Caesar & his crew were not only on time but were early to patch a leak in our roof. They took photos & kept me up to date on the reason for the leak. The leak was repaired and the tiles replaced all in just an hour or 2. Great price & friendly & responsive office personnel as well. Highly recommended for roofing needs

This company is outstanding. Everyone from Misty, Chere and their crew were fantastic from the initial estimate and to the completion of the job. Chere went above and beyond especially when having to communicate with my home warranty company. Her communication with me throughout this job was very helpful and appreciated. This is a family owned business and you can tell they take their reputation seriously. I communicated with the owner throughout our project. They were extremely fair priced with quality work. We had wind damage and needed a new roof. I called at least five different roofing contractors and Fortitude roofing was the first to show up and give an estimate. Their estimate was comparable to all other companies. I was dealing with insurance so there was a lot of back and forth. Joseph and the rest of the staff were great; they were very responsive, knowledgeable and worked with me in getting everything I needed. I went with Fortitude roofing and am glad I did. They were quick to respond to my many questions and requests, they showed up when they said they would, they got the work done in the amount of time they said, and I am happy with the finished product. I highly recommend Fortitude Roofing.

When I was looking into quotes they were very quick to respond. I was given the quote just as quick, the quote was great and I was impressed with how quick they got back after every question I had so I chose them and I was booked for a Tuesday. That morning I was texted that they would not be able to go until Thursday due to a vehicle accident so all of the jobs had to be pushed back, which I understood. We were told that the driveway was needed and to leave our car parked outside as they were going to go early; we don't love doing that because we're next to a school, but we did. They were supposed to arrive 7-9am, it was 10:30 and still no one showed, when I asked for an ETA because of the car being parked out they said they didn't need the driveway, which if we would have been told that from the beginning we would not have move it early that morning. They showed up maybe an hour & half later and only dropped off the material and left for a 2-hour lunch break. They came back 2 hours later in a different car, that was not the company vehicle, so not even sure if it was the same employees that did the work, did the work and left. I came home found some mess in backyard, but I paid what I owed. I did have a a question about a part that I didn't know if they had fixed. I was told they were going to ask the foreman and they did, no longer being quick to respond though, it took a week and that's because I emailed once again. I decided not to write a review then although I wasn't happy with the responsiveness once I had paid, but about a week ago I noticed that the parts that were replaced look yellow?? I don't remember them looking like that when they first fixed it and its only been 5 months.

Fortitude was tremendous during our roof replacement; Misty & Chere were very communicative and responsive throughout the entire process, and the crew did a fantastic job at on our property - we are beyond grateful for the tremendous customer service that Fortitude provided from beginning to end. We got our roof redone at the beginning of summer with Fortitude. They showed up when they said and we were very happy with the final product. It’s hard to find reliable companies these days! Give them a call!

We called for an estimate after finding a water spot in the ceiling. Joseph came out and took pictures and that's how we found out how bad the roof was (house is over 30 years old). Joseph gave us two estimates-1 for a section that needed the most work and one for the whole roof. After consulting two roofing companies, we decided that Fortitude was the best company for the job. Joseph is very friendly, knowledgeable and was available when I had questions. Just a few hiccups- the tile order was a pallet short, but they were able to get the tiles installed the same day the shortage was discovered. There seemed to be a lack of communication after the job started. Overall, I absolutely recommend Fortitude Roofing. The roof looks awesome!

AAA had an estimate of $777 which was below my deductible of $1000. I called Fortitude cold and Joe came out. He explained what he was going to do and said it would be $500. Good deal, and he was very knowledgeable. A young man came out and completed the work. I was satisfied. When my wife came home from work, she was not satisfied. I called Joe. He said she was wrong but he would come out and check for himself. Joe arrived and pointed out that the neighbor houses were exactly the same as our repaired roof. But she wanted it better. Joe climbed on the roof and did what she wanted. No harm no foul, but best of all - no charge.

We had issues with our roof and asked Fortitude to give us an evaluation. Joe came out and determined that we needed to replace the deteriorated underlayment.
Most of the tiles were still okay but the broken tiles that needed to be replaced were faded due to age. The tiles were originally replaced in one area which stood out. Asked Joe to follow up with a solution and he had the team rearrange the tiles to the perimeter of the roof that looked great.
And all of this was done while we were out of town! Very happy with the results and the Fortitude team's flexibility to get the job done right.

I had a great experience with this company. After a windstorm blew a few tiles off my roof, I called for help and was told the job was smaller than their minimum requirement. I appreciated their honesty and offered to pay the minimum anyway. The job was scheduled and completed promptly. Communication was pleasant throughout, and I highly recommend them. I'll use Fortitude Roofing again if needed in the future.

I recently contracted to install solar and needed some basic repairs done to my flat roof of my home. I.e. new coating potential.leaks repaired, Fortitude did an outstanding job with the coating work on the flat roof portion of my roof. Additionally, they repaired an existing leak in 2 of my skylights..
They were prompt, professional, and affordable and will be my roofing company while residing in Las Vegas.

Joseph was the best part of Fortitude Roofing. He should actually own and run the company. As for Lee, he is unprofessional and unfortunately my husband and him did get into a very heated argument. Words were exchanged and Lee, knowing that my husband was upset, continued to bait him like a juvenile. We hired Fortitude based on the 5 star review and how helpful Joseph and Cherie were in providing assistance. I received a quote via email and then another letter via email stating that the work would begin at 7am. The workers did not show up until about 10:45am and were completed by 1pm (please see the fantastic photos attached of the wonderful work they did- NOT). I understand that service people have a window to come out to do a job. However, on my letter it stated 7am, not 7-10am or 7-11am. It clearly stated 7am, but Lee argued with me that they have a window of time. I said that should have been indicated then. Also, they used extra contractors in from California to do the job, so not even Henderson or Las Vegas employees.(I could not communicate with them on progress because they didn't understand English and I didn't understand Spanish or whatever they were speaking). My husband came home to a mess in the driveway. Empty energy drink cans, old nails all over, and debris from the roof. My husband is a contractor and at one point in his life had his own business, this made him very angry as he always cleans up his mess. Then when he saw the roof, he pretty much was on the edge. How can this company claim this is professional? Maybe it was just a blow-by job because it was an insurance claim, but still the amount of unprofessionalism and attitude that both my husband and I received from Lee was unacceptable. If, big IF, my husband called Lee a little kid, then he probably deserved being called that because nothing about this company other than Joseph was professional. My insurance company is shocked at these photos and the Nevada Department of Insurance Complaints is equally stunned. Finally, this FANTASTIC roofing company (Fortitude) NEVER completed the job. I called Lee and he started to try to get me to argue with him as he did my husband. Absolutely ridiculous. It seems that Lee’s defense is to pick a verbal altercation and then blame the client.

I would highly recommend! I was very scared from the start with getting my roof repair given the horror stories I’ve heard with certain companies. Not only did fortitude roofing provide a reasonable price the day of the estimate, but they were literally also the only company that was
1. Able to make roof repairs requested
2. Returned my call
3. Actually followed up on the estimate and provided the proper details

The project was scheduled for a certain day, but got pushed back to the end of that week (Friday) which was fine because they provided advanced notice.
The job was completed that day which was great. After a careful review, I noted a couple roof tiles to be broken. I contacted the representative who not only responded immediately by text, but also called me and advised it would be corrected the next week.

First thing Monday in the morning, fortitude roofing was over again and made the immediate adjusted repairs quietly and quickly. The roof looks flawless now and everyone I dealt with was professional!

I was sent two emails, informing me of the date that my repair would be made and the time that the crew would arrive. One said 7 AM in the morning and one at six in the morning come the day of the work was supposed to be done. I called the office at 7:30 being that no one had shown up I was told that there was a meeting and that it would be closer to 9 o’clock until someone would show up and that the emails always gave a window of three hours for arrival times. I informed the person on the phone that that was not the case about my two emails and wasn’t given any apology at all for any of the tardiness. After that I was kind of worried on the quality of the work that might be done. I thought about canceling the job if I could’ve found someone else I would’ve, but I was fearing some rain coming up but when the working crew got here, the two gentlemen were wonderful. They spent the time and did a very good job as far as I know on my roof so that’s my review I don’t know how to give that a star being that start off very poorly, but finished as a positive .

Until I had trouble getting insurance quotes I did not realize the underlayment of tile roofs needs to be repaired every 20 years or so. I had a couple of companies come out and give quotes, fortitude roofing was the one I was most comfortable with and all of the repairs were professionally completed. This company is very easy to work with, and I would work with them again.

Called to schedule an inspection and repair. Both of which are services they say they provide. Received a call back, explained my concerns and gave a brief description on scope of work and they said they have to pass cause the job isn’t big enough for they. Really? You didn’t even see what the job is. You’re going off of what a non roofing professional is telling you what they think they need. The professional had an opportunity to upsell and find things I didn’t know I needed. I chose this place cause of the google rating for customer service. I guess that was a thing of the past.

I called company yesterday and told them I had a two story home with two Spanish tiles that were broken. They told me that they do not just fix tiles but would inspect roof.
Joseph shows up he went on roof and broke more tiles. No inspection. He asked if I had tools and ladder. He said he would do this for free.
I called company and asked him to leave. Terrible company. Do not use this company

We had a leak in our roof of our garage. Many places I called were two weeks out on giving estimates. Fortitude Roofing had a cancellation price was excellent so we went ahead with getting it fixed. They sent photos to let me know when they were done with the work. If I need to have any more roof repairs I will be using this company

Armando and his crew worked on my roof today in removing my pool solar. They were very professional, detailed, and ensured that the pieces got removed with no damage. He also repositioned some of my roof tiles on the front on his own accord. This company is top notch and very customer service oriented!

Updated review. At first I really thought this company cared about their customers, but sadly once they receive your money, they blatantly ignore your phone calls. I had a leak after our roof was completed. We had it on our radar that there might be an issue in that area…Santiago offered to come back at no charge, but we would have to remove our air duct. Once I got quotes from the AC company, Santiago vanished. Two months of unanswered calls and texts and I still have a leak. Note to Santiago…we don’t stop being your customer once you get paid!

Santiago and his team were fantastic! They came back multiple times to make sure everything was right with our project. It was a challenge ,but in the end it all worked out! Will definitely use again and I have already referred them to anyone looking for a reliable roofing company. Thank you guys!

I asked for specific repairs on our roof and he never tried to upsell me or take advantage by telling it was worse than it really was, or that more was needed than necessary. During the two weeks that I was out of town dealing with my Dad's sudden death there must have been a heavy rain storm because when I got back home I found a brown area on the ceiling of my living room which meant I had had a roof leak.

This area had been repaired (or so I thought) a few years ago. I contacted the company that originally did the repairs only to learn they are no longer in business. Now I know why.

I did a Google search for roof repairs and consider myself very lucky that I decided to contact Fortitude Roofing. Santiago was at my home on the day and at the time he promised he would be there. He also noticed another spot on my ceiling that I had not even seen.

I had absolutely no idea what the repair would cost but I had an amount in my head that I thought would be reasonable. Santiago must be a mind reader because the amount I had hoped it would cost was what he quoted.

The work was done in a very timely manner by two of the nicest, most professional, and courteous men. They cleaned up my yard and were most respectful of my home.

I highly recommend Fortitude Roofing and should I ever need any more roofing work done (I certainly hope not...sorry Santiago!!), I will use them again.
