A little difficult for me to get on the roof so I was hoping for a few more pictures. The work looks good from those provided, but I'll need to get up there. Won't know for sure until the next real rain. Common amongst contractors is the lack of clean-up. Petro-tar stains on the concrete, wood shards, pieces of shingle, and.....nails.

Who would have thought the roof of a shed would need to match the roof of your house? Well, the HOA required it. So we we reached out to First Response Roofing and they were responsive! Geoff provided an estimate based on his inspection of our shed. The price was reasonable. We then scheduled a mutually convenient installation date. Installation date went perfectly. Our shed looks like a mini house! As it should. We love our shed roof! We are impressed with the quality of the roof! They cleaned up everything. Excellent overall experience! I've now had them to my house twice and they are amazing. First time, they wrote up an estimate for me and explained why the first company I had an estimate from was overcharging because I didn't need everything new - just repaired. They did all repairs. This time I had some storm damage - they walked my roof, nailed a few things back and didn't even charge me. Jake was out today and he was on time and professional and kind. Called into get a quote, bidding against 2 other Roofers -Jake and his team beat it by a mile! We liked their work so much, we had them do our Dealership in Casa Grande !

First Response removed the existing half-round Mexican tiles along with the mortar that held them in place, along with the underlayment attached to the plank roof structure. New Eagle underlayment was installed, followed by battens that the Eagle “W” concrete tiles would be fastened to the structure. Throughout the 3 expert laborers ( a family of 2 brothers and their sister) worked diligently in the blistering heat upon the roof without resting, and efficiently replaced these new red tiles adding beauty to the roof! They transported the heavy concrete tiles from the back of the truck, on the driveway, using one brother expertly throwing a pair of tiles upward to a waiting brother or sister, who athletically piled them upon the roof!! They were an efficient machine that was unstoppable! The job was perfect and admirable.
