Our air conditioner quit working on a very hot Saturday afternoon. Gave Frank a call and he showed up in a short time. He did an inspection, walked us through the problem and discussed the options. Based on this a new unit was our best choice. On Monday we had a quote, on Wednesday the replacement was sourced, and on Saturday morning replacement started and was completed flawlessly by 2:00 PM! Before he left he went over the operation details with us and we couldn’t be more pleased. If dependability is important to you, Frank is your guy!

The last couple of weeks had been very stressful after it was discovered I had a cracked pan under a handler unit in my attic. Fortunately, a technician from Al and Riley’s figured out the problem immediately. There was nothing wrong with the actual unit or the condenser they happen to be working just fine. But after inquiring about the possibility of repairing or replacing the pan the option they gave was to replace the whole unit. At this point facing thousands out of my pocket I decided to see if someone else could help. After reading great reviews i happened to find Frank’s Lee the Best Heating and Cooling Company. I called Frank Lee owner of company who quickly returned my call where I explained what the problem was at hand. He immediately was willing to help and agreed to attempt to repair the pan which was the most reasonable and cost effective thing for me to try. Frank Lee quickly got on the job ordering an epoxy product to patch the pan, getting up in a hot cramped attic, patching and repositioning of the pan and then returning days later to test its ability to hold water. In the end, it was a success costing me only a few hundred dollars as opposed to thousands of dollars!!! Needless to say I really can’t tell anyone enough how much I appreciate Frank Lee for saving me on this one!!! I highly recommend him for any air or heating issues that come up because his honesty and hard work could save you big money too!

Great company to work with. Communication spot on, came at the drop of the hat to troubleshoot my system at night. Needed a new system and he was true to his word on the install date. Said he would be at my house at 7am to begin work and he was here and ready to work at 6:55am! EDIT: He listened to my complaints on the new system and follow up and FIXED the new design issue from the manufacturer! This man is what the area needs to meet the AC and Heating needs of CG.

I was referred to Frank by a close friend after I had a different AC company (widely known across the nation) come out to my home only to give me unacceptable solutions to my AC blowing cool air but not actually cooling my home. Frank took the time to resolve the underlying issues and to monitor my AC unit and HVAC system to ensure that everything was working correctly. He was extremely professional, polite and determined not to leave until everything was fixed correctly. Frank was honest about what the issues were and did not fix anything without discussing costs with me first. The invoice at the end was not a surprise, which I appreciated very much. He will be the only one I call from now on to take care of my AC and HVAC system.

Our AC went out in the middle of the night and it was getting very warm in here. We were uncomfortable as were our dogs, and I was also sick at the time and not feeling well. Our air went you and we thought the worst! We thought we were going to have to replace the whole unit. Got a couple quotes and Frank was not only able to repair the problem he was the most knowledgeable and didn’t try to rip is off. We highly recommend Frank and will definitely use him again in the future!

110⁰ outside, woke up and my house was 80⁰ and panicked. I got Frank's number from a friend and he was out here in just a few hours. Thirty minutes later my house was tolerable again!! Frank was kind, professional, knowledgeable, quick, and loved my doggies. Highly recommend!!

For two years we have been dealing with no air flow to our master suite area. After the installer from getting the house built (certain popular big name company), just kept making it worse each time they came out, we called it quits with them. I found Frank on Facebook, sent him a message. He came out did a thorough check, listened to my issues in earnest, and gave a great diagnosis and plan to fix. He gave me a quote 2 days later. It was a fair and honest quote. Frank came out and did the work and spent time afterwards making sure the system was balanced and the new work was doing it’s job.
