I’m am so pleased with the work that was done on my house. They fixed the cracking stucco, waterproofed the house, sealed every crack. They even fixed the rock wall on the outside of the house without me even mentioning it. They finished in three days and it only took this long because it was raining two out of the three days!!! Crew was great and super respectful. If you need any paint, stucco, drywall this is the company to use!!!

Prompt, professional, affordable and a company with integrity. Cesar and Adam did an amazing job on our stucco repairs and Sheetrock replacement, we will certainly use their services in the future. Highly recommended.

The Foreman David Peña and his assistant Adam Gutierrez did painting, dry wall repair, matched texture, exterior doorways, doors, and touch-ups on my house and the work was great. David really knew what he was doing, and if Adam ever came to a stand-still, David would direct him to different areas to touch up or to get more tools needed. They were both very respectful of my home and did not disappoint. They were very quick and effective with all painting that needed to be done. Overall great people, and great work. I’ll definitely recommend Precision Painting to anyone.

We very recently had the entire interior of our home painted. Based on all of the great reviews that we saw, we called Precision Painting. Good decision ! Owner, Erick came to meet with us on the day we called. He was very courteous and did not rush through our meeting. He quoted a firm price that we thought was fair and we said let's do it. The process was seamless. The job was never interrupted and the work was excellent!. Two of his crew were at our home for the entire five days of work, David & Brian. They were courteous, prompt every day, conscientious and just fantastic! We highly recommend Erick & his company. Thanks to you all !!!

Showed up for contracted job and tried to raise his price. Can’t recommend a company who doesn’t estimate a job correctly the first time.

This week, 5/5/2025, Precision Painting completed our indoor and outdoor home remodel. I cannot recommend Erick Galvan and his awesome team enough. There are not enough words to explain the fantastic experience we have had with each one of Erick’s team, and the high quality of work they have done for us. Inside they removed all carpet from our living room and two entryways, then laid full beautiful ceramic tile in these areas. They also removed the tub/shower from our daughter’s bathroom and installed a beautiful, fully hand tiled walk in shower. Outside they completely re-stuccoed and painted our home with the new color we chose. Their attention to deal is unmatched, their care and compassion they have for the work they do is above and beyond all possible expectations.
We cannot thank them enough and will definitely contact them again for anything in the future. Erick, Little Erick, Anthony, Jorge, Albert, David, Adam, Roy you are all amazing and extremely talented. Thank you!

I hired Precision Painting on 4/15/25, and had my interior house painted. This company deserves a five star rating as they did an excellent job. The Painters David and Jeff were hard working and very courteous. They helped move furniture and heavy pieces also. Good job, guys, and thanks, Erick!

Precision painting excels in excellence , professionalism, kindness, courteousness, good manner's , fastidiousness , and patience! We met Erick friday and the following Monday they had already started. All the guys ( Anthony, Eric, Kevin, Brian, Cesar, Adam and Eric Jr ) were very respectful of our home, never leaving any trash in our yard. Erick was here every day. They had it painted by the end of the first day unfortunately, we did not like the color we had chosen so Erick brought different colors and applied them to the home as examples for us to choose from. By the next day, the house was painted. All in all, it took 4 1/2 Days to apply new roof coating as well as fully paint our home (again) as they had to abort an afternoon due to high winds. They fixed cracks in the stucco and even painted our privacy fences and gates. This company not only paints but can take care of all your remodel needs. 5 stars...ABSOLUTELY... too bad there aren't 10 stars for a review.

IFirst, I am providing photos from the Day3 inspection when I was told the roof was completed with two coats and Erick was coming over to collect final payment. You can see the quality of work was sub- standard and everywhere on the roof was thinly coated areas with the old roof showing through that is plainly visible. The job was supposed to have two coats of Silicone roof coating but on the second day, Erick’s son and Anthony showed up but only sat in the shade by a skylight on their phones pretending to work adding the second coat of silicone coating.
Day 1:
Guys showed up to clean the roof and repair areas as needed. Quickly power washed the roof and did no repairs, at the end of day one the first coat of an agreed upon two coat application of silicone roof coating was installed. The damaged areas were just covered with very thick silicone coating instead of being repaired properly with mesh and roofing adhesive.
Day 2:
Two crew members showed up to do a second coat to the roof (one the owners son and Anthony) . They wandered around the roof doing spot coating and then sat down on the roof and played with their phones for 2-3 hours. We know this because they sat down against a wall that enclosed our HVAC unit and there was a skylight next to them and we could hear everything they said inside the house. Also, the wife had an appointment and had to leave, she drove up the hill looking back at the workers who were sitting against the wall, phones in hand and not working.
Day 3:
I went on the roof to check the quality of work since final payment was due that day and found the old roof showing through the silicone and areas that had not even been coated during the first coat or a second agreed upon coating that the workers said was done on day 2 but wasn’t . I called the owner Erick and he stated they did a second coat but it was very obvious they never did, he never checked on the roof, just took the word of his son and Anthony it was done. I told Erick the owner final payment would not be made until it passed a final inspection so he agreed to come over and we both went up on the roof along with a representative from Dunn Edwards who warranties the roof once completed. We found multiple places that were not coated correctly including areas that the original roof was showing clearly through as well as many holes in the coating as seen in the pictures. Erick had his crew pick up additional material and I stayed on the roof and watched them reroll the entire roof. I did notice Erick who was now rolling product down; completely miss a center section of the roof so it seems no one really cared about the quality of the work being done.
Day 4:
Final payment had been done the day before so I went up to check the quality of areas that had been done, finding several areas that had not been rolled for the second time and Erick leaving about 1.5 gallons of silicone in a bucket in my garage so they could come back in two weeks since he was going on vacation with his family. Wind storms were forecasted so since I did not want to have to clean the roof to cover the bad areas, I took my roller and my roller extension along with the leftover silicone and rolled the areas that were not coated correctly. I am glad I did because Erick never contacted me to revisit the roof after returning from his vacation even though he promised he would. I also have found multiple drips of silicone sealant on the exterior walls of the house, spots of old roof coating that had been rolled over instead of removed before the recoating, pictures provided.
Conclusion:
I cannot recommend using Precision Painting for any projects, be it inside, outside paint or roof recoating. There work ethics is terrible and unless you can climb to the roof and inspect things for yourself they take advantage of things with minimal effort and lack of concern for the quality of the job. Most seniors here are unable to get on the roof of their home and feel Precision takes advantage of this, saying two coats have been done when only one has been applied,

The Precision Painting crew performed another outstanding job thanks to Erik and his crew mates. In the absence of hope, we are able to enjoy an amazing garage with our family and friends. A magic masterpiece was created in the garage by Eric and his crew. Having Precision Painting complete our project was a pleasure because of their workmanship, punctuality, and professionalism that the crew provided. We will be using Precision Painting for the following projects and for other upgrades we may need in the future. Thank you again for your hard work.

Erick (Main Guy) and Anthony, Brian, and Adam are the best. They did interior accent walls for me, most of them very high and some awkward to get to. Also, our builder had done the sprayed on bumpy wall paint, so getting a straight edge at corners and ceiling isn't easy. They achieved it with perfection. They came on time, moved the furniture, put down paper to protect my floors, rehung all my paintings and wall decorations for me, put everything back in place, did a thorough after job clean-up and all that for a very reasonable price. And, so polite and gentlemanly. What a pleasure. We highly recommend!

Paid thousands of dollars to get my cabinets painted almost 3 months ago. Had 2 drawers completely peel off and dealing with multiple areas of paint coming off. The surface underneath has the original shiny finish, so it looks like they were not sanded. We are an all adult household who are not hard on the cabinets. Contacted Erick who said we would sort it out and then never heard from him again. Poor work product and poor customer service. Very frustrated as I will probably have to get them repainted. Seriously suggest you look elsewhere for quality work

We had a broken pipe in our ceiling and our bedroom was flooded. We called Johnathan Martinez of Berkshire Hathaway for a reference and he gave us Eric of Precision Painting. Can’t believe what a difference this team made. Gonna be hard coming home because I don’t even recognize it. Anthony, Adam, David, Erick Jr, and Juan were very professional and a wealth of knowledge. I rarely leave reviews online, but I was so impressed with Precision Painting. Their prices were reasonable and honest which is so appreciated these days. Working with Erick I knew I would get a transparent estimate and cost. All the workers were very professional and detail oriented. We really appreciated the care they took with working on our house as we had a napping baby in the house, they would make it a point not to disturb. The work they did on our house was top notch. What great work and a great group of guys! Erick (the owner) and his crew (which included Mike, Erick Jr., Adam, Anthony and David) came out and completed the job WAY ahead of what I expected. This group of painters (Eric, Adam, & Oscar) were professional and super punctual. The quality of the paint job and detail associated with their work was super! I really appreciate that they took their time, didn’t rush the job and thoroughly protected other surfaces that did not need to painted. The day after I painted my garage/front door, my neighbor asked me for the painter’s contact info. Overall, I would hire them again if I needed another paint job.
