Tip Top gave me a reasonable quote, arrived on time and did a great job. They were referred to me by a neighbor who had the same great experience.

They explained the condition of my roof and nature of my original material and how their materials were an improvement.

They gave me an honest assessment of the condition of my roof. In my case, the roof ridge shingles needed to be replaced. They told me that the rest of the shingles were good for another ten years.

Tip Top Roofing, LLC just replaced the roof on my garage and I couldn't be more pleased, I'd leave 10 stars were it an option. Throughout my interaction with the owner Dominic I found him to be very knowledgeable, his communication was prompt, clear, and transparent. The crew arrived this morning within five minutes of when I was told to expect them and immediately got to work. The project manager Jacob arrived with the crew and we went over all the pertinent details. I was unable to be home during the process but when I returned I found everything complete, and the site was immaculate, in fact cleaner than before they began. They even replaced some wide boards along the side of the garage free of charge. This is the best experience I've ever had with a contractor!

Ftom start to finish Jake and Dominic were extremely helpful, kind and understanding. With my roof leaking after coming home from a deployment I was overwhelmed, I found this company on google and Dominic answered the first time I called. He was calm and reassuring and helped me feel better about the situation. Dominic and Jake came the next day to evaluate and schedule. They finished the job the next day. They were fair and honest with their estimate and work. I will be using Tip Top roofing for all my needs on my personal home and multi families!

Jake worked the problem from a previous contractor and solved our problem. It was not an easy fix but we are very satisfied with the repair and the professional way it was handled.

Had my roof replaced 6/23. Company was very professional, engaging, and knowledgeable in ensuring that I knew the process and what to expect during the installation. I was out of town when the roof was replaced but I was sent pictures to show progress and the before and after of the work that was done. Would use company again if I had to have similar work in the future.

Dom and his team were on time and completed the roof install in the time they quoted. They did run into more water damage and I appreciate that they took the time to do it right. They were clean and made sure to protect existing structures from getting damaged. I can't say enough good things about them.
