Precision Roofing gave us a very reasonable quote to replace the entire underlayment on our roof, but we did not have to sacrifice quality for affordability! John's crew did an exemplary job from start to finish. The supervisors on site; David and Rene, communicated with us consistently during the project and made sure we were satisfied with everything upon completion of their work. We would highly recommend them for your roofing projects!

In July2024 we had a referral from our realtor to use Precision Roofing LLC to replace our underlayment on our tile roof. John (owner) came out and gave a fair price bid and scheduled to work around getting approved through our HOA. His crew was on site and finished the job in 3 days and cleaned up after each day. Replaced 40 tiles and gave us a 1 year work warranty to go with the manufacturer warranty of the underlayment material. Highly recommend his company in the greater Phoenix area.
