Justin was so thorough!!! His report was easy to understand, and even showed pics of what to look for with repairs that are needed. I feel so much better after he looked everything over, and was able to identify everything that needs attention. Fortress Inspections was quick to reach out and get us scheduled and even followed up close to the job date to make sure everything was ready to go. Justin our home inspector and was very knowledgeable and happily answered all of our questions. The report we received was detailed, included great photos of everything that was pointed out along with detailed descriptions of everything that was found, and we received it the day after the inspection! At first we had believed our home inspection was done thoroughly. However it has been one thing after another that should have turned up on the inspection. We have a shower that has 0 water come out of the faucet, a major plumbing leak that we were told was old at the time of inspection, among other things like telling us our downstairs bathroom was directly draining into the sump pump which after having it looked at was not. Not to mention the amount of things he said he just was not sure about. Now I am questioning the rest of the inspection report and whether it is something that is trustworthy.

Justin installed our radon mitigation system and we are very pleased with the results. He worked hard to get it up and running in a single day, and we really appreciate his attention to detail. His business is highly recommended.

To begin with, I needed an inspection done on a house and from searching through all the inspectors online to see their reviews he had the most reviews with all 5 stars. So I called him up, and his assistant was very helpful in getting everything set up for the day. Also had the inspection scheduled way earlier than expected as well.
Another thing I really liked was that He gave the option to do a walk through or not, which I did choose so I could have a better, first hand idea on any issues that were found.
As we went around the house he pointed out every single thing he considered to be very serious, somewhat serious, and not serious at all which made the experience that much better. It's always better to be aware of any issues and he makes sure that you know of any issues.
After the walk through I was sent an in-depth e-mail including all the details of the inspection, including the serious, somewhat serious, and good things about the house.
I would definitely recommend him for your inspection needs.

Fortress Inspections let us reschedule a septic inspection to deal with adverse weather and to fit travel plans. The inspector arrived on time and quickly went to work. He ran into difficulties locating the tank and had to leave but came back after 6 pm to finish the inspection. He didn't finish up til after 8 pm. The report was professional and timely.
