We hired this company to replace the dining room ceiling light and install a bathroom fan. Colby gave us expert advice about digital dimmers. He was prompt, courteous and efficient, working in our cramped, unfloored attic. I would certainly hire Seattle U Dryer Vent Cleaning & Air Duct Cleaning Services, WA again.

Frank’s General Contractor reframed my roof over rotted wood, and reframed the window the same way. This is unethical and gross negligence at its highest point. The photos speaks volumes. Please be aware and do NOT hire Frank’s construction. He does a lot of work in Sammamish and no other homeowner should have to live this nightmare. It is astonishing, he has “A+” rating on BBB. That will change in the near future

I used Frank General Contractor to replace my roof. He did an excellent job. Frank and his crew were hard workers with great attention to detail. I can see Frank takes great pride in his work. He was there to answer all my questions so I can understand the whole process.

A few months later, I hired him to paint my house. I was really impressed with the quality of work and the care his team took to prepare for the paint job. My house looks amazing and I’m really happy with his work.

He was recommended to me by several neighbors. I’m glad I found Frank and I will definitely use him for other projects.

Made our home beautiful and the most incredible customer service. My family called several roofers, during "COVID times". We were supprised by how slowly they responded and how often they flaked. We found Frank through the BBB and scheduled an estimate. He arrived a little early, was patient with all of our questions, showed us several examples of roofing materials and the guarantees that came with each. Later he stopped by to show us another example of roofing material and called to check in with us to see if we made a decision. He gave us a great price, was able to start a little sooner than he expected and completed our roof a day early. He introduced us to everyone on his crew and made sure they wore masks when they answered our questions. We have a bilingual household and it was so comforting to find a company that could answer our questions in both of our languages. Frank added to our home's value and make sure we got the highest quality material and service for an exceptionally good price. I've never commented on anyone's roof before but our friends definitely noticed our cute gingerbread roof that exceeded all of the inspectors measurements. Thanks to Frank, we expect our Craftsman to manage Seattle weather with ease and last another 100 years (or more). Definitely recommend Frank and his team.

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
