I called 3 times to this place for a quote. The first time the gentleman answered the phone rudely.
Second trip about 25% of my lumber was unusable and the picker I was stuck with had a horrible attitude.
I just got the run around about a quote for lumber in which the staff made difficult.

Great place for lumber. Good people. Extremely helpful will take the time to answer questions and help you get the right product. They have 1/2-in ACX and marine grade plywood in stock. Hard to find a place that carries Marine much less multiple sizes like they do. If you're looking for good deals on Old lumber they got some finger joint Fir 1 x 10 inch 16 ft long for $13 a board. Good people to work with. Glad I found them.

When I have a project and need materials in excess of $100, I'm always sure to go to Flanagan Lumber. Even though I enjoy a military discount at Lowe's or Home Depot, I always get better service, better quality materials and better prices at Flanagan. I've been going there since 1995, and it's worth the trip from Madison County.

This is the only place to shop for lumber and other construction products. Lumber prices alone beat Lowe's by far. I honestly will not shop Lowes again for lumber!

Great place to buy most of your lumber. This place has cheap lumber. Cheaper than Lowe's except for the plywood. The people are great to deal with.

First trip out here went well. Decent quality wood, but second trip about 25% of my lumber was unusable and the picker I was stuck with had a horrible attitude. Third trip I had the same guy, and the lumber was almost entirely bark. He said you get what I pick so I told him my business is going elsewhere. Best bet is to go somewhere like Ace and get quality materials.

I am building an 18 x 20 deck and was tipped off that their prices on lumber and deck blocks ( concrete piers) were cheaper than Lowe's. Information was valid. Saving several hundred $ and living within city limits, delivery was free. More than pleased.
