Fire and Water did an emergency water flood at my house in Chelmsford MA, quick response, attention to detail, they extract all the water very quickly and set up other equipments to dry my in-law apartment very efficiently and professionally.
Very good job done by the team.

The crew did a great job cleaning up the water in our basement. However, when I told the project mgr that insurance was only covering $5,000 of the damage, he told me he would work with us on their price. Two days later I got the bill...$4,999.48. Seriously? When I called to question the price, I was told they would get back to me. They did not. My insurance company even told me that they charged us "after hour" rates. They were here mid day! I am very disappointed that I was told they would work with me and they did not.
