I originally started a commercial professional liability insurance plan through this company. Tim H was the one that was taken care of my case. Another Pilot Car in my family both were canceled because this was not set up properly. Tim said sorry was on vacation and let this fall through the cracks. I told them cancel the policy. This could be detrimental to my job to be without the insurance, it was a total lack of professionalism. I went with another company. They continue to email me and even to today 4 months later acting like I never canceled the insurance plan though I have proof by email. Now they’re billing me for a year of insurance that I don’t even have. And got canceled from because they did not set it up properly and I received a letter from the company saying you’re canceled due to nonpayment. They never set it up properly. I called. I said you’re not taking withdrawals from my account Tim never called me back. Until I got the letter from one of the companies they purchased the insurance from saying I was canceled. I asked for this to be canceled last September 2024 and they just keep on like I still have insurance with them and like they don’t read their emails. I asked Steve to get involved and yet I’m still getting emails. I have dealt with commercial insurance for years. My sister was going with this company because it is local for her, and never had a problem with any other commercial insurance ever. This company made a mistake and they want me to pay in full for a policy that they are not ensuring me for that supposed to go through July 2025 but I’m not insured

Tim and his staff are fantastic, they are super friendly, easy to work with, and they always do fantastic and quick job of taking care of any insurance needs I have.

Available, helpful, and easy to understand and work with, especially as I’m a young adult navigating my finances and not knowing much haha. They helped me find car insurance and renter’s insurance I’m really happy with, and have been there for me with questions or problems as they’ve come up. They also remember things about me outside of just my insurance info, and express incredible customer service and follow through in that way. I highly recommend and trust them with all my insurance needs.
