Discovered during remodeling our house that our roof was shot. Fransicos came out and went above and beyond to make sure my roof was taken care of and that the leaks were no longer an issue. Went from metal to brand new shingles and the guys had it taken apart, new wood installed and underlayment on in a day!!! By Day 2 we are done and we are absolutely in l9ve woth our new roof! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for fair and honest work. This guy's go above and beyond to suit your every demand and they leave it looking like they were never here (except you'll have a new roof).

If negative stars were possible I would give that instead. Insurance company(State Farm) hired them to replace roof after storm damage. They were nice enough when they started working but ignored what they were told about a particular trouble spot around the base of a chimney. They tore up the flower bed killing more than half of the flowers in it and ignored the warnings to stop their truck before they parked it in the flower bed. Still picking up roofing nails out of the drive-way. First rain and the trouble spot was like a waterfall. Took them a week to “fix” it. Next big rain guess what….still leaking! Tried to say it was the chimney facing that was leaking however, BEFORE they began work this particular area leaked in the past and the flashing was replaced and it never leaked again until this company replaced the roof. They were told about this area the day they did this before any work began to pay extra attention to this area, they said they would but did not do so. When told about the leak they talked down to the woman living in the house as if she was stupid and they still haven’t come back to fix it! They also do not respect the time difference from Campbellsville and Columbia KY and will show up at 6am to start working whether anyone is home or not and regardless of local laws. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

Francisco roofing replaced all of the screws on my metal roof with larger ones that had better washers, installed an excellent gutter guard, cleaned and re-aligned them in one day. The crew was exceptional, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. I couldn’t have asked for any better service than I received. The price was very reasonable and I feel he saved me a great expense by repairing the roof, rather than replace it. Five stars to him and his crew for a job well done. I will use his company again when needed.

The flat roof over our garage and den was leaking due to storm damage plus old age. We were unsure who to contact about fixing it, but a trusted friend highly recommended Francisco’s Roofing, so we called them and it all worked out great. In early June 2024 two men from Francisco’s came to look at the roof, and recommended a complete replacement. The crew came about three weeks later to do the work, and finished all in one day. They did a fine job, very professional and helpful, and cleaned up thoroughly when they were done.

Francisco's Roofing has done Roofing for me on two occasions. First to repair a leaking porch roof and second to replace the entire roof on my residence after major storm damage. Francisco’s crew put my roof on in September 2023. By January, I noticed issues with the shingles. I sent pictures to Francisco. His team came out and assessed the situation. They kept in contact from start to finish. They replaced my roof in February 2024. I couldn’t be more pleased with their work and professionalism. Francisco’s Roofing began work at 7 am…removed the old roof…took it down to wood…installed the new roof…replaced the gutter guard and were completed and gone by 1…they worked hard…very little downtime…very professional…answering all questions I asked. They cleaned up when they were finished…other than a new roof you couldn’t tell they had been there! I am very pleased with the new roof and would recommend them to anyone!

Francisco did a great job at my rental house replacing the roof, I also recommend his work on larger jobs, he did our church steeple by building a platform to set the steeple on then roofing around to prevent leaks.
