Our home was damaged in an interior flood. After 6 months of reconstruction and the dirt and debris that are a part of every project, we wanted to be sure that our HVAC system was clean before we moved back home. First Call was WONDERFUL to work with during this process! They were professional, thoughtful, resourceful and accommodating. I mean, let's be real - this isn't an inexpensive service. The service that came along with the service was top notch. From the folks on the phone (Regina was AMAZING) to the forward facing team (Brandon), they communicated well, did what they said they would do when they said they would do it, prepared me for any unexpected 'surprises' that may occur during the actual cleaning (no surprises -yay!) and followed up to insure that we were satisfied. If you need HVAC duct cleaning - do not hesitate to give them a call!

The gentlemen who came today were very professional, polite, told me everything they were doing. They are a huge asset to your company. A huge thank you for a job very well done!

First Call Cleaning & Restoration did an awesome job cleaning our duct work. We had several vents that needed sealing, a line that needed installing as none existed and one replaced. The guys were very neat, efficient, and friendly through the whole process. They were very diligent at getting the work done within a timely manner and competently. We have been in our home for 22 years and First Call Cleaning & Restoration came and cleaned and treated our ducts, dryer lines, returns today and did an amazing job. Regina was great to work with as our point of contact and their team worked very hard. Their vacuum equipment far surpassed the duct cleaning companies we used in the passed and they went above and beyond by treating our home like they would their own. They made repairs as they came up with our approval and there were no surprise charges. I really enjoyed working with them...they were courteous, very knowledgeable and reliable. Daniel and Patrick did a very thorough job cleaning the air ducts. They had a very hard job since it is a crawl space but not one complaint.

These guys were awesome! They were promptly here at 8:30 AM and didn't finish until 5:30 PM. They did a great job cleaning all our ducts and were able to totally clean out a severely blocked dryer vent line.

Patrick and Sosa did a fantastic job doing mold remediation and crawl space encapsulation for me. Can't say enough good things about them. They were very timely and courteous. Rodney did a great job with the carpentry work. Overall a very positive experience.

First Call did a very thorough job cleaning my furnace runs. The two technicians worked all day in order to complete the task. They were very careful with my furnishings and put up with my annoying little barking dog! They cleaned up after themselves and when they left, my house was back to normal. I would highly recommend First Call.

My First Call experience was EXCELLENT. Two men arrived on time and began their work immediately. One man worked mostly inside the house and the other man worked mostly outside and in the crawl space. They had a plan and worked it well. I asked a few questions and they answered them all. Both were very friendly and courteous. After finishing all their work they vacuumed all the areas where they had worked and left my house spotless where they had worked. I can not say enough good things about First Call. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

First Watch did an excellent job and cleaning our ducts. Kenneth Clearly explained everything that would be done today. He and Cristobal And Patrick did a thorough job And went out of their way, not to disrupt the household. This was the third time I had the ducts cleaned Judging by the debris, I could hear being vacuumed out of the ducts, it was by far the Most professional and thorough cleaning we have ever had.

First Call Cleaning & Restoration was our first call when our home experienced water damage. We had a specialist here within 3 hrs of calling. They took there time to assess the damage done, talk to us about next steps and took immediate action to start the water restoration process. Once our restoration was complete, we were assigned Fred as a our Project Manager. Fred is the kindest human being and cares about the quality of work provided. We were also pleased with the level of communication and respectfulness we received. I would 100% recommend anyone contracting First Call for your home needs, they truly are a company that looks out for the consumer.

Very professional company and service. Team was great to work with and helped us resolve our mold issue in our house through inspection and duct cleaning. Also provided great recommendations of companies that worked outside of their scope. Would definitely recommend to anyone dealing with or suspecting mold in the home.

The entire project went very well. Everyone that was a part of the cleaning, repairs, installation, and managing all of the subcontractors were very helpful and patient. I had already seen pictures of the work done at a couple of other people’s homes and liked what I saw. They also made good recommendations for some other work that needed to be done also. We are very pleased and glad that we had the crawlspace encapsulated and repairs made.

Not only did they completely restore the badly damaged house of a relative of mine but they have remedied the humidity and outside plumbing problems in my 100-year-old house. If you want your HVAC system cleaned right, this is the company for you! By day I’m an engineer constantly focus on the detail, it was great seeing high quality work and not having to DIY. Worth every penny!

3 weeks before I was about to buy my new home, the pipe burst in the kitchen ceiling and it was demolished, along with laundry room and part of the garage ceiling. First Call was excellent with the service. I do have to comment it took forever. 7mos to be exact. That was frustrating. Uriah Queen was extremely helpful and always easy to talk to. He was always ready to listen when I had questions. Thank-you!!

Had a sewage backup in my home on a Saturday. Insurance lady told me to call someone Tuesday, so I did. They did not come out on the initial day they were supposed to come look at it or bring the air scrubber they were gonna start ahead of their team showing up, said it was a miscommunication. Then I was told the team would be at my home Friday morning, at 8:15am, I received a call telling me a job with “more priority” is where they sent “my team”, and they would be to my house on Tuesday. Meaning I would have to sit in a house that had raw sewage in it for a total of 10 days before they could get anyone who could do anything to my home. Hung up the phone, called Sasser Companies, and they had guys at my house in a little over an hour!

The people at First Call Cleaning were great to work with! Literally from my "first call" to them to the finished work. We were very satisfied with the quality of the work and the timely manner in which it was done.

Excellent service and a thorough cleaning. So much so that there is very little dust in our house. As a test, I deliberately did not dust my furniture for three weeks! And when I dusted after the three weeks, there was minimal dust on the swiffer. We feel that the quality of air in our home has greatly improved. I received excellent customer service throughout the cleanup of water damage and remodeling of the area affected. Fred, project manager was over the top helpful by always responding to my inquiries and notifying me of all aspects of project details, the arrival of all workers and making available contacts for the design.

Got a quote for about $1000 for duct cleaning and thought it sounded a little high until they came over and worked for a solid 6 hours using all kinds of large equipment. Definitely worth the money, you get what you pay for

I recently had a water damage on my new home! I immediately called first call and Jermy came out there the same day to look at my house! They were very responsive and took care of both my mitigation and repairs. Fred did amazing getting all my repairs done before my housewarming party!

We had a great experience with First Call and wholeheartedly recommend them. They inspected our home for mold (thankfully we didn't have any) and then did air duct cleaning. Great value for the amount of work and for how thorough and professional they were. They clean all equipment before each job, which a lot of cheaper companies do not to (thus bringing someone else's dust and dirt into your home!). 5 stars! We plan on using them again for regular duct cleaning. My husband and I are sleeping much better with cleaner air.

The gentlemen that came to do our duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning were on time, very professional and pleasant to talk with. They answered any of my questions and if they needed anything from me it was asked with respect. I would recommend this company.

The folks were a little late in the morning, but they more than made up for it with the thorough job they did on our HVAC system. The workers were courteous, and very professional. The company even followed up with detailed pictures of the service they had done, and before an after photos of the project. Josh was an excellent customer service rep, and handled all of my questions and concerns with solid knowledge and advice. We had a complete mess at my mom’s house. The toilet in the basement had backed up. The floor and toilet were a disaster. They came in and cleaned everything as if nothing had ever been a mess! The people were GREAT to work with. I felt so take care of! I would recommend this company 100%!

I had First Call clean all the HVAC ducts at a house that we just bought. When we moved in, we could see into the HVAC return and it was covered in thick build-up of grime and particles. I couldn't stand the thought of sharing my air with all this yuckiness so called First Call. This job took two days and I (who never take the time to write reviews) was amazed at the job they did. The First Call guys worked extremely hard, getting deep into every duct, despite having to spend nearly a full day in a very tiny hot and humid crawl space. I was home during this service and I could hear the compressors and vacuums getting every duct and certainly the "after" pictures showed the fantastic results. The staff was professional, hard-working, considerate and competent. I would absolutely call them again if any need arises. So impressed and grateful.

Crawl space cleanup, taking out old insulation, reinsulating, and installation of 10 mil vapor barrier were performed well and as quoted. We are happy with the service, the work, and the friendly customer support. Thank you.

Mold in a bedroom closet was removed & wall was painted. I was very impressed with the way everything was handled.

The original owner of our house had a poor quality plastic vapor barrier covering the ground in the crawl space. We noticed numerous signs of rodent and snake infestation as well as some water damage from a leaky gutter above.
A home inspector recommended First Call Cleaning and Restoration for remediation of the water damage and when Chris Lewis from First Call came to give an estimate we asked about encapsulating the crawl space, as well.
Chris gave us a thorough, detailed estimate of the proposed work and assured us that the renovated space would be completely enclosed and sealed off to outside critters and pests.
Foreman Ben Pacella and the work crew were on time each day and worked non-stop until the job was complete.
You wouldn't believe the difference in the space!

It went from a dark, dank wildlife haven to an immaculate, shiny, atmospherically-controlled room!

For a company that advertises themselves as a cleaning and restoration service they sure do a hell of an encapsulation!

First Call did a great job with our crawlspace encapsulation. The workers stayed on schedule and were good to deal with. They suggested things during the sales process that I could do myself to keep the cost down, which was very helpful. Cost ended up being about half of the quote from one of the big basement companies that does a lot of advertising.

Chris, Josh, and Fred were awesome! Their compassion and communication were top notch. Definitely recommend this company for repair/restoration needs!

I couldn’t speak more highly of First Call. What first seemed like an insurmountable project quickly became controlled and routine once it was in their hands. Our project manager Ben was very understanding and kept himself available the whole way through, and the whole crew committed to the job as diligently and carefully as if it were their own homes. I felt very comfortable knowing they were taking care of it, and I can’t emphasize enough everyone’s kindness— it makes a big difference. I highly recommend First Call to anyone that needs home restoration or duct work cleaning. They really will take care of you!

I wish I had taken First Call’s bad reviews here and on their BBB profile more seriously. I hired them when a tree fell on my house during a storm. They said they'd get me a written estimate within a day but they never did. When the work was done a few days later, I got two separate bills adding up to nearly 7k including charges for certain work that I didn't authorize, like removal of personal property that they still haven’t returned to me.

My insurance company said the charges were "excessive" and paid around 5k. First Call removed some of the charges, but are still pursuing the ~$500 difference from me. I’ve had to seek professional help with my claim due to all the headaches so hopefully it will get resolved soon enough. Overall, dealing with First Call has made an incredibly stressful time so much worse. Beware that First Call suffers from an unethical lack of transparency that might also be dishonest, exorbitant after-the-fact pricing, and opaque upcharges for every conceivable cost.

First Call Burlington NC is a conscientious and excellent company. We cannot say enough good about our experience with First Call Burlington, NC. Unfortunately, we suffered a large and damaging water event late one weekday afternoon. First Call was at our doorstep within 45 minutes of our call to them. After accessing the damage and explaining what would happed next, crews immediately were called out and the mitigation work began. During the mitigation all debris was removed immediately and our home was protected and kept clean by the crews. The mitigation project manager was excellent. He was onsite for all phases of the work and he emailed us with every update. We are grateful and comforted to know that this work was conducted professionally and with no surprises or unexpected delays.

I have desperately needed First Call for
water damage and mold more than once. They came immediately each time and did an excellent job. I would definitely use them again, although hope I never have to.

We take care of a lot of commercial buildings and Josh and his team are top notch. The have the equipment to get the job done and work around our customers schedules. We don't use any other company.

During a horrible time in our lives we put our trust and hope into first call. they beyond let us down! we were given a new project manager- who has since been fired. our home was estimated to take a month, we were in hotel for over 3 months. numerous times we tried to reach out to the owner to Express concerns and he was always unavailable. we went to the office to make payment; from our insurance as all this was covered and paid in full. the lady we spoke with acted as it was nothing wrong and even stated you all need to let the stuff with the project manager go. when we moved back in as we had hit our hotel expense limit things were still not done. I have emails were it appears the project manager is intoxicated or on something. mind you after 11pm. on top of this we had a child that was burned so badly he had to have surgery and graphs done. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

the only good thing I have to say is the contracted royal clean owned by vickie to do our moving and cleaning. she and her crew was amazing and worked harder than anyone else involved in this experience.

Had to have our garage completely redone due to an accident from clean up to Restoration they did a good job. Fred was really great if there was an issue Fred promptly had it resolved so I would definitely use them again if needed

We had First Call clean our home’s ductwork in January 2020. Our experience with the man who came and did the estimate (Chris) was great. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and did not pressure us at all, and it was nice that he gave us the estimate on the spot instead of sending it later. Then the two techs who did the work (Felipe & Cristobal) were EXCELLENT. They were efficient but also thorough, explained what they were doing and answered all our questions (no problems at all with speaking and understanding English), cleaned up well after the job, and even made us laugh a lot with the way they joked with each other. They were also very kind, and clearly cared about doing great work. And the free dryer vent cleaning that came with the job was a nice bonus. We would definitely use First Call again for any of the services they offer!

Excellent professional work completed. I am very happy knowing that my air ducts are CLEAN. I also had them clean my clothes dryer vent and so glad that I did. First the discovery that a previous workman in the house had moved the dryer and in doing this the dryer was disconnected to the vent. Fire hazard!!! First Call repaired this and cleaned the vent which was full.
