Five Guys Roofing - Chandler

Five Guys Roofing came out to fix a leak in 2022. They rolled on silicone to a section of my roof and gave me a two year warranty. Within the warranty period the roof leaked again. They came out to roll on more silicone. A year later and the roof is leaking again. This time, they quoted me over $2,000 to fix the same leak. They only honor their warranty with the original “repair”. They told me their first repair didn’t work which is why they are recommending the new $2,000 repair. They offered me a $50 discount on the new repair. Wish I would have gotten the “permanent solution” the first time around.

This has happened with another one of my properties as well. I won’t be using this company again.
