Our siding was damaged badly from one of the St. Louis hail storms this year. Will S. has been great to work with this far in getting our issue resolved. Man, our house in Kirkwood took a beating from the hail storm this year and we didn’t know where to begin. Enter FM Roofing and their guy, Will Sinon. Will took the reins and handled the whole process.He dealt with my insurance company like a pro, handling all the back-and-forth so I didn’t have to stress. The crew at FM Roofing knocked it out of the park—solid work, no shortcuts, and they got it done right. Having a local guy like Will on the job gave me that extra confidence too. Will Sinon from FM Roofing when I called him with a leak un my roof, he came out got on the roof (3 story home) assessed the damages advised me of my next steps after he solved the issue. He kept me abreast with what the issue was. To this day he has followed up to see if any further damages has occurred and if his services were needed. We had FM Roofing look at our gutters, and they were able to offer a very cost-effective solution, but what impressed me the most was the attention to detail that went into the follow up. When I mentioned that the color of our gutters was a little different someone came out the very next day and matched our color exactly. In addition to that I had the owner follow up to ensure I was taken care of, which I emphatically could tell him yes!

The hail storm in March absolutely battered our home. The only thing more frustrating than these storms is dealing with the insurance company about damage. I contacted RF Roofing to repair the roofs of my townhome community, and Will was the one who handled my account. He was excellent!!! He was extremely knowledgeable, attentive, caring, and took care of all of our questions and special requests. He not only agreed to join an intimidating Zoom call to address each homeowners’s questions and concerns, but he even offered to put up temporary tarps on our roofs at no charge until we were able to make a final decision and get the materials ordered. We had a piece of our chimney get knocked off during storms in late April. Will responded quickly and his team was out here within a couple weeks to fix the issue. The team was great and reattached the piece with no problems.

Because St Louis is a mess and my house sits in seemingly the direct path of every major weather event, my roof has taken a beating. It was 20 years old and had seen better days, so I called around to 10 companies to get estimates. All but 3 ghosted me. Got a high bid, a stupidly low bid, and a bid right down the middle from
FM so I went with them. I was planning my to pay out of pocket for the roof due to the age and all, but Will from FM encouraged me to call insurance just to see what they would say because the worst they could say is no. Well, they didn’t say no, but they didn’t say yes either. We got in a bit of a battle, but Will haggled with them to get me the most bang for my buck. He has been in constant communication through the process (which has been months long because insurance companies be like that) and has let me know what is happening every step of the way. Materials delivered and new roof is going on this week and the process will be done.

I was working with a realtor, but the house needed a roof replacement in the 11th hour just to make the closing table and a friend referred me to William Sinon. He got the job done and handled all the details. The hardest part was picking a color that my wife liked.

Will fought our homeowners insurance tooth and nail to make sure all the damage was covered! Looking forward to the finished product!

Will at FM was great to work with. We had many quotes but went with FM because of Will. He exceed all our expectations from negotiating with insurance to always making it a point to keep us in the loop. We live in SOCO and we were hit by a pretty big storm that caused much damage. Will navigated us through each trade making a bad situation less stressful. Our home is back to pre storm condition looking new again.

William and the FM Roofing team have been incredibly helpful as we navigate the process of having our hail-damaged roof replaced. They were able to quickly inspect and William assisted us in communicating with our insurance claim handler, including reconciling costs, which ended up being a relatively straightforward process thanks to his guidance. We are now on the books to have our roof replaced within 6 weeks of our initial claim. Will supplement this review once construction is finished, but I can only imagine it will be great judging by the look of other houses roofed by FM in the Kirkwood area.

I work will Will Sinon the best of the best. He helped me get a brand new roof while I was under contract to buy my now primary residence. Most roofers will use a drone but he actually went up on the roof to inspect and also met the adjuster in person as well and was able to get me approved for a new roof. I highly recommend Will as he was great to work with.

After the May tornado, I reached out to a few companies to get an estimate for a roof replacement and siding replacement on our house in South County, MO. I called FM Roofing and they had someone out the following week. When we met our sales representative, William (Will) we just clicked right away, he treated us like family. He walked us through the process of next steps and kept us informed the entire time. Will was even so thorough that he fought our insurance adjuster for us on items that were being denied but were forceable by St. Louis County, even much so that he went to Clayton and got a letter of items that were required and had an inspector sign off on it.

So, to say that we have had a great experience working with FM Roofing and got the luck of the draw having Will as our sales representative is an understatement! Will have been completely transparent with us and continues to respect our time and make sure that we get the most out of our insurance. Thank you FM Roofing for sending Will our way.

We are pleased with the new roof by FM Roofing. After the tornado hit Arnold last March, Will came out and helped us work through the process of getting repairs completed on the roof, gutters, and fascia. He and Austin have helped in dealing with the insurance company as well. Will is super friendly and very responsive to questions. We are happy with the work that has been completed and recommend them for roofing and other related repairs.

I actually met Will at the gym months ago and had no idea at the time that he was in roofing. After the last big storm rolled through, my wife and I started getting worried about possible damage to the roof. That’s when I remembered—hey, I do know a guy.

I reached out to Will and he didn’t waste any time. He came by that same Friday, did a full inspection, and walked us through the insurance process step by step. What I expected to be a frustrating and drawn-out experience was actually smooth and way less stressful than I imagined.

There were definitely some mundane parts (it’s still insurance after all), but Will made the whole thing manageable. He even worked with my wife to help pick the perfect shingle color—who knew roof color could matter that much? But she was happy, and that made my life easier.

All in all, FM Roofing and Will made a tough situation easy. Highly recommend giving them a call if you’re dealing with storm damage or just need someone honest to take a look.

I want to make everyone aware that might be considering FM Roofing.

I DO NOT recommend them!! They left me with a leaking roof causing water damage on the inside of my house and then refused to fix it!!

They do not back their work!!

They are a scam!!

They blew me off time and time again and then told me it's not their problem!!

I spent my hard earned money on a new roof last fall and it started leaking 2 months later.

They blew me off for 4 months and then said it's not their fault but they can fix the issue for more money!!!

FM was great to work with and the process was simple. My new roof and solar system have put me and my family in a great position and we have increased cashflow through the home by owning our own power supply.

We had an exceptionally successful roof replacement. They dealt directly with our insurance company and get approval for a full replacement. There was constant communication as we went through the process. The sales person Angie was excellent to work with. The follow through was perfect. My experience with FM Roofing was good.
They were very responsive when I called into the office, and helped get my roof approved to be covered by insurance. When there was an issue after they repaired my roof, they got someone out to my house to address the issue that day, very impressive. They also got the replacement of our entire roof (once started) in just a couple days, which was great. They also broke a tree in our front yard and graciously called and will replace it in the spring.
A few reasons why I rated them a 4/5 and not a 5/5. There were quite a few delays in the project after it was approved by insurance - a couple delays due to scheduling, and another due to weather (out of their control). Also, I had to follow up consistently with them to make sure documents were sent to my insurance company. There were a couple of time where they miscommunicated between themselves causing delays in payment. Also, supplemental work was done during the project that was never communicated to me, and additional costs associated with that work was not approved by me. After speaking to the office, they admitted this was a miss by them and gave me a deal on pricing.
Overall - they are a good company and trustworthy. But, communication and timing could have been better.

Several “door knockers” came by saying we had damage, but after my free evaluation we found there was not enough damage to warrant replacement or a claim. We are so glad we got a second look with a dependable and trust worthy company! We look forward to working with FM Roofing more in the future!

I remember the day win the insurance a jester came out to my home, evaluated, my home.It gave me the smallest estimate possible. I immediately broke down in tears. Jarrett from F & M. FM roofing did a great job on my roof in that they showed up on time, and finished when they said they would. I was satisfied with the job they did. My only issue is that they failed to re place my motion detector's solar panel back on the roof when they finished.

FM Roofing installed a new TPO roof, fascia boards and gutters on my flat roof two story home in St. Louis city in October 2024. My roof and gutters were installed in time for
Nov 4, 2024, heavy rain, NO LEAKS. So far, I'm pleased with the work performed on my home.

From the beginning:

I called several local roofing companies that didn't service my area or did not install flat roofs or did not impress me. However, from first call I made to FM Roofing on 8/7/24 I was
impressed. I spoke to Mary who was kind, understanding, indicated FM Roofing works everywhere they had no problem working in my area, I was grateful. I can tell Mary is a true asset to FM.

Few days later Sales Representative Ryan Bates came out, he was friendly, professional and was easy to understand. I eventually received an estimate, Sales rep Jared Kumper came to my home with Ryan, they were open to making changes I requested. Jared is very focused, professional and strives to make sure paperwork and details are completed accurately.

Installation day was smooth, sales representatives Jared and Ryan were on site to make sure everyone was on the same page. Communication with all parties is crucial on home projects to avoid misunderstandings and to ensure a successful completion.
Project Manager David Elder was at my home before 7am with large crew to ensure job was completed to my satisfaction. Old roof was removed in a day (Monday), new roof was basically done the next day (Tuesday) and gutters were installed Thursday. David made sure clean-up was amazing and additional work that was not included in initial contract was completed. Patience and communication are key to keep things from getting stressful.
St. Louis needs a thousand more people like David who cares about doing the job and doing what's right.

Everything is expensive these days, it's nice to be treated with respect. I look forward to doing an additional project with FM Roofing in the future.

Huge shout out to FM roofing and the guys that helped me (William and Rich). I had some massive hail damage that I didn't even know about from the storms this summer. Noticed a slight leak in my 2nd floor guest room. They came out free of charge and took a look. Assessed the program quickly, EXPLAINED the next steps i could take. Then helped me through the process with my roof and Skylight. They also inspected my windows and gutters which also had tremendous damage unbeknownst to me. They walked me through the entire Insurance process (which was also a foreign Endeavor for me) so that was great.

I come from an Architectural/ Engineering background and have high expectations when I hire out work. The buyers of our home requested a new roof to be replaced prior to closing due to hail. Our realtor contacted Austin with FM Roofing and he came out the same day! He was very flexible and communicative with us, our insurance company, and our realtor. Once insurance approved replacement, Austin had the materials delivered and the roof completed in 10 days!!! The roof looks amazing and we are so glad we were introduced to FM roofing by our realtor. Austin was great and we will recommend him to anyone looking for a new roof!

Edit: We have also used FM two more times now! May 2024 we got a new roof to replace after 20 years on our new home & barn. Then March 2025 brought a horrid hail storm that prompted us to again replace both the house & barn roof… Austin has been amazing in the whole process. While he isn’t the direct contact at this time due to a role change, we had Rich, we’d still highly recommend FM roofing to anyone!
