Tim was incredibly thorough, and he explained things in much greater detail than any other company I looked into. We opted for a silicone roof replacement, which hadn't even been offered by competing companies. Everyone else we contacted seem to specialize only in TPO, but the quality and endurance of silicone, as well as the price, are far superior, at least for our needs. The flat roof needing replacement is a deck used as an outdoor extension of the living area. Tim's estimate was in line with other companies, and we went with Flat Roof Experts largely based on Google reviews. The job turned out to be much larger than expected because of rotten fiberboard and even wood structural supports. John and Victor figured out how to reinforce the substructure, and around 10 sheets of roofing board were replaced followed by base sheet and Modified Bitumen roofing material that was torch-sealed. Aluminum flashing and silicone edge sealing were also done. This one-day job wound up taking three days, meticulously supervised by John as if it were his own house. It wound up costing about 20% more than the original estimate because of all the extra materials and labor, very reasonable, I think, considering how much work this was. Therefore, I highly recommend Flat Roofing Experts, aptly named especially if John supervises and works the job.

We had several places in our old roof that leaked and knew we needed our flat roof replaced. Tim provided an excellent estimate with pictures of our problem areas and gave several options. We decided to go with the silicone option after talking with others about their roof work. Flat Roofing Experts did a great job and just in time for the monsoon season. They showed up on time and cleaned up every day. They needed to pull their trailer on our gravel yard just like other service providers have done but when Tim's crew left they actually raked the gravel so they didn't leave trailer tracks. They were friendly and professional. Also, no drips at all during the monsoon. I definitely recommend them.

Flat Roofing Experts replaced the old tar and gravel flat roof on my father's townhouse for us. The roofing was old and and the parapets were in really bad shape. Timofey Grinevich oversaw the roof replacement and the team from Flat Roofing Experts did an excellent job. The attention to detail, the repairs, and the actual installation of the silicone roofing system were done in a very professional manner. Tim and his team, including the office staff were extremely friendly and helpful and always willing to address any questions or concerns. I couldn't have been more pleased with the finished product. My husband and I just had our tar and gravel roof replaced using GE silicone. Tim provided us with information on everything about the process and the product. After getting several estimates, we decided this type of product and installation was far superior to a TPO roof. And, once they were done, we noticed the beams in our living room had separated from the paint (common when moving from old heavy gravel/tar roof to newer roof because of weight flux). They caulked it for us without hesitation for no extra! Very happy with their work and customer service!

This was absolutely the best choice I could have made to replace an incorrectly installed TPO roof! They use GE silicone which prevents water penetration by sealing thoroughly. It is sprayed or rolled on with much more complete coverage. The white color reflects heat. Warranty 5 years installation and 20 year manufacturer warranty. The crew has been with the company for a long time and are experienced and very particular about their work quality. I recommend Flat Roofing Experts absolutely.

I’m in the process of updating my home. The roof was my last large project. I decided to get quotes from three companies. Tim with Flat Roofing Experts was the only estimator that physically sat down and explained what was going to be done and the different materials which could be used. When I received the estimates, Tim’s quote was the only one that was itemized. The others only sent a bottom line figure, without details. I called the others and asked for an itemized quote. The receptionist explained the details over the phone. The Flat Roofing Experts crew were personable and very efficient and cleaned up after themselves every day. My roof was completed in 4 days. When I need a new roof again, I will be calling Flat Roofing Experts.

Tim gave estimates for repairs only, repairs and a partial roof and a full roof replacement. I went with repairs and the partial roof. Great price and product. Everyone was on time and great customer service. When I'm ready to do more I will definitely call Flat Roofing Experts.

I have dealt with many contractors in my 77 year life and these are by far the best. From The estimate and coordination with Tim to the men that do the actual roof work. They are all outstanding, friendly workers. One of the best attributes is they do it for a fair and reasonable price.

I'm a General contractor and met Viktor in 2006, when I was looking for a contractor to help me on a roofing project that had several issues. Water was leaking in when we had heavy rain and we tried to repair it multiple times without any luck. The job was extremely complex and I was loosing hope, because I couldn't find a contractor willing to do the work properly. Everyone wanted to just reseal the roof and they only offered a 10 year warranty on the product they used. The building was around 6000 sf and Apparently the original builder didn't install drainage properly, and Water was causing damage to the building. Viktor has many years of experience in all types of roofing and repair work, and he got back to me with a really smart solution that solved all my issues. What I liked the most is that the silicone product he was using had a 20 year warranty. He took the time to explain and educate me on how the product works and why he loved it so much. It took a lot more work then I expected but he was willing to do the work and recommend a solution that no one else offered. I really liked that he was honest and just really optomistic to find solutions. What he recommend was much harder since part of the roof had to be removed but he explained why that was important and really went into detail about the root cause of the problem, and the issues I would have down the road if not done properly. After he helped Me out on my project we have had Many more projects that required repair and replacement work, and he's been honest and reliable. I'm definitely recommending him if anyone is looking for roofing work. If you want the project done right, and someone passionate about what they do, he's the guy you hire, and not worry about anyone cutting corners.
