Where to start. Husband and wife team that don't communicate so they feed you bad information. Was quoted 2 weeks for a project that took 2 months. The team showed up day 1 and completely demolished the bathroom then no call no showed and only sporadically showed up over the next 7 weeks. Final product was worse than what I upgraded from. The tub was installed in an incline, the spackling on the ceiling was crumbling within weeks, cracks were popping up everywhere. Then at the end they decided to drop an additional invoice charging an additional almost 80% above what was agreed to for vague projects they couldn't verify, prove, or were outrageous overcharges.

Long story short, expect a run around, underbid and over pay, and expect them to stretch out your project.

We had Fleming Fixes remove the master bath window with an exterior door, trex deck step and an exterior porch light. They were very professional, communicative, and made sure we were satisfied every step of the way even with our requested modifications. Highly recommended, exceptional work.

I would highly recommend Fleming Fixes to anyone looking for a reliable and professional contractor. I recently had them repair my pergola and put up mosquito screens, and they did a fantastic job.

The pergola was in need of some serious repairs. The beams were rotting needed to be replaced. Brandon came out, listened to what we needed done, and provided some recommendations. The process was super easy.

I was very impressed with the quality of Fleming Fixes' work. They were very professional and efficient.

I would definitely use Fleming Fixes again in the future. They are a great company, and I highly recommend them.

Excellent experience working with this company. Very professional, went over all the plans and cost at contract time and started the project on date decided upon. We had new flooring installed and all the dark cabinets in the kitchen and small bathroom were refurbished with a new coat of paint and reinstalled perfectly. They also stripped off wall paper and did a great job painting a home office. Everything was done with great detail and we could not be happier with the end result. Highly recommend this company and be assured you will receive the quality and expertise you are looking for to fulfill your project at a very reasonable price.

The project was completed in a timely manner and Brandon was communicative with every aspect of the project! I can't wait to plan my next project with Fleming Fixes!

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?
+-

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
