When my husband and I were in search of a contractor to install Hardie Board siding on our new home, First Team brought our vision to reality. Garret was incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to thoroughly explain the entire process from start to finish. Despite being out of state during the construction, Garret went above and beyond, regularly updating us via FaceTime and visiting the site to ensure everything was on track.

Garret was very professional and conscientious about doing a thorough job dealing with our water drainage problems in the backyard. He was in constant contact with me as the job progressed. He and his crew did a great job installing a drain with an exterior sump pump to push water away from the house as well as sloping the soil in the yard for proper runoff. Had a 10:00 appointment for them to come out to give an estimate to build a screened-in porch. At 10:15 after nobody shows up or calls I call them to find out what's going on. The only response I get is sorry, but the office is unavailable. So glad I took time off of work for no reason. Unprofessional!

My wife & I moved from VA to Summerville, SC in 2013. After failed attempts on Angie's List, my wife simply, Googled "contractors in Summerville, SC". We were blessed to find David Johnson on the first try who immediately responded and arranged to meet us the week after we moved. He and his GREAT team built our garage(featured on HOUZZ,com), and we love it. David was on top of the project from the beginning to the end. Now it is 12/14 and David is in the middle of replacing the windows in our 1922 built historical home. As expected, he and the crew are doing a great job. Highly recommend this company.
