We’ve been using them for years. Only responsive place in town. Honest, friendly, and will always resolve any issues that arise. Estevan and Brian did a great job. Malachi is awesome. Daniel is pretty cool too.

The Sun City team is truly professional. We've used Sun City on more than one occasion and they are the only team we trust to do any HVAC work. Timely response and top-notch service. Highly recommend.

I very rarely write reviews, but Sun City has earned these five stars for sure. We needed an air conditioner repair right in the middle of summer (everyone in Las Cruces dreads that). I got impatient and called another company that would come out the next day. They told me to replace the whole system (only 3.5 years old) after less than 30 seconds looking at it.

Then we got Sun City to come out. Yes, we had to wait a week during the busy season, but it was so so so worth it. Malachi came out, found out what was wrong, got the parts covered under warranty, and repaired everything. During the process it turned out another part needed replaced as well and he took care of that quickly and well too. I feel confident my system is working well and will keep going strong for years. I will be sticking with Sun City every time from now on.

Our capacitor and circuit board on our AC went out on Sunday. We called Sun City and they had someone come out within a few hours. Since it was going to take a few days to get replacement parts, Jenna and n the front office was able to try and get a rush on it, as well as set us up with portable AC units at a very reasonable price. Everyone has been helpful, friendly and professional through this process and we will continue use them as we have over the last 20+ years.

Just hired Sun City Plumbing for the first time and was blown away with how quickly they showed up, their professionalism, and attention to detail. Justin is a great communicator and fixed everything on our list, no problem. 10/10 recommend.

We just switched to Sun City and are very impressed with the quality of service, from the front office staff to the technicians. Jaime serviced our 2 units and we were very pleased with his work. We were kept well informed of his arrival and when he discovered a problem with one of the units, he was able to replace the part within 24 hours so our system could be up and running again. We received excellent communication on when to expect his visits. We will definitely be requesting him to service our HVAC as part of the service plan twice a year.

Nathan Barela worked on my unit. It was a time consuming project! Nathan was very professional, polite and thorough. He explained every step of the process. My unit is working, and I will be using Sun City exclusively moving forward!

We would highly recommend Sun City Plumbing. We have had them 2 jobs for us. The first one was in 2022-23 at a house we were preparing for sale . It was a big job that took a couple of weeks. They had to open up the adobe walls to rerun and replace pipes. They guys that came were always very pleasant and they did a great job. The 2nd job was in this last month at our house. They put in a new tankless water heater and fixed several issues we had. Again, they did a great job and were always prompt in getting here to fix the issues.
Everyone we have dealt with from Sun City Plumbing has been very helpful and nice from the office to the technicians. They care about what they do and their customers.

Nathan and Matthew were excellent technicians. The resolved the problem almost immediately. They performed a thorough inspection of the system. They did the maintenance required quickly and efficiently. They were professional and friendly throughout the encounter and addressed all my concerns.

They came out to my house and did really great work. I believe the technician's names were David and Louis and they were very polite and professional. They arrived in a very timely manner and we're finished before I expected them to be. They cleaned after themselves very well and overall it was a great experience. I just moved into the area and had a sewer backup that started the night before. Everyone else I called for an after-hours call were busy, so I waited until this morning to contact Sun City.

They were able to get me in with 30 minutes of calling and stayed until the issue was resolved (3 hrs). Justin and his apprentice were awesome...they helped me understand each step and process they did, they were patient with me when I asked questions, and were thoughtful of my home and property when accomplishing the task. Definately recommend them.

Malachi evaluated our A/C system and explained how it was working. Then went through a wide range of approaches should it ever decide to quit! Extremely important and helpful information! Thanks!

We had an area of dry wall in our house that needed repair. Todd, from Sun City Plumbing & Heating, came over and did an outstanding job. The repair is perfect, you would never know there was a hole in the wall. Also he was polite, friendly, and very helpful. He even fixed another minor issue on another wall that needed attention. Todd was fantastic! Sun City is fantastic!

Sun City has been servicing our HVAC units for years. We have a Service Care Plan with them, and they service our HVAC twice/year. Malachi was the technician who serviced our units most recently. He was prompt, knowledgeable, very polite, personable, efficient -- and dog approved!

Sun City has also installed a new package unit, as well as a mini-split in the garage. Their work is always top-notch, communication is excellent, and all of the technicians/installers have always been respectful of us and our property. Wonderful company to deal with!

I had a service appointment with Sun City on April 7,2025. The technicians were Malachi and Matthew. They were running a little late for the appointment, but Malachi kept me informed as to when they would show up. I greatly appreciated that. The service techs were courteous and professional. They kept me up to date on their progress during the service. They answered any and all my questions. I appreciated their excellent service.

Getting your water heating working after a breakdown is really important, both for the obvious (we need hot water) and to put off the day when we have to pay for a new heater. Sun City office staff squeezed us in and the repair guys were fast to arrive, diagnosed the issue, got a part promptly, and had us up in running in good time. Couldn't ask for better service. Todd Hensley patched holes in our drywall that resulted from water damage. He was skilled, conscientious, professional, and a true gentleman. He restored and textured the walls to look like new.

Tech showed up on time and was very nice and professional, explained what he was doing and got to work.

Just a small problem, but Aaron and Cole fixed it. Very professional, knowledgeable. They were on time and finished quick and cleaned up after. Will definitely use them again if I have a plumbing problem. Thank you

Ray and Antonio were able to correct an ugly ductwork issue in my office. They did exceptional work, and I am so grateful to have this problem fixed!!!

Jessy & Socorro just installed a ductless mini-split unit for me today (3/6/2025). They did an incredibly neat job, left no mess at all, and were super-nice and pleasant. I've been very impressed with Sun City in the past, and the work these two did today has convinced me that I'll use this company forever!! Thank you!!!

This is the second PM service from Jaime Murillo, and he is exceptionally thorough. He has done a great job on my A/C, and is always a most pleasant and polite person! Sun City and Jaime will have my business for a long time to come!

We called Sun City for scheduled maintenance. It was late in the day, and he was running late but these guys we do professional and nice, we didn’t mind! Jaime Murillo and Mathew Contu were excellent. I will ask for them next time!

Luis and Fabio came out to install my 2 new AC units. They had them removed and replaced with new units by noon beating out the bad weather forecasted for afternoon. They did an great job on the next day to upgrade it AC units filter to larger size due to bigger units installed. They cleaned up their minor mess during the cutting of sheet rock. They had a minor set back cause the new filter did not fit so they called around and found some went to get them in the meantime t Todd came in to perform the caulking and touch up painting around the new AC filter. They did a great job very professional and courtesy. Great AC installers.

Please let Justin know we certainly appreciate his hard work and professionalism. We have other projects coming in the future and we will be calling on Sun City Plumbing and Heating for those...

Malachi was very helpful and informative when he and his partner were doing the annual service. They took the time to ensure the system had all issues handled/ repaired.

I just had Malachi out for my biannual maintenance. All Sun City Techs do a great job, but I can highly recommend Malachi. He went above and beyond with both his maintenance as well as explaining what was done. He is definitely a 5 star technician!!

I had Adrian Gracia out this morning to repair a leaky shower faucet and install 2 shut off valves for me. I was very pleased with entire experience with him. He was prompt, professional and very courteous. He was meticulous with everything he did, cleaned up afterwards and made sure nothing was leaking. He is now my Go To plumber!

My elderly Mother's refrigerated A/C quit working, naturally on a weekend. Nathan arrived on time and topped off the refrigerant. That fixed the problem for now. A leak in the coils of the inside unit will eventually need to be replaced or repaired. Nathan was very thorough and complete in explaining all the various options. I was very pleased with Nathan and have been very pleased with Sun City plumbing on several occasions.
