They were prompt with responses (even getting back to my questions during off hours), showed up when they said they would, and were respectful with my home and property. They replaced 14 windows and a sliding door for me, and were the best value of all the quotes I got. I am very happy with the Okna windows, they feel durable but open/close with ease, and have already improved the temperature in my home! 10/10 would recommend for professionalism, value, and overall experience.

Currently working with Morgan Exteriors for my window project on my 100yr old house. They had a representative come out immediately and work with my schedule to give me more than enough details on each option I could use. Took measurements and also worked with my schedule to arrange when I can drop off my deposit. Gave a nice folder with any additional information on the style and type of instalational materials I was about to use. Got a tour of one of their offices and saw the volume of their product going to other customers. The installation team came and got the job done in a few hours. They were professional and detail oriented.

We had Morgan Exteriors replace 21 windows on our house November 2023. Lou came out and was easy to talk to, low pressure, and very knowledgeable. The owner PJ came out to measure before ordering. The install took 2 days and the job was flawless. We've been in this house for 14 years and this was the first winter that our home felt warm. I can't wait to see how much cooler the house will be this summer with the AC running. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience with Morgan Exteriors. Their prices are very competitive, and Lou Chalifour, the account representative, was especially helpful in ironing out a communication problem with Mass. Save and The Energy Star group. The windows arrived in record time and the two-man crew removed my old aluminum storms and 124 year old windows and installed beautiful new triple pane windows in one day. The new windows have reduced traffic noise at least 75%. I'll definitely call Morgan Exteriors for any future projects I have.

I had Morgan Exteriors build an addition for me about 2.5 years ago. I have been extremely happy with the quality and workmanship and we have enjoyed the room immensely. During the last nor'easter a tree fell on my house. It literally fell on the addition and the structure and windows held!! There is a crack in one of boards, but it is a testament to the quality of the build that the windows didn't shatter and the roof did not cave in! You will be extremely satisfied with the quality of this company!

We had all of our windows replaced this past month with Morgan exteriors. After a long winter with our old windows (which desperately needed replacement) we are so happy with our new windows! They are great quality, their prices are great compared to other window companies, their staff is nice and professional, their salesman was very informative and not pushy like the other companies we talked to, they gave us time to decide do research on their windows, and they were able to replace all 11 of our windows in just a few hours. Our old windows were so rotted that we were always blasting heat or AC depending on the weather, and with these new windows we haven’t even needed to use our AC on the first floor even though it’s been 85+ degrees the past few weeks! I had 11 windows and 4 sliding doors replaced. The carpenters were courteous, quick and clean. In addition, my gas company says I saved 20% of my natural gas use over last year. Best purchase I ever made and I would highly recommend this company.

Morgan Exteriors replaced 39 windows in our home, 3 of which were custom. From start to finish the experience was outstanding. I did a lot of research before choosing them and sat through several presentations from other window companies. For me, the installation quality and warranty were just as important as the windows themselves. Morgan Exteriors surpassed all the others. During the initial meeting, Lou provided an extensive presentation and answered all of my questions. He gave a very clear view of the product, warranty, and installation procedure. When it was time for the install, PJ and his crew did an excellent job. They were friendly, courteous and professional. They were here on time and cleaned up at the end of each day. Since we have dogs, we were concerned about stray nails. PJ and his crew each went around the house each day to be sure all debris was removed.

I had done a ton of research on windows. I saw several other windows companies before I decided to choose Morgan Exteriors.

They have low affordable price and windows Okna 500 Tel-sec series all over the websites are saying they are the best and are recommended.

They are family own and small Hooksett NH and they aren't related to Fl or NJ or other places that have terrible reviews. I bought double hung colonial with grids flat & white windows two were welded together. (10) My other windows were terrible when it the sun shines in it got too hot and so had to close them in winter I could feel the cold seeping through my windows and it was difficult to latch and open and close.

Now in the cold weather just this month I notice my heat stay inside and doesn't go outside my windows and I do not feel the cold through. I don't have to raise my temperature either stay comfortable. I can latch easily and open and closed both top or bottom.
I no longer need to put insulation on my window or close my windows with thermal curtains. The screens are nice and can see out fine.

Guys were able to come in their busy schedule and put them in. Took 2 days two Saturdays because of the hectic schedule because I live in 3 level townhouse it was harder for them with just two people. last day one of the men show me how to open both window sash to clean because the instructions I had were not too helpful. Top was harder to open than the bottom & heavy. Screens are a little different. The latches are easy and way better insulation all the round the top & sides. ( They also cleaned up everything and didn't leave anything behind.)

They did accidentally damage one screen window but once I called Josh office days later within 5 mins an employee come by and pick it up and within an hour he return and it was fixed and he help put it back in. So I am impressed with how fast they were able to help me.

I couldn't tell him because it was incomplete. (1st Sat only 3 windows front was installed two were welded together). but I did noticed a big different in my living room summertime I didn't need to use two AC anymore or I use to have to run a wall AC (back of the room and a portable stand alone ac in the front and my ceiling fans in both kitchen and living room with my old windows and now one Wall unit than just the ceiling fans to help circulate through the kitchen into my living room. After the 2nd Sat I was able to update Lou that I LOVE them made a HUGE difference.

I am glad I found this company. I definitely recommended them. Check out their BBB and all other website and you will see. Also please be aware there are more than one window series depending on what you're looking for. Lou recommended 500 series. I have a much better insulated & energy efficient windows.

Virtually flawless installation. The workman really know their trade and swapped seven windows within a day. The windows themselves are simple and elegant and a great addition to our home.

They are hands down the best in the business when it comes to deck and sunroom additions. The quote was reasonable and they completed a four season sunroom in under 2 months even accounting for weather stoppages and inspections. They are an all star team, every person assigned was an expert in what he did. I highly recommend Morgan Exterior for your deck/sunroom or window installations.

These guys are the best, hands down. I am meticulous at research and always look for value when I do a home improvement project. Our initial meeting with Lou was like talking with an old friend - no high pressure sales tactics; he let the product sell itself. PJ, the owner, was out to measure our windows and dropped by during the install to make sure everything was perfect (it was). And Rick and Jake did a fantastic job installing our windows in a little over 2 days, and were excellent at their craft. I couldn't write a higher recommendation for a company! So let me save you a lot of time by saying the OKNA windows they sell are one of the best mid-grade vinyl windows out there and an incredible value. But don't buy them from the other guys who are dealers in the area - Clear Choice will mark these windows up like Renewal by Andersen. And don't let the guys trying to sell you Harvey Windows talk you into going with them for about the same price - these OKNA's are much better. We are very happy with our new windows from Morgan Exteriors and look forward to many years of reliable use, along with expected energy savings and the nice facelift they gave the front of our home!

Highly recommend for a quality product at a reasonable price. I got a full house of new construction windows with a lifetime warranty for $24k (replacing 32 double hung windows with sliders). All of the people are great, too.

The sales process was painless. Lou was informative and worked with me on a couple of options to fit my budget and design preferences. There were no gimmicks and no pressure.

We have had Morgan Exteriors to the house on 3 separate occasions: 1) whole house window replacement; 2) patio door replacement; and 3) 3 season room (sunroom) addition.

We have been completely satisfied with each and every visit and the work has been of the highest quality in both workmanship and product. Once the first job was done, having Morgan Exteriors back for jobs 2 and 3 was an easy decision.

The windows that Morgan Exterior uses are a great quality. They were able to match our new window interiors to the existing naturally stained casings that existed in the house. The windows were installed without having to remove the interior casings, so no finish work or re-staining was required following the installation. The entire job was done as promised in a quick and professional manner. In addition, the windows have cut down on our yearly heating costs.

When we need a new patio door, we knew who to call. The doors that Morgan Exteriors uses are again exceptional in quality. The work was again top notch. When our door was installed, there was an ordering mix up and the outside color was not what we wanted. Marc took care of this by ordering a new door and re-installing it for us, no charge. Taking care of this issue quickly and efficiently is one of the benefits of having Morgan Exteriors on the job.

The last project that we had done was the addition of a 3 season room. Morgan Exteriors worked with us to design the perfect room for our house and took care of acquiring the building permit for us. Once the work started, the room went up quickly. From removal of the existing deck to finishing up the inside of our new room was about a 2-week turnaround. Marc was very willing to work with us as we made some tweaks to the initial design along the way. The crews cleaned up after every day as promised. They were very courteous, professional, and skilled at their trade.

We have been 100% satisfied with each and every person that has been on the various jobs that we have had done. There are too many to mention by name as I would be sure to miss someone. I would feel comfortable having any one of them back to do work for us in the future.

I would additionally like to point out that the staff that were at the house prior to any of these jobs are also excellent at what they do. They have all of the necessary product data that enable you to make an informed decision. As these types of jobs tend to be bigger investments, it is helpful to have real product data and comparisons to other products to help you make the best decision possible.

When Morgan Exteriors was recommended to us, we did our research. We knew that, for us, nine new Double-hung Windows, one new Bay Window, two new exterior doors, and one new storm door would be a major investment. We looked at and received quotes from several Big Box Stores and one nationally known company that was blanketing our area with TV and print ads. (It seemed like suddenly there were dozens of window replacement companies advertising in our area.)
The reviews and verbal recommendations made us wonder if Morgan Exteriors could possibly be “that good” … especially since their products were better quality than any we had been shown … and their pricing was almost too good to believe. (Lou, their Sales Professional, was polite, informed, knew his company’s capabilities, and was a pleasure to work with.)
Well, they were not just “that good” – Morgan Exteriors was, and is, far superior to just “that good”. I’ve shopped around and researched dozens of projects in my time as a homeowner. This was one of the biggest projects we’ve ever undertaken and all I can add is that it was the smoothest project I’ve ever experienced!
Don’t get me wrong – there were all the typical hitches and glitches involved in renovating a 40+ year-old home. But Rick, the on-site Project Leader and Head Installer, was not only a master craftsman but a magician as well. This gentleman came each day with a skilled apprentice early – stayed late – did little extras throughout the project – and cleaned up completely every day. To finish the project a little early because we had a personal situation pop up unexpectedly, Rick showed up unscheduled … on a Friday … in the rain … and managed to bring another skilled craftsman with him – the owner of the company! Our project was completed perfectly and without any nagging little details “to be finished later”. I would … and will … hire Morgan Exteriors when we have another project. Oh, and I’ll negotiate a price that absolutely must include Rick.

Morgan Exteriors just replaced all the 40 year-old casement windows in our home with triple pane, low-e OKNA windows with a U value of 0.19. They did it for 40% less than comparable windows from Pella or Marvin, and those windows would have a U-value of only 0.25 (lower is better).

The quote was easy and quick. They asked for a $1000 deposit on the day of the quote to get 5% off, so I would recommend having them come do your quote last, so you can get that 5% when you realize they'll be less expensive and better than any other option.

The installers were very professional and friendly. They wore masks in our house after being asked just once, and never "forgot" them - even sending workers out to grab masks from elsewhere when some who were new to the job arrived without masks.

They enlarged three of our windows, did a new cut in for another, and replaced 10 others with the same size. One window was enlarged to 90 inches wide, requiring a custom engineered header in a challenging location. All of this they did without any additional cutting of the sheetrock. If it weren't for a plumbing issue in one wall (nothing to do with them), we wouldn't have had to paint any walls at all afterward. Everything was covered up by the interior trim.

They did a really good job with the install, taking time and care to do the best job possible. The results look amazing, and I couldn't be happier with the install or the price. I have already recommended Morgan Exteriors to my sister, and I would recommend them to anyone else as well. You won't be sorry.

We had originally hired Morgan Exteriors in the summer of 2014 to build a Sun Room for us. We were extremely happy with the quality of work and the Onka Windows they had installed. When we needed to replace a Bay window, 7 Double hung windows and 4 hopper windows we hired Morgan Exteriors again to install Onka windows. . Once again we were very happy and satisfied with the quality of their work and the windows.

Lou started off this project with telling us exactly what would be done and providing all the information that we needed to make an informed decision. Once the project was started, PJ and his crew were great to work with. They came when they said they would. The workspace was always cleaned up better than they came into. We absolutely love the windows. Can't wait to see the change in our electric bill now that we have efficient windows.

While the initial wait time to get started was longer than originally anticipated, we are so happy with our addition. It truly came out exactly as we desired, and they were receptive to small changes along the way. The inspector let us know we "got a good one" and everyone that comes into the room is amazed at the way it turned out! From design to build, we are pleased with the outcome!

Stood inside in front of the counter for 20 minutes and wasn’t helped or talked too. Wish this review was about new windows but none the 45+ staff inside could be bothered to sell me some windows. Went across the street to ABC and was very impressed with the service.

2022 update: We had them come out and replace all of the remaining windows. Still absolutely amazing to work with and would definitely hire them again if I had any windows left to replace.

We used Morgan Exteriors to replace six sliding glass doors (to nowhere... there were only steps outside of one) with five custom floor to ceiling windows and one sliding glass door on our sunroom in 2018. Before we did this our house was freezing in the winter due to air leakage (they didn't close) and a microwave in the summer due to no UV protection (gas seals were gone). We would literally look for reasons to go for a drive so we could use the car AC. We shopped around quite a bit and landed on Okna for their brand reputation and Morgan for their reviews, and it was worth every penny. Lou was excellent and helped us with our design, and their installers were on-time, clean, and professional. They didn't even disturb the grout on the floor where they ripped out the old slider. The windows look amazing and completely changed the usability of our sunroom and adjacent living room. We've since installed mini-splits (see my review on that) and our house is an entirely new environment now. We had one window develop a stress fracture due to a manufacturing flaw (1/1000 according to Lou - I worked in aviation, glass can be inherently unstable), but Okna had us send them a picture and they made a new/installed one, no problem. That was the other selling point, the warranty. You pay for quality, and in the rare event something does happen, they stand by their product and make it right. We've since had them come back for a couple of smaller house window replacements, and will definitely be using them in the future for the rest of the house!

My wife and I had a great experience with the Morgan Exteriors team to replace about half of the windows in our house. From the sales to the installation they were responsive, clean, professional, and very detail oriented. Its clear they take pride in their work and do their best to take care of their customers. We had 14 windows replaced, one of which was a custom window for our small kitchen area. The window is perfect and adds so much light to the kitchen.Everyone was very professional and efficient. We had 16 windows replaced and they did the most efficient, clean, well done job that you could ask for! I Picked my windows made a deposit and it was as easy as can be. PJ owner/installer came to my home at the exact time we agreed upon, PJ and his helper expertly installed the windows. He went over the particulars of cleaning them. they also installed new trim that I had bought, which I thought went above and beyond!! He and his team left the rooms in the exact condition as before they were there. Incredibly impressed!! would use & recommend Morgan Exteriors without hesitation.

The only issues we have is that our windows were left very streaky after they were cleaned and one of our screens has a broken slide button (not sure how this was missed during final inspection). I've been assured these issues will soon be resurrected, so I'm hopeful that's the case.

I have worked with many contractors over the years and I have never had such a great experience as I did with the guys from Morgan. Everything from the initial consultation with Lou, the communication throughout, to the quality of workmanship, it was absolutely first class. We replaced and resized 12 windows in our home and it completely changed our lives. One of the most important pain points we've experienced in the past was contractors starting a job and not finishing before starting another one. PJ and his team started the job and showed up every morning until the job was done to our satisfaction. We can't thank them enough.Not only would we highly recommend them but we already have other projects for them to quote for us.

All staff were friendly and helpful no matter if it was the person at the office or the builders on site. The crew were also very fast but did not sacrifice quality for speed. When there were two minor issues after the builders had left a guy came back the next day to address my issues perfectly. After meeting with several companies for replacement sliding glass doors, my wife and I hired Morgan Exteriors to replace 2 pairs of sliders that were 20 years old, looked terrible, were leaky and the seals were shot. The glass in both sets of doors was like looking through a fog and you could easily feel the cold air when near the old doors.

Our home visit from Morgan Exteriors pretty much sealed the deal for us. The representative was very courteous, on time, well prepared and knowledgeable. He was able to assess our needs immediately. After a thorough explanation about their product and our options were selected, we signed the contract. The price was competitive with the other companies we contacted and I was impressed with the design, "structure" and solid look of the doors. MY wife said that she just felt comfortable with the representative; no hard sales push and my numerous questions were answered thoroughly. We were always advised of how the schedule was going and the approximate date for our installation.

Installation was meticulous. Cleanup was thorough and the crew worked hard to assure us that everything would be perfect with the installation. It was! These doors fit like a tight glove. No leaks or even a hint of "fog"and they are an asset to the appearance of the 2 rooms that they are in.

Bottom line, we LOVE the doors. They are solid, nice looking, secure, very easy to open and close and I am confident that they will save on our energy bills. Morgan Exteriors was very professional from the sales person who came to give me an estimate, to the people in the customer service department, to the gentlemen who actually came out to do the work. Everything was done in a timely manner and they were always available to answer any of my questions. I must say I especially enjoyed the sales person as he was extremely knowledgeable about windows and what kind of product would be appropriate for me. I also found that the workers were polite, respectful and personable. They worked diligently throughout the day to finish the job quickly but we’re always available for any questions I had. They were also well groomed and appropriate at all times. The windows are lovely. I would certainly recommend this product to anyone. I think it’s well worth the price. Having said that the price was not in anyway astronomical and overall I feel that I got a very good deal.

Morgan Exteriors build a beautiful sunroom for us. They are not inexpensive but their design ideas and suggestions were fantastic. Morgan Exteriors replaced some windows for me. The entire experience with this company was great! The sales person was very informative and knowlegeable, and did not pressure me. The installation was quick and clean. I found the price for the job to be very reasonable compared to quotes from others, especially with the quality of the product and the warranty offered by the manufacturer taken into consideration. I would definitally use Morgan Exteriors again, they do great work!

We hired Morgan Exteriors to build a sunroom/mudroom. We are very happy with the result and the neighbors all comment on how nice it looks. The construction was high quality inside out, and frankly you can see the quality just by the look of it. We also really liked the entire crew. Everyone who worked on the site was friendly, courteous and just nice to have around and fun to chat with. They coordinated with the town building department so there was nothing I had to worry about regarding the permit. It was all done within the budget they quoted - save for the stuff that I wanted to add of course. We would happily choose Morgan Exteriors again for any future project we may have - they are not cheap but worth the money!

My boyfriend had Morgan Exteriors replace his windows last year and they did such a good job with the Okna windows that I knew I wanted them to replace mine too. Lou the salesman came to my house and listened to my needs and then only 6 weeks later PJ and Rick installed my houseful of windows and they did a great job. They were very friendly and courteous. They replaced 16 windows (including 2 basement windows) in just 2 days and left no mess behind. I was also impressed with the fact that I have minimal paint touch up to do around the new windows considering the layers and layers of paint on the very old moldings. That right there shows how meticulous and considerate they are. Love the Okna windows! PJ even gave me some tips and recommendations on some DIY projects I have going on and I really appreciated that. I highly recommend.

We have built a house and used many contractors for various jobs and we have to say that this was the best experience we have ever had. Morgan Exteriors people are very professional, personable, they do excellent work and it is all at a very reasonable price.

We had them build a 3 season porch which came out beautifully. They gave us a timeline and actually started the work early. They said 2 weeks from starting the footers to completion and they were finished right on time. They have different crews for digging the footers, framing and finish work and every one of them was professional and friendly. Anything we wanted they did. Never an argument, an excuse or any additional payment. If something got nicked during installation, they fixed it perfectly. They also stand by their work. We could not be happier with the finished product and someday we will use them again to side our house.

Everyone who worked on our addition was extremely professional, from the owner to the framers, plasterers, electricians and finish guys. We would definitely recommend them and hire them again for future jobs! Love our new room!

Extremely pleased and satisfied with our new windows - we replaced 36 windows in our home. Everything was perfect from sales to installation. Lou was an extremely knowledgeable and supportive sales rep from start to finish and the installation team did an awesome job. Job was competed in two days and they left everything just like they found it. They did a great job cleaning up after the installation - it was basically a non event!!!! We are very impressed with Morgan Exteriors and would highly recommend them to anyone. Prices were also great!!! A very positive experience for us!!!

EVERYONE LOVES THEM, AND CAN'T BELIEVE I DON'T HAVE THE MIDDLE WINDOW AS A DUMMY THAT DOESN'T OPEN!! I HAD THE DECK STAINED BLUE FROM TOP 2 BOTTOM, AND WITH THE WHITE WINDOWS AND WHITE WOOD ALL AROUND THEM IT REALLY LOOKS GREAT. NOW I HAVE CUSTOM MADE WHITE SHADES, 5 ONE PIECE SHADES PER WINDOW, INCL. BDRM. + 2 SEPERATE ONES FOR MY SLIDER, THAT GOES ON THE DOOR THAT OPENS TO LET MY DOG OUT.
