Bryan was so easy to work with. He kept his word at all times. My roof was done so quickly, hassle free and it looks amazing! He is also very “easy on the eyes”!! ;)

Bryan Franco is absolutely a beast at his job. He got on my roof and took photos of damage and then explained to me in detail what I was looking at. Bryan was with me 100% of the time and helped me in all aspects of the process of dealing with insurance to the inspection with the insurance adjuster. Not only did Bryan assist me in all this, his word's " I bet you i can get you a new roof with no out of pocket expense" wasn't a lie. I got just that! A fully covered new roof! Roofers came and did work! I have a large roof at a 10 grade, and this crew moved so diligently and efficiently. Very top notch group, and I am proud to have Franco Roofing as my contractor forever. The insurance company tried to offer me $1600 to repair my roof. Thanks to the Franco team, that number quickly changed from a $1600 repair job to a $30,000 full roof replacement. And it only took them half a day to install my new 30 year black charcoal roof. These guys are the real deal. If they say it they mean it. Highly recommended.

Franco Roofing are absolute Rock Stars! They assisted us at every turn in our very short timeline to have our roof and gutters replaced. Bryan took charge as soon as he saw our roof. He expertly worked with our insurance company to file the claim and set up an adjuster to accomplish the inspection. Once the insurance claim was approved Franco Roofing completed the replacement 2 days later. The actual replacement was done in a day. Victor was extremely helpful providing documents to assist with closing on our home. With all that said, working with Franco Roofing was a great experience.

My wife and I recently purchased a home with a 9 year old roof that we thought was still in good condition. Our insurance company canceled on us two weeks after closing because they said that the shingles had too much granular loss (this decision from photos that were taken from my "self-inspection" using an iphone from the ground).

Anyways, we fought with the insurance company to be reinstated and Franco Roofing was kind enough to come out and give us a very professional report on the condition of the roof, which we sent to our insurance company and it was enough for us to be reinstated so we didn't have to lose our insurance!

From start to finish the process was easy. They have great communication and it’s the same person each time. They will work and talk with the insurance to help get the claim approved. And the roof was done in one day!

It was great working with Colby during my entire process. The whole team was professional and everything was done to my expectations. I had gotten my insurance claim last year and had been shopping around and had Colby come out and give me an estimate. Turn key 5 star roofing project. The 10 men of the crew knew what needed to be done and they were the best. The crew left it spotless and clean. Great job!! the crew that this company has been using for 25 years just finished my roof everything is in house.
They came in and did everything they were supposed to and the results were amazing. I am extremely pleased and I have recommended to others. They did the whole insurance claim process for me and even met the adjuster to get it approved.

If I could give these guys 0 stars I would! They have a salesperson who is not properly trained. When I spoke to the owner he did not care if his salesperson was not properly trained. Salesperson called my insurance to file a claim and I signed a contract without knowing I thought it was for insurance purposes. He never explained that I was signing a contract and had 3 days to cancel.
I was under strong medication because of surgery and did not pay attention. Salesperson was being very pushy even lied and said he missed my call when I never called him and said they could come out the next day. He sent me a message saying I was under contract. I explained to the owner of the company what happened and he still didn’t care and charged me 15% for not wanting to do business with them.

Mom (Forest Park) just had her roof reroofed by Franco Roofing.. she was very impressed with the workers. They were polite, friendly, and went out of their way to be very neat. She hadn't found any debris laying about, and is very happy with the quality of their work.

Franco Roofing was referred to us through a family friend. The crew drove all the way up to Kansas, almost 4+ hours to install a new roof. The crew arrived as early as possible and worked efficiently and effective to complete a 2,000+ sqft roof under one day. We appreciate our roofing contractor Eric and our manager Jesus for providing my family a stunning new roof.

They are very good and professional people to deal with. They replaced the metal roof on my commercial property on N Western ave. They definitely stand behind their warranty. The first roof replacement had some serious problems. They then performed an inspection and found that their crew assigned to the job had messed up. They then brought in all new metal and materials to completely replaced the roof a 2nd time. They didn't charge me a penny. I highly recommend them and will call on them again. I was truly blessed to find them. A quarter of my TPO roof had blown off they came the same day they not only were professional, but they were very friendly. The owner stop by noticed a couple of spots that needed to be repaired (at no extra cost) that was not part of the contract that was due to the poor workmanship, that the other company that put my roof on two years ago. Before they left, everything was cleaned up. I’ve never had such a professional job done like I have with Franco roofing. I live in Forest Park.
