I’ve used Flanigan roofing several times and recommended him to friends as well.I’m not the type of person who will just recommend anyone. In fact I don’t recommend but a handful of people in the trades. Brendan is truly an exception. He is a total professional , knowledgeable, timely, talented and a very hard worker who strives to leave people with the best end result I’ve used him for several high end roof jobs including fwave, and Davinci shingles. He Also has made several repairs for me over the years with rental properties. I find his costs reasonable and work exceptional. We had a DaVinci roof installed, which requires a lot of skill to do properly. Brandon's work is impeccable. He's always there when he schedules to be & he is meticulous.
