Last season I had them come out and give me a quote on a roofing project that I had and they played the whole game of calling the boss to get a discount because the price was really absurd and playing phone tag back and forth trying to con me. 14 Grand which is doublethe cost that I ended up paying because you see I ended up going with a different company and having the roof put on and even though I tell them that I literally had a new roof put on that season they still keep calling me all the time asking me how my project is goingi explain is done went with someone else and to please stop calling and they keep calling get out of here quit harassing me

We just had a new metal roof installed by Forever Metal Roof. Jessie was the crew leader on our roof and was very professional at all times. The crew picked up every day, made sure our dog fence was up when they left and communicated with us during the entire project. They completely striped 3 layers of shingles down to the bare boards and installed our roof in 8 days. We are so glad we chose them over the other 2 we had gotten quotes from (one never responded to a question about their quote and the other company was just slightly lower but was going to go over the old roof and not strip it!). We highly recommend Forever Metal Roof!!

Forever Metal Roof was recommended to me by a friend who had his roof replaced. Last year I had them replace my tar shingle roof with an all metal roof. I have found that Forever Metal roof stands behind their workmanship and product. They can be trusted to do an excellent job and keep their word. When the snow comes off a metal roof it comes of fast. In the process of this my vent pipe on my addition was broken. When I contacted them they assured me that they would repair my pipe and put up snow dams so that this would not happen again. They also said that they would do it at no additional cost to me. They kept their word. Their technicians did a very good job. They were courteous and made sure that I was happy with their work.

Got our roof put in this July. So far so good. The crew did good work but couldn't communicate with them. They found a couple pieces of plywood that needed replacement and just did it, no extra. The off ice people were good. I would recommend them.

Just had our metal roof installed....The crew were the most respectful workers I have ever seen, showed up early, stayed late....cleaned every inch of the yard when they were done for the day, never asked for a thing. They were so respectful to my Yard, my Property and Most Important to my 2 Golden Retrievers..Their work was meticulous and nothing short of perfect....I highly recommend this company !

Forever Metal Roof did an outstanding job installing our metal roof. Everyone at the company was an absolute pleasure to deal with and the lead installer on the job (Jesse) was an absolute gem. He was meticulous with every facet of the installation and responded to all of my questions and requests promptly. He is a real craftsman, and believe me, my roof was a very tough project given all of the dormers and valleys. Installing a metal roof like the one I chose takes a real pro.

The main reason I had the roof installed was because I had problems with snow from the upper part of my roof melting and then re-freezing at the bottom. I had a heated edge system installed a few years back which helped with the issues in the gutters but moved the icing problem further up the roof. When the first couple of snow storms came (after installation began), including one 16 inch storm, I was happy to see how well the snow shed from the upper parts of the roof!

It was amazing to watch Jesse and his crew work during the winter and on some very cold days. I don't know how they do it!

As you can clearly see from the pictures, the new roof looks amazing. I have had several people ask if it is slate (although when you are close to it you can recognize that it is metal).

I can't say enough good things about the company. I dealt with the CEO with one issue and she responded exactly as I would have hoped. And Deb Lyons who coordinates things from the office was beyond responsive. Another gem for sure.

From sales to completion, Forever Metal Roof was a great experience. Steve the salesperson was clear on the product and procedure for the installation. Wonderful company to work with from the quote, to update, the install and the check in after. The crew was fabulous and we love our new metal roof. Especially now that we do not have to rake it anymore. It's cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. Great job!

This company before it was sold to the new owners used to be amazing and offer great customer service but after it was sold and while I was under contract to have a new metal roof installed, the week before the installation, Steve the project manager and foreman called me to tell me that he was braking the contract because he didn't feel like doing the project that we contracted them to do back in August of 2018. He had no reason other than he just didn't want the job and wasnt making enough money off of it. I also feel like this company discriminates against gay couples like myself. Do yourself a big favor and stay away from this company. They dont care about customer service or respect their customers. Steve was specifically very nasty, rude, and disrespectful towards me.

I am seriously not impressed with what they call customer service. They have had thousands of my dollars in their account for months, with nothing to show for it on my end. I was even asked to pay an additional $1K to have a small HAM radio antanna and a cupola removed, but the contracted worker "Joe" (from a company NOT called FMR) had no idea that he was to do this. He also said he would be out here today. No-Show so far. But why should I be surprised that "Joe" the contractor from another company is a No-Show The whole FMR company has been in effect a No-Show since I first dumped over $7K into their bank in the summer of 2018. They now have over $14K of my money, as I was required to pay an additional $7K when they dumped the materials in my yard.

They use subcontractors that are extremely unreliable. Stripped my roof and left it for 2 weeks with only ice and water barrier on it. 2nd crew was a lot better more professional, however since they ( finished ) 17 months ago. We have had many leaks and still do. Use someone else.

Working with this company was great. Everyone we spoke with and met were all efficient, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. A big thanks to Quade, Mike and Gary for the fantastic job they did installing our new roof. They cleaned up and removed debris daily, leaving our yard, decks and driveway clean.
This company was wonderful, no hesitation in recommending them.

We selected Forever Metal Roof because of other reviews and the pricing to do our large, complex roof. We had a short lived communication glitch that Patrick Hayes resolved in minutes. The sent a crew headed by Eric French to do the install. They battled mother nature for the entire install, but it turned out beautiful and the whole crew were almost like family. The roof is beautiful and we've gotten many positive comments. I would unhesitatingly recommend Forever Metal Roof to anyone considering re-roofing.

Very professional group of employees. Work was completed in even adverse weather conditions without any problems. Yard was cleaned up and the site was left in great condition. Since completion, neighbors and relatives have commented favorably on the work done. The metal roof is wonderful and adds a lot to our property.

We would totally recommend Forever Roof Company. The finished roof is of excellent high quality, and is very professionally installed. The team worked so hard, were courteous, answered our questions and comments, and did the job exactly as we hoped. They cleaned up every night, the final cleanup was immaculate, and there was nothing I had to do after to get my property back to normal after the job was completed. The dumpster/bagster was picked up 15 minutes after the guys left! We love how our new roof looks! Thanks to all at Forever Roof Company!

They were incredibly hard working, and clearly skilled at what they do. The crew worked like a machine, and during a New England winter they had a great attitude, even when they had to shovel the roof off everyday due to snowfall just to begin work again. They impressed my wife and I as people as well as skilled contractors. To see two Uncle's and a nephew, extremely adept at what they do and passing on that knowledge and work ethic was amazing to us, as we have boys have tried to teach them the same thing, something dying in this world today.
The roof came out outstanding, the attention to detail as they finished was very impressive and we truly couldn't be any happier.

This is a great company to do business with. We looked at several companies before going with Forever Metal Roof, they offered the best materials and had extra features that their competitors didn't. We went with a green metal roof. Once we signed the contract there was great communication from the company keeping us updated along the way. The workers were very professional and worked very quickly. After they were done they explained everything and gave some safety pointers when walking on the roof. They completely cleaned up after. I highly recommend this company.

Very professional from beginning to end. Communication was excellent both with the office and crew. The job was completed as scheduled and on time. Quade and crew were extremely knowledgeable, hard working and efficient. Work areas were cleaned and secured on a daily basis. They cleaned up so well at the project's completion, it was hard to tell they'd been here.

From start to finish this was a professional job done by a hard working professional crew. Our home base multiple roof lines with different pitches, 3 chimneys, 3 skylights, and 2 vent pipes, so it was it an easy house to roof. We had 2 layers of asphalt shingles that the crew removed first. The company has the dumpster and supplies here before the crew began so there were no delays ( other than unavoidable weather induced ). The crew chief, Quaid kept us informed at all times as to plans and progress. They were protective of our property and respectful of our home. The crew of Quaid, Mike, Gary and Scott worked long days, were polite, respectful and professional.They cleaned up at the end of each day and the final cleaning when the roof(s) was completed was phenomenal! I would recommend this company to anyone.

This was a wonderful experience from the sales staff to the work crew. It was also awesome to be able to speak with the owner anytime. That doesn't happen with most contractors.

Forever Metal Roof Company is the place to visit if you are looking to install a new metal roof. We were very happy with the professionalism of Patrick Hayes and his staff. Everyone was courteous and they were very meticulous in their work and clean up. They completed the job in a timely matter on-schedule and on-budget. We waited to post this review until we had a few extreme wind, rain and snow storms throughout the winter. It was proved - no more leaks or ice dams. My husband didn't have to go up on the dangerously icy roof to shovel or chip ice. Whew! The snow just rolled off in waves. Love our new roof! I was looking to have my roof replaced because it was beginning to leak. I was very pleased with the professional service I received from Patrick Hayes Jr. He came to my house and was very personable and friendly. I had called one other company before he came and decided to go with Forever Metal Roofing. I was very pleased with the immediate response to my concerns. From Ryan giving us our estimate to the completion of our work everything was exactly as had been told to us. The work was first class, the roof is beautiful and works exactly as we thought it would. When Quade came to tell us the job was done I looked out at the yard and realized that you could never even tell that they had been there.

We hired Forever Metal roof to replace the roof on our vacation home as well as my father's garage. I did a lot of research on various companies prior to making a decision. I am very happy that we chose them. I had seen some negative online reviews and it turned me away. After noticing multiple companies with the same comments I realized these were not correct. If you see these don't let it scare you. A quick google search on the poster will paint a nice picture. We went ahead with meeting them and from the first phone call, I knew it was a fit. They are a long standing family business and right from the start they were very serious about customer satisfaction and doing the job right. There were no pushy sales tactics or add on's to increase the price. They worked very well to ensure we were in the range of my budget and needs. When I heard the passion for their business as well as the thorough detailed explanation of the process I was very comfortable moving forward. The two gentleman that did the work were absolutely wonderful! I can't say enough about how professional and courteous they were. They really knew what they were doing as well as neat and organized. My father grew up in the construction field and has been doing it for 50 years. He rarely hires others to do work for him. When he does he'll point out 15 things he could have done better. He had nothing but rave reviews of the work and high praise for the gentleman who did do the installation. First time I have ever heard him do that.

I also want to note. I come from a long line of contractors and know a thing or two about the business. As a female who owns two homes I sadly have on multiple occasions dealt with contractors who think they can take advantage. Unfortunate to have to say this but it does happen. I had three quotes in NH prior to Forever where that was the case with two of them. This was in no way an issue with these guys. They were extremely courteous and did a great job with not only explaining the process and materials but listened to my input and feedback. Overall a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend the team here.

They worked so professionaly on installing our new metal roof. We can not find any faults with this company. The roofers were so efficient, friendly and very concerned as to how they left our property after a days work. Our new roof looks great, wished we had replaced the old shingled roof years ago!
We interviewed several metal roofing companies and none of them were as through with our concerns and within a good price range. We are so pleased and proud of our new roof!

Very Happy with everything! They came 1 month earlier than expected. They came with 4 guys in the rain and would have been done in 1 day if it wasn't for heavy rain. They came back the next day and finished and after leaving there was no sign that they had even been there except, our beautiful roof.
