Corey was quick to respond and have somebody from his crew out to my house in under an hour to help me with a leaking roof! This was during the first part of Helene coming through so I'm very happy a temporary fix was done by his crew until it's dry and a more thorough repair could be done. Hopefully this patch holds up and keeps the small leak from becoming bigger.

Corey came and assessed what needed to be done, and clearly explained what he was going to do. He then completed the work before storms hit the area which could have caused additional damages. He sent pictures of his work as well.

First time, they did great.
Second time, I don't recommend due to them showing up on different days than scheduled and not actually taking pictures of my roof, but of the cameras on my house. They didn't even bring a ladder to take pictures of the damage on the roof, OR take picture of the facia and soffit on the back of the house, to top it all off, showing up when I said it wouldn't work with my schedule, just seems sketchy. Called First Choice Roofing and got Corey to come out the very same day for inspection, and later that night, a quote. Corey was professional, corteous, and always had a line of communication with him the entire time with no delays. He gave my wife and I, a newly wed couple which just got back from our honeymoon vacation and had to immediately have roof work done, complete peace and ease of my. The roofer team came out the day agreed upon, on time, professional as well and really knocked it out of the park! I was kept up to speed with everything going on by Corey and the team. In all, it was a great experience as Corey and his team did an absolutely awesome job!! No complaints on our end! Only regret I have was I did not have a before picture of our to show how truly of an amazing job Corey and his team did but the after pics still speak volume to the work done! First choice is the right choice. Our roof was in need of replacement being old and having a few leaks. I researched roofing companies and their reviews, had a few inspections done then we chose First Choice Roofing to do the job. When Corey came out for an inspection on Thursday, he gave me an estimate and professionally answered my questions without "mansplaining" the answers to me as a few did. His quote was not the highest or the lowest but we thought the most fair. After which, over the next few days, I messaged Corey several questions, to which he answered promptly. We scheduled installation for the following Wednesday. The crew arrived at 8:00AM and by 3:00PM, the roof was installed. The roof is absolutely beautiful! We have the best looking roof on our whole street! I did notice a small area where there was a dip in the roof edge where the fascia board cover had already started to buckle pre installation but was now gaping open, causing the dip. I messaged Corey about it and he came out (on a holiday weekend!) and determined the fascia board was rotted. He was able to temporarily push it back into place and took pictures to see if his supplier could obtain that particular fascia board cover and assured me he will follow up when his supplier got back to him after Memorial Day. I'm confident that he will do just that and help me get this fixed because he really seems to care about his customers and the job his company does. He even extended his workmanship warranty a year more. We are so glad we chose Corey and First Choice Roofing to replace our roof and we would recommend them to anyone for their roofing needs!

Corey's years of experience in dealing with insurance adjusters helped us to get from replacing 26 shingles to replacing the complete front slope of the roof.

One of the most professional and safest roofers around. Cleaned up quickly and did a triple check to make sure the yard was clean as could be!

The owner was the only person who we called who actually wanted to do the whole roof. He helped us find a solar company to take off our solar panels and reinstall after the job was done. He came out three times to help with different things and to help with the insurance asking for different things They came out the day. They said they would to do it and finished it when they said it would be done. Super responsive with texts and calls and if he says he’s going to look into some thing he actually does there was zero mess left behind.

I used First Choice Roofing not for what their name implies, but to install a new vinyl fence at my residence. Corey warned me that during the terrible COVID pandemic, materials were seeing long delays before shipment. indeed, there were a number of problems with the materials order, which Corey rectified. Bottom line is, once all the materials arrived, the fence installation was completed promptly and the final result is well worth the wait.
