As with all the online orders they magically don’t have it in stock even though it’s listed as in stock. You don’t let us use rewards in store forcing us to buy online. Then you cancel our orders screwing us out of our rewards. You have stolen over $150 in rewards and coupons now. I will not be shopping there anymore. Lowes has free delivery and is less expensive.

Sometimes shopping at a hardware store is a simple in and out thing -- you know exactly what you want and just need to pick it up. Other times you have a problem to solve and don't know exactly what you want. You need advice. You need to open a box and make sure that bolt you are planning to buy fits the nut that is in your hand. That is where this hardware store excels. Their staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. They go the extra mile. You don't get this at the big box stores. It is sometimes hit or miss when you ask someone in the store for help (if you can find them). Not here! (The last time I was at Fogg's TWO staff helped me figure out what specific hardware I needed).

Great hardware store with very friendly staff. I needed to purchase some products we don't have here in Canada and they sure helped me to find everything I needed.

The store is clean and very well lit which is always nice of course.

There is a huge parking too.

Great hardware store with an excellent selection of tools and building materials. I was surprised by the lumber selection in particular - much larger and higher quality than I anticipated. Prices are pretty decent, and they are also an authorized Stihl dealer. I've never had a problem getting help from the service desk or floor employees, and everyone so far has been friendly and knowledgeable about where everything is in the store.

Plenty of people around to help you figure out what you need. If someone doesn't they'll call up who can on their radios.

First thing coming in the door "hello, can we help you find something? Let us know if you do."

Good selection of tools parts and everything else. They revamped the inside and it looks great. Easier to find things too.

Terrible, google said Foggs themselves updated their hours only a few weeks ago. I drive there to find them closed when they say there open on google. Driving up to HD still saves me $ compared to buying from Foggs, when they bother to open. Said open 8-5 on Sundays went there to find them closed at 2. Next time I won’t waste my time stopping there to spend my money

The Fairlee store sales person went way out of his way to help me find the smoke detectors I needed. They didn't have them so he called the Woodsville store, they had them and they put my name on them.
Seemed really good to have some old fashion customer service.

Foggs is convenient, we’ll stocked and has very nice, helpful staff. It’s an Ace Hardware, so you know what to expect when you go in. It’s a solid hardware store
