Foster & Foster

I had this contractor Foster and Foster do 19000.00 of work on my house windows ,roof and siding . After several weeks started noticing things. The holes for the gutter down spot were cut to large look bad. the windows were half caulked and look like they used the wrong caulk. the french doors would not line up to lock the deadbolt and the door leaks when it rains . call Foster he did come out one time to look at the door a said it needed to be calked . No the door needs to be replaced or reinstalled with a proper pan under it .I have triad to get him back out to the house with no success. It would appear he could not care less about the companies reputation .He will till that there is a warranty but good luck on getting him out to your house .Do extensive research before hiring a contractor. update talked to Mr Foster this morning he has agreed to meet with me tomorrow to look at the complaint. I will update the outcome.

I called about a leak in my roof, which had leaked through the ceiling of my kitchen. I spoke to an older man who identified himself as Mr. Foster. Sadly, I do not remember his first name, as his phone demeanor was extremely brash and uncaring. I had to offer my address to him before he hung up, as he did not bother to ask. After I told him about my roof issue, he told me he would come to my house the next day. He never showed, never called, and made no attempt to contact me with a reason for his absence or an offer to reschedule. I truly wish there was an option for no stars, as Mr. Foster does not seem to care about the weight his word should carry.
