Poor service after the job is paid for. Ice damage due to improper installation. Made several calls, each time being told we'll look into replacement piece and call you back. Never received one call back. Finally said they had the piece for $50 and I would have to get it. Asked Jacqui if the end was hemmed and she said "Yes". Well of course, it wasn't hemmed and after driving an hour there (2 hours RT) and wasting my time I told Jacqui I was not happy with their business due to the runaround I had received literally over three weeks. She stated she didn't remember asking me if it was hemmed and I told her it was because she didn't listen. She apologized and said she would have the piece hemmed and deliver it Monday herself. I went home and took a close up picture of the hem to make sure they got it right. Then I get her email...

Perhaps ironic that’s the only pic I didn’t get until today, however I was supposed to “know” that was hemmed??? After your visit here this morning, speaking to me the way you did, saying that “ I don’t listen”, speaking about it all with my CEO, I will not deliver that piece to you, if you still want it, its comes as is for $50 you pick up. You clearly have no idea the number of calls that come through my office on a daily basis and I can possibly remember every word of every conversation!! However I do my best, always easier when treated with respect and full explanation of what you were looking for!

I responded to Jacqui's email and asked her to have her CEO call me. That was 4 days ago, no call.

I would not use them or recommend them.

Time will tell. I got 3 estimates and they matched the middle one, they were originally the highest. I've had a couple follow up questions that I've emailed and left voice messages but still haven't heard back. Fingers crossed it lasts as long as they promised. The installers were fast and very respectful of our yard.

Called for quote for snow gaurds someone showed up to look at roof waited to receive quote in email received nothing. Called after a couple weeks lady on phone said tech was out back and she would have him call me back. Another week gone by and still no quote or call. Poor business practice

We had them install a metal roof.about 7 years ago and it started leaking around the chimney .We had another roofing company come out and inspect it and they had said that the chimney was incorrectly sealed. So we decided to have it all ripped off at our expense and replaced with asphalt . And now the chimney is sealed correctly
So, Don't bother with these people cause they don't stand behind their work
Our roof leaks and they came out to fix it once and it still leaks asked them to come out again and they have not responded to our call. It has been a month or so since and still no responses ! So please do not have them do your roof !!!

At each step of the process the follow through was excellent. Every person we dealt with was professional and pleasant. The Technicians were delightful and unbelievable hard workers, working through rain and heat. We are delighted with the look and quality of our new roof.

My initial experience during the install of the main roof was exceptional, but my recent warranty experience sealed the deal, I had to share my experience with the general public. After experiencing a small leak over my garage, near a seam where the main roof meets a shed roof a few years after the initial install (things can happen), Forever Metal Roofing didn’t hesitate. I had a dedicated team on sight almost immediately, the worked to identify the leak and more importantly the reason for the leak. They worked most of the afternoon that day to affect a temporary repair to stop the leak immediately. They followed that up with a material order and on the day they arrived to affect the permanent repair, they didn’t like the way things were going and as a result, spent almost 12 hour’s bolstering the sub roof and rebuilding most of the back side of the garage and shed transition to ensure that the quality and results of the repair were the best possible. They went over and above in every way to insure that their work could be relied on and I was satisfied and confident. I would highly recommend working with this contractor, they are a true gem!

We used this company to insert snow rails on our metal roof to stop the snow from falling hard and fast onto our driveway. It was extremely dangerous and we knew we were getting down to the wire to find someone before winter. This company was outstanding! The rails were installed within days of inquiring and the price was great. Will definitely be utilizing this company for any further roofing needs.

We had a slate roof removed (it was beyond repair) and a 50 yr asphalt shingled roof applied. The crew worked diligently to get this done for us in Dec 2021. I have never seen a crew of people work harder. The sales person, checked in all 3 days that the crew was here and did a final walk through to be sure we were satisfied.Highly recommend this company

All around good experience. Very respectful crew. Work quality was above expectations. Tried their best to keep everything organized and cleaned throughout the whole process. I had my shingles removed and a metal roof put on. Ran into a few unexpected situations with my original roofing. The company kept me updated and didn’t make any decisions before speaking with me first. Project from start to finish took 1 week. Fair prices, not the cheapest, not the most expensive company, but excellent service and quality of the end result! I would highly recommend Forever Metal Roof!

This project finished a metal roofing project started ten years ago on the main house of my seasonal property by roofing the breezeway and two stall garage. Communication with Forever Metal Roof and me was excellent and no surprises. The crew doing the job worked steadily to complete the job in one day. The roof is on and it is amazing to see how well the new roof matches the old. Definitely a job well done by all!

A friend of mine used FMR to install a new metal roof about a year ago. The workers could not locate the rafters in many locations resulting in multiple attempts in those areas. Once they found the rafter they did not properly patch the additional holes created, and still have not correctly fixed the issue to this date. The poor patch jobs lead to multiple interior water issues. Cant get a response from them.

From start to finish a very professional job. Steve the representative came out did the quote applied for finance all very smooth. My next encounter was with Caitlin at the office another very professional and courteous employee. The crew that came out did an exceptional job from start to finish very respectable crew led by another outstanding employee the foreman was very concerned that i was satisfied with the work performed. Clean up was a breeze extra time taken to assure all was as it was before they started. My new roof looks great and best of all no more leaks. I would recommend FOREVER METAL ROOF CO. to anyone that asks and is looking for a great new roof done by very caring professionals.
