First day for our group of units in the complex roofing job. Totally impressed. Yes, it was noisy as they advised but they started on time, worked quickly and efficiently and by the end of the day were finished removing old shingles and had the installed water barrier. Most impressed by the clean up job at the end of the day...wow. A very happy, polite, professional group of workers.

In Flynn, they welcome you and care of you like their family member. I proud to be a part of Flynn Family.

To one of your workers driving down highway 1 speeding on the HOV lane and switch lanes on a solid line while tailgating behind me while I’m driving my family, I hope you got to where you’re going in a hurry safely. Thank you for giving me a mean look at the 176th intersection at a stop light. I’ve got your licence plate number. Hope you carry yourself accordingly for the company you work.

Flynn did the roof on our condo in 2012. It was supposed to last 30 years and it's already coming apart. THEY DO NO HONOR THEIR WARRANTEE. One of the crew put nails in wrong and now we have all sort of leaks in the roof. These guys are con artists.

So the roofers are packing up, taking up every near by visitor spot and my mother in laws car is in my parking spot blocking their trailer. They asked if I can move the car and I have no problem doing so. All the Flynn trucks and workers vehicles are taking up visitors spots and what not so I ask if he can move their car out of the closest visitors spot so my mother in law does have to walk around the complex to her car as he is capable of doing so. He looks at me with broken english and points to his car and says he has to back up to the trailer. I explained that he's not pulling a 15k lb trailer with a Ford Escape. He giggles and turns around.

These guys are rude, ignorant, selfish and in my opinion the worst hired help you can find.

DO NOT hire this company unless you plan to have issues. Look at the only 5 stars they have, they obviously got their employees to add those. The fact that this company will reply to this with some lame ass excuse is horrific and down right pathetic. Fix the way you run your company and these reviews wouldnt happen.

At least they are done and I can walk my kids to the car in the morning and not have to dodge the morning smoke break!

Guys can seem nice but they are ignorant, selfish and lazy. They leave trash all over our complex and rarely pick it up. I have found numerous cigarette butts, small shards of flashing, plastic wrapping and shingle scraps scattered across my small patch of lawn, on many many occasions. Not to mention my patio deck. I am in a townhouse and when I buy a boys that needs a new roof, these are NOT the company I would call.

My 4 & 6 year olds have even commented to me about the workers, I don't know what to say other then "I know boys, I know".

Unprofessional, roofers starting work at 5 in the morning, banging on the roof and yelling to one another, the guy they have running the zoom boom is incompetent and hit a parked car in the complex, then had the audacity to blame it on the owner because they had their vehicle parked in their own parking space...these guys are a joke and I would recommend to avoid doing business with them
