Tyler Fox and his team have done multiple projects for our family. Crown molding in our kitchen, total bathroom remodel, siding, gutters, replacing doors, & woodwork. I honestly don’t know what they can’t do! Great quality and very timely! Tyler is super easy to contact and great with response time. Tyler and his team worked quick while also paying attention to detail when placing vinyl siding on my 20x14 garage. They will be returning to do the soffit and roof in the future.

We were satisfied with the roofs, gutters, and porches Fox Property Maintenance completed at our property. The buildings are old and out of square which required extensive work. Tyler is honest and his prices are fair.

We hired this guy to replace our fascia,spouting and gutters. Paid $4k cash. After the first rain noticed the gutter was leaking. So contacted him multiple times and sent him messages and him promising to come back out and fix the issue he has yet to come out. After 2 months of asking him to fix it I contacted him one more time and he said he would be out and still a NO SHOW and no reply. I would not recommend this contractor as they don’t stand behind there work.

My shower was leaking into the downstairs. Tyler squeezed me into his schedule to replace the shower and components. He also moved the bathroom door over to allow for a bigger shower—this involved drywall and adding additional studs. The floor was partially rotted away, so he fixed the subflooring. He completed the work in two days and communicated well with the project.

Fox Property Maintenance was a pleasure to work with. They were able to replumb my kitchen, redo my cabinetry to add a dishwasher and retrim my island in about 6 hours. Tyler and his team did a great job and I am overly satisfied with their work!

Had a emergency on a sunday mid day called Tyler at Fox Property Maintenance and he showed up with a employee and had things running back smoothly very quickly and professionally. Great work all around good people. I would suggest to the next guy for sure! Thanks again!

Fox property maintenance owner, Tyler Fox told my wife and I he was 90% satisfied with the fascia and he was satisfied with that. Refused to fix it saying if we bought the material he would then do it. We told him no we aren't paying for material. You should have done it right the first time. His contract clearly reads that the customer will be 100% satisfied or he will fix the issue. He did not.

Was $1k off on the estimate with gutters saying we should blame the gutter guys and he hadn't done an estimate for them in a year. The gutter guys said this is the 6th job they have followed him on this year. Gave me their card and said contact us if you need something, this isn't the first time he's screwed up. This led my wife and I to believe he was trying to keep his estimate down for our business.

He did fix 2 panels during siding and an electrical issue. He said twice that we were "way under budget" for the roof so we would not see the cost at all. He managed to bring this up when we asked for the fascia to be fixed stating if he has to pay for the metal than he will " make sure to nickel and dime you for everything".

After we spoke on the phone with him, we checked the time stamp of when he cashed the check. It was just prior to this phone conversation.

Bad business ethics and morals. Can't be trusted to stand behind his word or his own contract. Do not use. Quality of work is questionable.
