We have an older home in Ballard with a flat roof over the garage. We received 4 bids and went with Flat Roof Pros because of Andres. He gave us a bid then we had a ton of questions and he patiently went through all of the options as we were planning to replace a floating deck on top of the roof. He was really kind and explained things really well and we decided to go with him. They were tidy, efficient and they ended up doing our neighbors adjoining garage roof at the same time. Highly recommend.

Great company to have work on your roof. I was provided an accurate estimate with pictures. When the workers were here they took before and after pictures with videos that I appreciated. Their fees were reasonable and were very competitive with others I have no regrets using them to repair my flat roof and would use them again. Sidenote: their work comes with a warranty!

We have been our home for 25 years, and this tear off-roof job of the old black hot tar material and replacing it with this new white material by Flat Roof Pros was the most satisfying, professional, superior job that we have ever had by their extremely professional Crew. From the Bidding process to the finished product, it was seamless, stressless and exactly on time, with not a speck of clean-up to be done by me. From the time of meeting the foreman of the project, to their excellent emails to keep track the job issues and timing, it was exactly as an 86-year-old homeowner would wish, that is, always in communication with management. I got an estimate for a roof replacement from this company and I appreciated how thorough and helpful they were, but the estimate I received from them was THREE times more expensive than every other estimate I received from other companies (I got 7 or 8 estimates total). I called to investigate but they didn't give me an explanation. Really puzzling - definitely get other estimates too if you're considering this company!

I am writing in response to Green Fire's review on 12/6. I am the person who hired Flat Roof Pros to repair my roof. I have used them in the past and they contacted the neighbor ahead of time for permission to access from their property. Unfortunately on this visit, they had thought that I had gotten permission which I didn't. It was a simple misunderstanding and we immediately apologized to our neighbor who had every right to be upset about not being notified ahead of time. The neighbor did not hire this company and use their services, I did and I will again because they are professional and reliable and stand behind their work. Everyone at the company are kind and courteous and dependable, something which is hard to come by in these times.
I was on site while they were doing the work and I observed no safety issues. They even made sure that there were two people holding the ladder when I climbed up, which I greatly appreciated.
I highly recommend this company and will continue to use them in the future.

Yuri from flat roof pros came to my home last year and gave me a quote to replace the roof on my home. When talking he explained for $2 or $3 a square foot he could cover the roof with a coating and replace any rotted boards. Or for $5 a square foot he could completely replace the roof. I wanted to completely replace the roof. Yuri said he would email me a quote and we could go from there. When I received the quote it was $22k if he did all of the work, $18k if I did the tear off. Obviously much higher than $5 a square foot like we talked about. My roof is 2700 square feet. When I reached out to get a explanation I received no response. I was trying to finally get my roof done this year. I called Yuri and left a message. Spoke to the front desk and they said they would get back. Still no response. Find another company!

Plus, when we had some additional leaking after the recent 6” snow fall started to melt your service team responded very quickly. They discovered there were leaks in the seams of the roof top ducting which they resealed for us. Your photo documentation was great and really helped illustrate the problem and how you solved it. Flat Roof Pros, Inc did an excellent job for us, applying a reflective coating on our flat roof. This included pressure washing and preparing the surface for the reflective coating. The job was done in a very timely manner. The friendly and courteous team doing the job worked steadily. Clean up afterwards was very satisfactory. We now have a coating that will reduce the heat from the sun and extend the life of our roof. Pictures of the roof before and after are provided by the company. No complaints only compliments.
