Firehouse Roofing is a trustworthy company. After recent hailstorms, we connected with them for an inspection of our roof. We were surprised and pleased that we could have it inspected as soon as the next day. Andrew Helms was the rep who was assigned. He was very thorough and professional. He inspected the attic and roof while here, and thankfully, everything was okay. He even took a video while on the roof so that we could have a chance to see that everything is good. We didn’t need any work done this time, but I know who I will call if I need roofing work in the future.

After many quotes we chose firehouse based on our interactions with bradley. Bradley was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process.

I had obvious wind damage with evidence of hail impact on my roof and other parts of the house. After a couple less reputable contractors visited me, I called Firehouse Roofing for an evaluation. Zayne M visited me and offered me a thorough explanation of my roof’s condition. He described the work that was needed and answered my questions. The work was done on time and quickly. The team’s app was kinda cool as it kept me in the loop as the Roofing team did their job. I was a little surprised that nobody called me after the work was completed in order to follow-up with me. However, I was quite content. My roof job wasn’t super-extensive, but when I need more work- or possibly a new roof, I’m calling Firehouse Roofing.

I'm so glad I decided to get a second opinion from Firehouse Roofing. The appointment was scheduled quickly, and Alex arrived on time. He patiently listened to my concerns, understood what I was looking for, and began his inspection. Compared to the other roofers who inspected by drones or went up to the first story only, Alex thoroughly inspected both stories. The best part is that he had a POV camera recording his inspection and showing what he observed on the roof. Even better news was that my roof only had minor cosmetic damage and a few exposed nails, so it didn't require a full replacement, which another roofer had quoted for $16K! Alex even offered to come by in the next few weeks to cover the exposed nails at no cost. What a guy!

So yes, definitely make sure you have Firehouse Roofing come and take a look at your roof before you proceed with any repairs or replacements. It's rare to find a company with this level of professionalism and transparency.

I had recurring leaks and I contacted Firehouse roofing company for a roof inspection. Jake Arledge from Firehouse roofing came out and inspected our roof and he noticed even the minor issues that was cause for the leaks and also on the other areas. He took time to understand and explain the issue and he inspected throughly. Highly recommended and appreciate the thorough inspection Jake did.

Excellent indeed, I had several leaks in my roof so bad it was dripping through my light fixture in my master rest room.
Firehouse roofing agent Chris came out checked my attic showed me the damage done, I picked my colour, and waited. I thought the rains would never stop. Finally Doug and all the workers came out Secured my home for the new roof, in less than 8 hours, all the work was done, the clean up was like no one had been here. Oh so beautiful. I recommend Firehouse roofing for the great service, and I appreciate all Involved in the process.

Had a leak and a couple of other companies gave me a quote to just seal the damaged area. Jake Arledge from Firehouse was the only one that showed me a video and explained how they would actually fix it and not just patch it. I’m happy that I had Jake come out.

I tried Firehouse Roofing for an attic seal/repair job when we thought we had rats in the ceiling (we did not). Blake arrived on time and did a thorough evaluation. What I appreciated was the fact that while he found some very minor things, overall he recommended standing pat. The visit ended up being no charge and gave us peace of mind. We have a newer roof but I will certainly be reaching out to Blake and the team for any roofing or other needs; they were great at every step!

I Needed roof repair. Have used Firehouse Roofing in the past & love the honesty, results, staff. Project was subcontracted out to Angel Roofing, who did a great job. Mike, Project Manager, followed up with the final inspection to ensure the work was thorough & up to Firehouse standards. Mike also found a small shingle problem that they also fixed at no charge. Firehouse really takes care of their customers. I highly recommend this honest company for any roofing situation.

If I could give less I would I didn’t even hire these people millstone did once I saw that they had made a whole in my roof I asked about what they would do to fix the problem that Gage green had taken a picture of and lied about. then told he didn’t make. Was lied even further saying there is an animal in my attic space (Not true). Even thought I had been on the roof recently, Mark Latham (owner) then proceeds to lie even more saying there’s no way his technique was responsible. Mind you my roof is 5 years old was told it was not there responsible. Piss poor company

Update: Since these people left I have found one errant roofing nail in the landscaping in a matter of years. I’ve never seen a roofing crew quite as thorough on their cleaning, leaving NO evidence behind that a roofing job was just completed. They damaged my landscaping none, nor anything else for that matter, and did the work at record speed, and in a nutshell gave me a whole lot more than I was expecting considering the mess that’s generated when tearing off an old roof. Additionally, I’ve had no trouble with the roof, or had to ask them to return to correct anything. Admittedly I live in a simple house, and my roofing job was not complicated, or difficult. I can’t say enough good stuff about this company, and I’d recommend them to anybody.

My husband and I cannot say enough positive things about Firehouse Roofing! Needing a new roof and working through the process with insurance was never going to be a fun process, but Firehouse went above and beyond to make it as pleasant as possible. Bradley was patient, friendly, very informative, and supportive as we worked through the process and figured out what product and colors were best for our house. He took many calls and texts and was always happy to help walk us through next steps! Bradley even came by to check on the project when it was underway and make sure I was happy with everything. Christian organized the entire project and went out of his way to make the schedule work for our family and our painter. He was always calm, kind, patient, responsive, and informative- the best customer service a homeowner could wish for! He is an expert communicator who always set our minds at ease. Hunter and Diego led the roofing days, and they were both extremely respectful and careful not to damage our house, yard, and pool! We had just refinished our backyard pool, and it comes right up to the house. We were very worried debris or nails could ruin the new plaster, but Hunter and Diego were very well prepared. To protect the pool, they brought in giant tarps and covered the entire pool and hot tub. And during the roofing, Hunter and Diego were both positive and did an amazing job troubleshooting anything that came up. Their communication was above and beyond at every stage! Hunter managed the second day of roofing as well, and we appreciated have him here very much! Hunter listened and acknowledged any concerns or questions that we had, and he addressed them immediately. He sent photos of everything and educated us on the different types of flashing, ventilation, etc. He worked very well with the roofing team, and they were all impressive and hard working! It was also clear (and reassuring as a customer) that Bradley, Hunter, Diego, and Christian worked incredibly well together, communicated often, and had the same goals for high quality workmanship and happy customers. This company and the knowledge of their employers amazes me. Zayne Mendoza has been such a blessing to work with over these past couple weeks. Trying to go through the process of replacing your roof is so stressful but with firehouse roofing, I have never felt more prepared for something in my life. We had a couple holes in the corner of our house and Firehouse came out and replaced the gutters and the wood! We also had all of our caps replaced with their advanced rubber version to make sure moisture stays out! Skyler was great!

We used Firehouse Roofing for roof replacement from hail damage. Alex and Paul were great from start to finish. I was referred to Firehouse Roofing by Milestone because of an issue I was experiencing. There were quite a few things I was impressed with on this visit. First, Eric arrived at 10am, exactly the time I was given by the office. The first thing he did after introducing himself was to ask to see the problem I was experiencing. After checking on the inside of the house, he fully explained what he was going to check and how and why he would check those areas. He used analogies I could understand (I’m not a roofer so that was good) and checked to make sure I understood. After checking 4 places; inside, roof, and two places in the attic, he came to show me pictures of what he was seeing. Even though the issue was not the roof, he gave a full explanation of what he believed was wrong.

Eric was one of the most helpful people I’ve talked to and I really appreciate a company that values the customer’s time and experience with them. I definitely recommend Firehouse Roofing.

I was having a new HVAC system put in and Jake Dunaway stopped by to check and ensure that the HVAC was connected properly to the roof. While he was up there, he inspected my entire room and found two issues minor issues with two of my stacks which he promptly fixed (sealed and repainted) for free which was just lovely and much appreciated. THANK YOU! Jake had a lovely demeaner and was kind enough to answer some of my questions. He came in with booties, he was respectful of my “please knock quietly” sign for the babies’ naps (he didn’t know they were sent off to grandma’s house for the day) and was all around very pleasant!

I used Firehouse roofing in 2016 for hail damage and had a great experience, so I decided to call them in 2023 when we got hit with hail again. I had my insurance adjuster out prior to calling Firehouse so I could get the insurance claim rolling. Zayne with Firehouse came out and reviewed the adjuster’s report and performed a thorough inspection himself and found a few items missing from the insurance adjuster’s report. Zayne and his team communicated directly with my insurance to have the additional items covered. After we executed the contract, which Zayne explained and covered to my satisfaction, the Firehouse team had us scheduled within a week. Several days before install, a Firehouse rep called and went over what to expect on install day. When install day arrived, the install process went as explained on the call. The Firehouse install crew arrived and quickly went to work. Hunter with Firehouse met with me shortly after the crew started to inspect the attic for A/C lines that might be too close to the roof. Anyone in Texas should appreciate this inspection. A hole in an A/C line in August in Texas does not make your family happy. Our A/C lines were clear from the roof, so Hunter moved on to oversee the install. The Firehouse crew worked diligently all day in 100+ temps, and was mindful of the area around our house. They cleaned up any mess they made and swept the house perimeter and driveway with magnets, more than once, to pickup any loose nails. After the crew left, Hunter came back and swept the perimeter again, with a magnet, for items that the others may have missed. Zayne came by the following day and inspected the install and walked the house perimeter a third time to confirm all debris was cleaned up. The entire Firehouse team did a great job and I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs a roof and gutter replacement. Firehouse has exceeded my expectations twice now.

I just had Fire House Roofing come out for a hail damage consultation and just wanted to say how great my experoence was. Curtis was the one who I initially contacted at their call center and he was understanding of our situation and quick to get an appointment with one of his field team. Alex was the field rep, who showed up on time and was very professional. He took the extra care to put on his shoe covers when entering my house and did a thorough inspection by checking out attic and climbing on our roof while narrating a detailed video of what he was seeing up there. To our relief there was no major damage. If I needed my roof repaired I would have used these guys. Professional, prompt, no pressure sales tactics, just friendly service. Not very common anymore. It’s hard to find a roofing company that is trustworthy. Jake from Firehouse was professional and attentive. He went above and beyond to answer my questions during the inspection.

After the massive hail storm in February 2022, our roof was in need of replacement. I was very cautious as to which roofer to use due to the high number of bogus roofing companies in Texas.

A neighbor recommended Firehouse Roofing so we gave them a call for a consultation. We met with Alex Buchanan which was nothing but professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

Alex inspected our roof and confirmed it needed to be replaced. He showed us options and outlined, in detail, the process of replacing the roof on our house.

On the day of the replacement, the crew showed up on time and got right to work. The whole job took one day which included replacing our chimney. The crew were courteous, respectful and did an excellent job. I'm quite certain that after they finished, our yard was cleaner than when they arrived.

We could not be more pleased with Firehouse Roofing and Alex. They made the process easy and our house is well protected again.

Firehouse Roofing corporate did send the pictures that were taken during the roof installation, Which was nice, putting my mind at ease that things were done properly, and everything that was promised was completed. Haven’t even been home yet, but I’m confident and then the job that was done.

Firehouse did a great job on the roof replacement at our home. Curtis Vonfassan guided us through every phase of the project and smoothed the way to keep the cost low on a portion that was not an insured item (loss due to "wear and tear"). Hunter, the foreman on installation day, made sure we received a quality install while conserving materials in a smart way that resulted in a $700 credit on the aforementioned uninsurable item. We are delighted with the result and cannot recommend this company strongly enough. Every single person I dealt with was so professional and helpful. Look no further as you will not find any better company to handle your home improvement project.

I am very pleased with my experience using Firehouse Roofing and couldn't be happier with the new roof and ventilation!

I messaged Firehouse Roofing through their website to initially set up a roof inspection (for suspected leaks). They were quick to respond and dispatched Bradley Simpson for the inspection.

Brad knocked it out of the park from the beginning ! In fact, his thoroughness and professionalism during the initial roof/attic inspection is what made me choose Firehouse Roofing for this project. Brad's inspection included a video of his findings and it was obvious I needed to have the roof replaced. Brad took the time to go through his findings, discuss all of the roofing options, explained how the process worked, and was there every step of the way for when questions inevitably came up. He made the process as easy as possible every step of the way.

Firehouse Roofing did a great job on installation day and the project leader kept me informed throughout the day of progress (as I was WFH). They were efficient and did an excellent job cleaning / checking for job debris around the house.

We were referred to Alex B with Firehouse by family for a roof replacement after getting substantial hail damage and could not have been happier with the result. Alex was super friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive and the installation crew did a fantastic job. The previous roof put on by our house’s previous owners was done poorly and on the cheap, leaving multiple layers of synthetic barrier, so Firehouse had a few extra removal steps to ensure the new roof went on properly. Fortunately, they were great in dealing with our insurance and getting that additional material removal efforts covered. We ended up deciding to call Alex when we were ready to add insulation in our attic, so you could say we have full confidence in both Alex and Firehouse.

Went up on the roof a month ago to look at damage and noticed it was more extensive than I thought. I had used Firehouse roofing before and they did an excellent job, so I called them and asked them to inspect the rest, let me know what it would take to repair. Bradley came out looked everything over, and provided a video of the damage and an estimate to repair. They scheduled quickly, worked around the weather and completed the work within a week or two. As before their work is really high quality. Great work!
