Matt H. Showed up to my house after I had a late night issue with two separate water lines I thought I could fix but quickly realized I was in way over my head. Matt showed up quickly and was really nice and walked me through everything he had to do. He broke down all of the charges and made sure I knew what he was doing as he did it since I asked him if I could watch (plainly out of curiosity). Chris came out on incredibly short notice after 8pm. He had our AC back up and running in no time. I would 100% use Reddi Services and Chris again.

ReddiServies came in on short notice to resolve our AC issues previously identified by another tech (Chris). Our tech (Matt)on 7/16/25 came in prepared, he was honest and clear about pricing. He found the leak, pointed it out to me and made the reapair in just a couple of hours. Larsons is who installed this unit and quoted us a price of $3500. ReddiServices price was $2000 and the repair was made on the spot. Matt was great and we were happy when Chris showed up late on a Friday afternoon and got our system running until the repair was completed.

We had a pipe burst in our bathroom and had tons of water spraying out of a hole in the wall for several minutes until we could turn the water off at the street. I called Reddi Services and Pepe came to our rescue! He was professional and incredibly knowledgeable. He not only replace the broken PVC pipe with new copper pipe, he referred an emergency water damage company that came out to help solve this huge problem. I am excited to work with Reddi Services again and continue working with Pepe! He is amazing!

I first called this place Parker and Sons. The technician who came out was named Jordan.
And he tried to fix my thermostat for hours when he finally got it to work.
It died about 20 minutes after he left.
I've made repeated phone calls to them, to come back and check it out, but they would not return my calls. That is when I called Reddi Services. A service specialist named Matt Mattox came to my house and isolated the problem within the first 5 minutes. He then went up and worked on my air handler and changed my thermostat, everything is now working great. I would highly recommend

Brent Sanderson has been great in helping solve a plumbing issue for us. He is always very kind and thorough in all the other plumbing work done. The problem ending up being a slab leak and today Marco Prieto joined him to work on rerouting the hot water line to the guest bath and then installing new fixtures/valve for shower. They did an amazing job. Job area was left clean and they did walk through of the work completed. Highly recommend Reddi - the service is great!

On the night of Friday, June 20, 2025, I noticed my A/C unit was not blowing as cold as it should. I emailed Reddi Services about my problem that night. Early the next morning, Robin contacted me by phone and asked for more details about what was going on. She then scheduled me that same morning for a tech to come out. Technician Alex Cruz arrived, and he was very polite, clean, and knowledgeable. After diagnosing the problem with the A/C unit, it was found that the blower fan motor had failed. With my permission, he replaced the fan motor which he had the part in the truck. I really liked that he took pictures and videos on his phone so he could show me what the problem was. The A/C unit works great now. Thank you, Alex.

Our sewer line backed up on Saturday night. We got an appointment on the weekend scheduled within 12 hrs of calling. Their dispatch answered right away, got me scheduled and followed up when the plumber was on his way. Pepe came out and fixed the issue and was extremely informative and professional. He was straightforward and honest and gave us tips to help avoid the issue in the future. The whole experience was flawless on their end. Reddi Services will be our plumber moving forward.

Matt Hurlburt serviced my AC Unit today. Matt was very courteous and professional. He quickly identified the issue with our AC unit and showed me the defective part. He recommended a replacement part and actually had it on his truck! He completed the work in a reasonable timeframe and even offered me way to save on the repair costs! Who does that anymore!! Matt Mattox was my serviceman and he was great. Matt was polite, kind and did a nice professional job. I was thrilled to have my faucet repaired and a new one installed. I had removed all of my cleaning products from under the bathroom vanity so that he could install the new faucet and Matt volunteered to put all the cleaning products back in the vanity for me and there were quite a few products, that was so very thoughtful.

Update: I still LOVE Reddi Services. I noticed that the box on the street that contains the water valve to the street was overflowing. I removed the water with a shopvac and saw that the coupling to the meter was leaking. Called Reddi services and they had a guy out within 2 hours. He assessed it, found out it was a bad washer. Quickly replaced it and was out. Great service!

I needed a cutoff valve under my sink to be replaced so I called the Home Warranty company. They sent out a plumber and he went to shutoff the water outside and it didn't work and is not covered by the home warranty, so he quoted me almost $500 to replace my outside cutoff valve. I called Reddi Services to get a second opinion and they sent Brent S. out to take a look and give me a quote. His quote was over $150 less than the other guy. Brent was really friendly, explained why it didn't work and was able to quickly replace it. The only reason I'm not having him replace the valve under the sink is that I've already paid the Home Warranty fee. Reddi Services is becoming my go to company for all my plumbing needs!

I can not say enough good things about Reddi Services. Ken and Toby are polite and helpful when you call and ask the appropriate questions so that the technician has the items he needs for the service call when he arrives. They schedule them to come to your home in a very timely manner and make sure that it works for your schedule.
Matt H is knowledgeable and ready to help. He also goes above and beyond to help in any way that he can. He is very professional and friendly.

Not sure if it was Brent or Brett (I am terrible with names but he was my first contact and highly couteous as well as personable and professional). He and Dylan were exceptional. Professional and polite and really seemed to care. Did everything they could to complete the repair as quickly as possible. Cannot compliment them enough. The out-of-water tenant and I appreciated it greatly. Had to mention this and I rarely leave reviews.

This review is to show how grateful we are for Reddi Services. We have been using Jan Ashford/Reddi Services for over 15 years for our plumbing and HVAC needs. In fact, our pool was plumbed and dug by Reddi Services so their expertise extends into all areas. No job is too big or small. Their customer service and professionalism of their technicians are top notch. You can always depend on them.

The pricing is always fair and they always make great efforts to solve emergencies. I don't normally write reviews, but this weekend, our AC went out. Reddi Services sent out a technician quickly. The service specialist/technician Chris Groth was excellent. This is saying a lot since all professionals I had the pleasure of encountering over the past 15 years have been excellent. He quickly diagnosed the problem, thoroughly explained what was going on, and was never in a hurry, though he got the problem fixed quickly. We were afraid we needed to replace the entire AC unit but he pinpointed the problem and reassured us that would fix the issue. The AC came back to life and we are happy in this 110 plus weather.

I highly recommend Reddi Services to anyone. Their professionalism and their keen interest in their customers are rare these days.

We live in and older cooperative of apartments with a chiller, tower, and individual air handlers for each apartment. We have worked with Reddi Services several times over the past few years and the staff have consistently been outstanding. Had Tony Mata and Chris Groth come over and do some work on my AC. They cleaned out my drip pan and also put insulation into some area in my return air area. Their was some gaps where air was being pulled in from the attic. They did outstanding work.
