I visited back in April to order a front door and five employees were in a huttle, and I was never asked if they could help me. I had to approach them. I chose a door and was suppose to get an estimate. Call two weeks later and was told that the individual was in Deming, they would contact him and let me know. To date, no response. Went to Rawson and was help immediately… thank you Rawsons!

Doing business with Foxworth was not a good experience for us. We purchased semi-custom kitchen cabinets. We were told they’d be delivered within 2 months and they’d be fully inspected before delivery. They also referred a cabinet installer (Raul Morales) they said used to work for them. The delivery dates were behind by several months, several items arrived damaged (eventually replaced) and stained with a tacky substance that's still hard to remove. The cabinet installer made some costly installation mistakes that we ended up having to pay for. When we did ask him to fix one of his mistakes, he got angry, hung up and we never heard from him again, even though we had already paid him in full. He abandoned the job/breached the contract and we had to hire someone else to fix and finish the cabinet work. We regret doing business with Foxworth and the cabinet installer they referred to us.

Great staff! They have been very helpful during the whole process of our building an addition to our house. Even during this challenging building time during a pandemic/shipping shortages etc. - the staff go out of their way to help and think of solutions. Customer service, sales, cabinet design, warehouse, and management staff have all helped us!! VERY MUCH appreciated!! Highly recommend this business.

We are in the process of constructing our new home and our builder recommended Foxworth-Galbraith among the suppliers. The first time I walked in to the store, I could feel something is special in this place. I was helped right away and was introduced to Ms. Claudia Valencia whom from the start helped me in choosing the right cabinets and countertops based on my preference and budget. Because she is a designer, she also recommended helpful inputs for our flooring and wall tiles and even lighting. Thus, I have these ordered too from their company as well. Overall, I am very satisfied with the products and excellent service she gave me. I thank God for leading me to Claudia. Highly recommended.

They don't seem to want your business. Before applying for a new construction loan I visited the store in person and dropped off a copy of the plans asking for a quote for lumber, truss, windows and doors. Never received it even after following up. I had received quotes from other business so that was sufficient to begin loan process. Once loan closed, I submitted a copy of plans online (July 15, 2021) and was contacted the next day that plans were received and I would get a quote shortly. I followed up twice and when I never received a quote, I mentioned my disappointment on their website contact page. The next day (8/25), I was contacted again by email and was told that if I would resend my plans they would get this done for me. I did, but again my request was ignored.

you want to talk about expensive! I had a BOM (bill of materials) I had them quote and it was more than double that of Home Depot. Double people. I'm not joking. I didn't get the feeling that they even cared either. When i asked them if that was the best they could do, they simply said "those are our prices". I'm not sure how a place like this is even open with prices like that.
