I've used this company and Mark Sanders for several years to clean my roof and protect it from moss and am always pleased with the job. But I also appreciate his knowledge and advice when it comes to the status of the roof, the gutters and vents. And he always cleans up. He's been in the business for a long time. Highly recommend.

Thirty-five year veteran Mark Sanders of First Aid Roof Care in Aumsville/South Salem removed the moss from the composition roof of my 5,400 square-foot house today and repaired some sagging gutters. What a difference!!! I would recommend Mark highly for all moss removal needs. He uses a patented shampooing apparatus invented in Maryland. The shampoo prevents moss growth for one year. There are only 250 shampooing machines like this in the world!!!

Mark has many years of experience and is very professional. When he came to provide a free estimate, he climbed on the roof to accurately inspect what was needed.

He provided cleaning and a few small repairs on vents. I highly recommend his services and would have him return in the future.

Met the owner Mark at one of the home improvement events and got his card. Called him and he came out the very next day and gave us a reasonable bid. Scheduled an appointment for about a month later (busy guy!) and he showed up first thing in the morning....did an amazing job....cleaned the entire site around the house, cleaned the gutters and checked all of the vents/skylights/etc for leaks or damage. Made sure the downspouts were clean and flowing as well. Super nice too, I highly recommend First Aid Roof Care and Mark.....hard to find a business this good these days.

We purchased a home with the intent of flipping after a couple of years. The roof was in desperate need of a cleaning so we called First Aid Roof Care and were pleasantly surprised to find out that this is a small family business. We were scheduled a bid, they came out the day of and actually within their window of time, gave us the bid and then called to schedule the job. They did make a mess but assured me they would clean it up and they did! While on the roof, Mark (owner), said that my shed was also covered in moss and tree branches and for a small additional charge he cleaned that for us as well. We are thankful for the fast and reliable service we received and have recommended to them to many friends in the area.
