest with me, he told me there were no issues and he went above and beyond and gave me a letter to turn into my insurance company stating so. Not very often you find a company, or people for that matter, that will be honest with you and not just try to get money from you for a job that is not needed. I am forever grateful to have found this company and to have had Travis come out and show what a great company he is representing! If you are looking for an honest and fair company this is the one for you! If we ever have any roof issues this will be the only company we work with!

Had some wind damage to my ridge vent a few days ago. Austin from Red Horse Consulting Group was the first to respond to my Facebook post or help. He came out today and repaired the ridge vent and gave me an honest evaluation of my roof. Did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. Would most definitely recommend Red Horse Consulting for your roofing needs.

I discovered toxic mold under the kitchen sink cabinet which had to be remediated. This involved removing three cabinets which included the sink and a granite countertop. Red Horse Consulting came highly recommended and I am glad I opted to go with this company.

Travis Dacus was the foreman on my kitchen project. He was pleasant and professional and did a great job. He obviously put in long hours, but he never made me feel like I was bothering him. He worked hard to get everything completed for me as quickly as he could, and fulfilled specific requests which were probably outside what would normally be requested. Travis was great communicating with me regarding when contractors would be showing up.
The contractors were courteous and nice to work with and did high quality work.

Red Horse Consulting worked extremely hard to get the insurance to pay the maximum amount and it was great knowing they were fighting to make the whole project minimally expensive to me personally.

Insurance did not want to pay for it for various reasons, but Austin worked diligently, professionally for months and finally got my new roof paid for by insurance company. We had Austin come out to our property and had asked for an estimate on roof repairs and a new roof. He was on time, very professional and gave the most thorough review of the roof and what it needed. He even blew leaves off the roof, took pictures and video.

Very professional. Austin especially made sure I was in the loop and satisfied. I have never filed with home owners insurance so he helped me every step of the way. He was upfront about any and all costs so there were no surprises. I had a small issue with one of the contractors that came out and Austin was more upset than I was and did more than was necessary to make it right. It was nice that he had an extended network of contractors so I got my roof replaced, drywall fixed, and ceiling painted without having to call a bunch of different people. I even spoke with him about getting so other work done after my insurance claim was taken care of. Would highly recommend.
