Great experience from start to finish! The inspector Christopher Prickett spent extra time explaining everything to me which I appreciated. Everything was done professionally in one day!

Findlay scammed me on a job they did 5 years ago. They told me I needed all new pipe boots on the roof, and they charged me for all 6-8 of them, plus install. Several roofers came up there, and told me I got shafted—they said Findlay just simply put a coat a black paint on the old ones, and caulked around them. I’m still dealing with leaks around those pipe boots today. They didn’t even do a good job with the caulking—this is the 4th or 5th time I’ve had to call repair companies to fix their jimmy rigged job—each leak was around a pipe boot not being sealed correctly.

Will was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable, efficient, and easy to work with. I’d highly recommend Will and Findlay Roofing to anyone needing gutter solutions.

Armando and he’s crew are absolutely amazing. They just put a new roof on our church. It’s beautiful. They worked so hard during to 100deg outside. At the walkthrough I could not find 1 single nail left behind. Armando communicated with us daily throughout the process and left no questions unanswered. GREAT JOB ARMANDO!!

Findlay Roofing, came to our home in back of another roofing company that stated we needed a new roof due to hail damage. Findlay Roofing, explained to us that our roof was fine. We did not need to replace it. However, they did take pictures with drones, and we do need to replace the ridge line, and our boots. This smaller scaled job saved us $$$ and prevented us from placing a claim with our homeowners insurance.

Nick was informative without being pushy and made the whole process stress free. He is an excellent representative of your company. Nick was here to give us an estimate for a new roof.

We had a fantastic experience with this roofing company and highly recommend their services. Trevor initially came out to inspect our roof for potential storm damage. He was prompt, professional, and provided an honest, thorough assessment. He also gave us a fair and reasonable estimate to install two attic exhaust fans to help regulate the temperature and to remove two unused DirecTV dishes.
On installation day, Miguel arrived right on time and was courteous, attentive, and very accommodating. He completed the job efficiently and with great attention to detail. The workmanship looks excellent, and the work area was left spotless. Lisa kept us informed with the schedule and provided all post installation documentation.

I had an excellent experience with all the Findley professionals. Mike Lanier inspected my roof thoroughly, including the attic to identify areas that needed attention. The quote Mike provided was detailed and reasonable. The installation team arrived as scheduled and was careful as they worked. The onsite supervisor kept me advised of their progress and expected completion time. I chose Findley, not because their estimate was the lowest, but because of their reputation. I was not disappointed.

After a recent hailstorm I had Findlay come out to assess my roof for free and they determined there was no hail damage (a relief!). They did find some areas that needed repair and got me on the calendar quickly. Everyone I dealt with was professional and prompt, especially Tawny in AR!. Findlay Roofing replaced our roof 2 years ago and did a great job. They also replaced our gutters and guards. Had an issue with one of the gutter guards recently. Chris Smith came out and fixed the problem. Chris was very professional and prompt. Highly recommend Findlay for roof replacement.

We had several roofing companies come out and take a look. Chase Fricke at Findlay stood out among the crowd very quickly. He allowed us to see the value in Findlay as a company while at the same time showing us why we actually needed a roof vs the others that just walked in and basically said you need a new one, we can do it. Findlay wasn't the cheapest but we felt great with our decision to use them after he showed us the value Findlay provides long term over other companies. We were even happier after they actually finished the install as they cleaned up so well we wouldn't have even known they were there other than the fresh looking roof. Thank you Findlay and Chase

I must say I rarely leave reviews however we had such a great experience with Chase Fricke and Findlay Roofing that I felt I should share. We had a feeling we probably needed a new roof but was hopeful for just a repair. Chase walked us through exactly what was going on with our roof by showing us pictures of the shingles and the rot that was in our attic. With Findlay's history we knew they would be around a long time to help should we encounter an issue in the future. We felt completely comfortable with Chase and went forward. The work was completed quickly and the clean up was amazing! I have not seen a single nail in my driveway as I had feared even after several rain storms since they finished. Thanks again Chase and Findlay!

Nick Banks, and everyone else at Findlay Roofing did a great job replacing my roof. The crew who did the installation worked all day to get it done and when they left, you would never have known they were there. It was a great experience!

Findlay roofing was an excellence experience end to end. Cole came out was very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with in diagnosing and solutioning how to fix issues on our roof caused by heavy winds from a series of storms. He did a thorough analysis on not just the present issue but evaluated the full roof to see if there were any other underlying issues which could result in more cost down the road if not addressed. Worth every penny now to save a dime down the road.

He was able to get a member of their crew out to resolve the issues in no time. Our serviceman was very punctual and detail oriented. He took his time to make sure the job was done with high quality and no short cuts were taken.

Well, the news that we need a new roof couldn’t have come from a nicer guy. Will showed us the issues in clear detail with photos he took as well as with photos from the drone. He also broke down the various options and pricing very clearly with pros and cons of each. No high pressure. Just the facts. Add in the Findlay reputation and we are very comfortable with our decision to use them for our roofing project.

Arrived on time and did a fabulous job. My Husband said it was "better than he could have done" and he was a general contractor for decades.

The folks at Findlay have agreed to fix the issue with my roof. Im happy to see people do the right thing.

I had Findlay Roofing put on a new roof 15 years ago. When I suspected a problem, I gave them a call and they came out the next day, Friday. I was able to get scheduled the following Monday morning and Raul showed up on time. He kept me informed during step of the process and cleaned up after the job was complete. Overall, Raul did a fantastic job and after the cleanup, you would not even know he was here. I would not hesitate to have him come back again if I ever needed him. Beyond five stars!!!!!

The crew did a very good job of cleaning up all the debris and using a magnetic rake to make sure the nails were not left in the ground.

This is the second time in 3 years I have hired Findlay for roof repairs. And just like the first time the service was on point. The crew that did the work(Tuna’sCrew)were on time and completed the repairs in a timely manner. They were very precise with the repairs and cleaned up around the house as if they were never here! Great experience at a time I needed a roofer the most. Had a tree limb put a softball sized hole in the roof which caused a waterfall from the kitchen ceiling. Contacted Findlay Roofing after hearing them talked about on Sports Radio 92.9 The Game. They were quick to reply, extremely courteous, and were great with communication. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and were on time. Chris found affected areas on the roof, took photos for me and quickly patched them up. He was very informative on what the next steps were in the repair process and left us feeling confident in our decision to call Findlay Roofing. Excellent service and communication. I needed to replace and repair the vent boots. Done expeditiously, fair pricing and no surprises. Office team and workmen kept me informed even if I simply called and left a vm- response was immediate to answer any inquiries.

Cole came to our home to give us an estimate on gutter replacement. His presentation was convincing and in great detail but no pressure. We would not hesitate to have him in our home again. His professional courtesy and the manner in which he represented Findlay was outstanding .

This is not the first time I had Findlay Roofing do work for me. As usual they were very punctual and completed a thorough job. I appreciate their service and will refer them to anyone else who is looking for a quality professional roofer.

This is not a review on the work but more so the approach of trying to get a sale. First off the guy was late. He came and did the inspection and went over it. Fine. Then he started pulling of all these graphs about average roof cost in my area. That’s when the BS started. He quoted me a price of $31,000(roof gutters, and a fan that I didn’t need)I told him that y’all came out in 2022 and the price was $13,500. He said well you know Covid and tariffs. I said well Covid was 5 years and ago and the last price was after Covid. Then he used the tariffs. Owens Coring is an American made product. . So….. then it went to $28,000. I told me and wife would talk about it. The next he called and I him we couldn’t commit that kind of money to a roof and gutters. Then the price went to $20,000. . Now I feeling disrespected. I got 3 quotes and all were half. I got my roof and gutters done (minus the unnecessary fan). Don’t let them tell you the price is high because of tariffs and Covid. Neither apply.

Findlay Roofing arrived as expected and measured my roof and chimney cap. My questions were answered and everything was done quickly and professionally.

Not different or better than any other roofer out there. Installation appears ok but did not live up to all the promises made by sales. Roofers put nails into window trim to hang tarps along house in an attempt to protect home. When asked project leader to fill holes with caulk or silicone they then got globs of it all over trim and I had to clean it up. Also crew put huge screws into hardy plank of my home to tether themselves. Broke 3 landscape lights, planter dolly, and ripped patio furniture cover. Some damage I caught on final walkthrough but some noticed the day after. They did list damage found during walkthrough but office did not ever attempt to reimburse for damage. Office did not return calls and salesperson was apologetic but never got any resolution through him either. Took three calls to get pictures of completed work however they did not email all the pictures that I saw on project mgrs phone. Very frustrating and disappointing experience after meeting with salesperson. If you use Findlay ensure you document everything. I had pictures but that never got resolution. Can not recommend Findlay roofing after my experience and dread having to use them for any warranty work since I’m sure it will be a similar experience.

To “the owner” that responded: you did not ever provide 45.00 credit and while yes only the 2 landscape lights were identified at the walk through and documented on your checklist by the onsite project mgr. Yes the plant caddy, additional hue light and patio furniture cover were identified after they left. Hence I am warning anyone that does business with you to document and document. Also Dennis and Devona are supposed working on this issue am I to assume their lack of response means your business has no intention on rectifying the damage. I also ask why you think the damage wasn’t your crew when they covered most with tarps that they walked on and must have stepped on them. You can call or email me anytime to discuss further rather than post falsehood about paying 45.00 in damages on this post.

Received check from Findlay for damages 8 weeks after installation.

Had a misunderstanding regarding repair to my roof due to wind damage. Once I discussed it with an agent of the company, they went above and beyond to make sure it was made right and I was completely satisfied

Revised review. Sometimes things become more clear over time.
Excellent coordination with the homeowner prior to and during the job. The entire crew was very courteous, hard working and highly attentive to all details. And the roof looks great. I highly recommend Jeffrey Escobar and his team and all the folks at Findley.

On the down side - I had a couple issues arise and made multiple calls requesting to speak with a manager. I could not get one to return my calls despite leaving several messages and also requesting support from staff I was able to reach by phone. I spoke to the finance person, Tawny, and she was extremely sympathetic and said she would pass on my concerns. I also spoke to a woman who, I believe, works in the general office named Nicole, who also listened and seemed genuinely caring. They both assured me I would get a response and I never did get the call I requested. One of the issues was the incredible number of roofing nails they failed to pick up and were all over the lawn and driveway. There were nails in the grass 30' from the house. I stopped counting at 300. I knew there would be some nails but not this many. I dragged a magnet for at least 3 hours, over and over. They ended up knocking $300 off the invoice "for my troubles". I appreciated that but money wasn't the issue. The exterior of the roof looks great and I hope it lasts but the rest of their business practice isn't so wonderful as you will see below.

...........A few months later. I noticed what turned out to be nail pops in one of my rooms so I called Findlay and they sent a tech out. He told me they were indeed nail pops and not covered by their warranty.....fully explained in the documents they gave me on the front end....I just didn't know what a nail pop looked like. While he was here, I asked him to check the attic. The crew had shot some nails through the new OSB board (1/2") and then through the original 1" planks, and left at least 3" of nail sticking into my attic everywhere. It's no longer safe to walk within 10' of the sides of the attic or you will get snared by a nail. Odd, there were no nails showing on the old roof which held up quite well for nearly 25 years. The tech indicated it was not done correctly but when I called the office to share that, they gave me some explanation about "we are 'required' to use a certain length nail". Ok, whatever. I just can't use much of my attic space. I've only installed 3 roofs in my life so I'm no expert but I sized my nails so they wouldn't stick out 3" into the attic.

Today, I went to wash and paint the fascia where they installed one section of new gutter. Guess what? There are quite a few rotted spots on the fascia and they didn't care, they just installed the gutter right over the rot without telling me. Now I have to pay someone to come out, take down the gutter, install a new fascia and reinstall the gutter.

I don't care how many great reviews this company gets......for the money, you can do better elsewhere. So very disappointed.
