Phoenix Pro Roofing removed and replaced the flat foam roof on our garage and living area upper level in March 2025. Staff were friendly and efficient, arriving when they said they would and doing what they said they would do. All debris was removed immediately and our site thoroughly cleaned up before staff left after the first day. Re-foaming and re-coating were performed carefully with regular quality checks. We are very pleased with the final results and certainly recommend Phoenix Pro Roofing to others.

Phoenix Pro Roofing just replaced our roof and we could not have had a better experience. After getting estimates from several roofing companies, we chose Phoenix Pro after meeting with Jack. They provided a fair estimate, offering to repair our problem area, while noting that the roof was older and would need to be replaced relatively soon. Since we are in process of a major interior remodel, we decided it would be better to replace now, thought Jack never pressured us to do so. Throughout the process, they were quick, reliable, honest, and we always had great communication.

I had my roof completed in a timely fashion, the staff was friendly and easy to work with. I had some concerns with the shape of the guttering and they came out and redid it, without any problems. I would recommend.

Phoenix Pro Roofing was so easy to work with! The ridge vent on my roof needed repair and Octavio explained everything to me clearly and answered all of my questions. What we originally thought was going to be an easy job at one end of my house turned into something much larger due to the original installer messing up and using temporary fixes when it first started to leak. Octavio was very patient and understanding while I contacted my warranty company. I never felt pressured that I needed to fix the whole ridge right then and there. In the end, I was able to afford replacing the entire ridge vent on my house, and the Phoenix Pro Roofing team did an outstanding job! I received before, during, and after pictures of the entire process. The new ridge vent is straighter than the original one and I am happy that I can rest easy and not worry about my roof leaking anymore! I will always refer Phoenix Pro Roofing to anyone I know who has roof trouble :)
