I highly suggest using this company foe all your home repair needs. Jose and his team were absolutely amazing. I wish i had before pictures. We had storm damage to took shingles and shutters off and damaged our roof. This was a very easy process from beginning to end. The office staff were great and very easy to communicate with. We were able to view many colors and read about the shingles, none of this was rushed. We were able to ask several questions and received responses in a timely manner. We knew what was going on during the entire process. I loved the fact that at the end the team raked the grass to ensure nothing was left in the grass that could hurt the kids and our dog or damage lawn equipment. We also did power washing services that was a very nice addition. I would highly suggest this company and I would use them again and again. Thank you Jose and everyone. Five Star is definitely a STAR! Carlos managed my roof replacement and ensured everything was done as scheduled and on time. My roof looks wonderful and I highly recommend them. Nathaly handles paperwork and insurance and she is on top of her game. She knows everything dealing with Insurance Claims and very pleasant to work with. My house looks brand new and I appreciate Five Star for the Outstanding Job!

I highly recommend this company. We were searching for a company to replace our roof and repair some fencing. A friend recommended Five Star. My experience was good from start to finish. Carlos, Nathaly and the entire crew were professional and kind. Carlos explained everything that needed to be done and set realistic expectations when additional repairs were needed. I guess you can say they try to get to their customers quick. This person is very reckless! Almost hit a good 4 cars trying to get wherever they’re going. Within 5 minutes I’ve seen them going in and out traffic not using signals and speeding through different lanes. Near misses by literally a foot. So dangerous!! I wouldn’t recommend someone who can’t even drive safely let alone work on my house.

I would definitely recommend Five Star Contracting for roof repair and replacement. Carlos and Nathaly were both great to work with and provided us with timely communication and excellent service. The team also did a fantastic job with some other general repairs around our exterior. They will be my first call the next time I need any exterior work.

After the insurance personnel came and checked the roof and file their report to the insurance company, Bairon came back out to do a test to show what additional damage could happen if we just follow as according to that initial suggestion by the insurance's local personnel. He also kept the communication between the insurance, Five Star Contracting, and us update to ensure we are always in the loop. The roofing crew came and work on the roof, then came back again the next day to do the final nail sweep. All in all, we have a very positive experience with Five Star Contracting Inc.

Five Star Contracting did a fabulous job on replacing our roof, some downspouts and replacing some damaged wood around some doors of our home.
Carlos, Jose, Bairon, Nathaly, and all the team of workers were awesome. We were always kept up-to-date throughout the whole process and received answers to all of our questions. When they were all finished with the job they made sure to clean up afterwards and left our home and yard better than they found it. Bairon initially contacted us regarding roof work. He worked diligently with the insurance company to get the claim covered. He followed up consistently to make sure everything was going along as planned. The owner Carlos was on the job as well. The company was prompt and professional. The workers were great. Roof looks fantastic. They also did a great job pressure washing the entire house. I. Would highly recommend hem. I will be using their other services.

Five Star Contracting did an awesome job in repairing my house from hail damage. They replaced the roof, repaired the deck, replaced window screens, and replaced gutters and downspouts. The material and work were top notch. Bairon was great - he patiently explained the claims process and what and how it would all be repaired and replaced, and answered all our questions. Nathaly from the main office kept me up to date on all the admin stuff and keeping track of everything. And Carlos the owner would always stop by to ensure everything was going as promised and checking to see if we had any questions (got to really know him - super nice guy). We even had them do some additional work on the house, and we plan on having them do some more work for us. Truly an exceptional organization - very professional!!

Five Star replaced the roof on our house. Bairon Zambrano was extremely professional with his interface with me, with their assessment of the damages, and extremely helpful with their interface to my insurance company and appraiser. Bairon gathered copious amounts pictures and video to provide to my insurance company which really helped the process. Mr. Carlos (owner) visited the site multiple times to ensure the work was being performed professionally to his standards. The crew performed the roof removal and replacement very quickly (2 days). The communication from Mr. Carlos and Bairon was excellent. Bairon presented the schedule for delivery and installation and they adhered to their schedule. Mr. Carlos and Bairon both inspected the finished product and made sure I was happy with their work.

This was a 5 Star job. Great workmanship, professional installation, great communication, good cleanup, and customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this company.

Throughout the process, the front desk person kept me informed of everything going on, called back as needed and got answers for me when necessary. The team of workers were diligent and worked with precision, making sure my property was well protected to avoid damages and cleaned up and replaced things back when the job was completed. The workers who repaired the ceiling did an excellent job, I was very pleased with the end result. They even went above and beyond to put a very heavy mirror back up into its' place without my asking, to which I breathed a sigh of relief. The team was wonderful, patient and a pleasure to work with. They installed a full roof and, even fixed a problem that I had for years where no one else, including my insurance company, could figure out. The problem was condensation coming from the air condition units overflow that leaked over my front door that weakened that area causing me to replace the overhead window and entry door; they even power washed the front entrance to remove the years of water stains from the leak. They went above and beyond... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE ENTIRE TEAM.

My husband & I live in Richmond Va. We had some roofing issues and a friend of ours recommended having Kevin from Five Star to come and look at our roof. To make a long story short. Kevin came over looked at the roof with our insurance adjuster and we now have a beautiful new roof. Five Star offers superior customer service. The team is professional and they start working early to get the job done. They also did some dry wall inside and that was beautiful also. When the work was completed they cleaned up and left everything nice and neat. We also got new gutters over our garage and over a portion in the back of the house. We have recommended Five Star to several neighbors. If you need a new roof or gutters I recommend Five Star.

In my opinion, Five Star Contracting Inc is an Excellent Roofing company. Kevin V was my first contact with this company, he was professional and patience with me, because to be honest I didn't feel like dealing with my roof, which had storm damage. I was more worried about covid19 to be honest and didn't want someone I didn't know to be in my space. However, Kevin understood my hesitantly and explained that this company follows all covid19 safety requirements. he worn his mask, and we talked outside and 6 feet apart. He provided assistance with regards to calling my insurance company for my claim. Any question, I had he answered them timely. Any time I texted him, he reached back out to me timely. He was always respectful and made such a positive impression on me, and I truly appreciated his customer service style. Once, I made a decision to replace the roof, I met Carlos (owner) and his crew.... They were punctual, professional and efficient. My roof was replaced with top grade material and an exceptional price. I loved that they cleaned up everything.
