Warning to anyone considering this company: I paid a 50% deposit — thousands of dollars — and no work was ever started. I was ignored for weeks despite repeated attempts to contact them, and they have not returned my money. No work. No explanation. No refund.
This has caused me significant financial and emotional distress. I’ve reported the situation to law enforcement and am pursuing legal action.
In my experience, this business operates dishonestly and left me completely abandoned. If you're considering working with them, don’t. What happened to me was not a misunderstanding. It was a complete breach of trust and responsibility.
This company caused real financial harm. Learn from my mistake and stay far away.
-Very unprofessional
-Likes to over communicate but underdeliver
-Will show up to the job when he wants too, whenever he can find time for you.
-Contracted with Hampton to replace parts of soffit, eradicate squirrels in soffit, and place metal reinforcements over common entry points for squirrels getting into my soffit. Hampton stated that he will get rid of squirrels in soffit before replacing and reinforcing soffit (he volunteered his pest control services, I wasn’t expecting this when I called). Unfortunately, he left several squirrels in soffit, which ended up eating their way out of the now reinforced soffit. I asked Hampton if he would come out and seal up the holes that were caused by the squirrels left in soffit, and he has refused to come out to complete the 20 minutes with of work. Technically I could do it, but I paid for a service, and he didn’t complete his end of the deal. He charged me $800 for services that he under delivered on. He stated that he had some special really good foam stuff that he will spray into the soffit that will detract squirrels. He brought a $10 can of expanding foam from Home Depot and spray a few squirts into my soffit. He also brought a leaf blower to “scare” the squirrels away, which only scared one squirrel away. Be aware of getting scammed. I’ve definitely learned from this experience. I’m going to DIY everything now.
Needed to get roof inspected and tarp put on. He came out same day I called to tarp our roof, did a great job. Would recommend
