Final Touch completed our once in a lifetime improvement of our 110 year old house with dedication and attention to detail. Jose respond to concerns and changes at all hours and with grace. The crew was on site ready to go each day at 8 and worked until 6. Our little craftsman home had a new roof in less than a week and new siding, windows and porches in 3 weeks. Everything was on budget including several additional scopes like interior trim and new plumbing for the hose bibbs. As new conditions were uncovered, Jose and the team had great recommendations for solving tricky transitions in the details. In the end the project is complete with low stress and a great feeling about the improvements and the Final Touch team that crafted them.

We have only good things to say about José and his team. They were all so friendly, professional and did quality work. José was great to communicate with and very patient with us and was quick to respond when we had questions. The workers were friendly and respectful and made sure to leave the outside our home clean and tidy at the end of each work day. Final Touch Construction is the epitome of what a construction company should be. The owner, Jose Lima-Ramos brings a skilled, cohesive, friendly crew to every job. We have called on Final Touch for 3 different jobs. The first time we called, we were in a crisis where we discovered extremely damaged siding. Jose came the same day we called to provide a bid to tear out old siding and reside two sides of our home. After comparing bids, he started 4 days later. He brought a team that was used to working collaboratively and in 3 days, 6-8 men tore out the old and installed the new siding. Shortly after, he brought on a whole other crew of skilled painters to paint our whole home. Most recently, we hired Final Touch to redo a large deck with composite decking. Each time that we’ve hired Final Touch we’ve been impressed with the superior skill of each man assigned, the collaborative teamwork, and the highly professional methodology and outcome of their work. Jose has built a great team and offers fair prices and a high standard of craftsmanship. Everyone of his team was skilled, respectful, and enjoyable to be around. Very pleased with the work done on my house. The attention to detail on the hardie siding and trim was very well done. Also, added the kick out flashing properly for my gutters.

I also had some other work that needed to be done that I asked about on the day of the windows being installed, they said no problem, got me a quote and picked up the supplies and installed them that day! Wow talk about service! I had some screens that needed to be done and I am on a budget, they worked with me on utilizing what they could from my existing screens and purchased only what they needed. My experience with Jose and Final Touch was great. Jose’s team resided our entire home from LP siding to Hardi. Jose and his team communicated throughout the process and provided excellent customer service and very competitive pricing. They cleaned up the job site every night before they left which is very important to me and my wife. Jose and team installed new James Hardie color plus siding on the exterior of our house. Both lap siding and shingles were used. They also did some ceiling panels and cedar siding. The quality was too notch. On time every day and worked late into the day to finish on time.

Mine was a larger project lasting about 3 weeks. The bud came in fast and was competitive. No surprise charges at the end. I highly recommend for any siding project.

Jose and his team were great. In construction and home renovation we've been told that you only get to choose 2 items of price, quality, and time-frame. In Final Touch Construction, we found all three! We obtained several quotes for replacing our old lap siding with lead paint on our 1947 garages with new fiber-cement siding. Final Touch was not only the lowest bid, they also were available to start the project in 1 weeks time, and they provided a high quality installation! I painted the siding myself, and I went over every inch of it prepping it for paint and I can tell you these guys did a great job. Trim lined up well, nails were set correctly, flashing details were good, and the caulk was neatly applied. I watched them work and they were very efficient. They had both garages stripped of siding in just a few hours, then got right on re-siding them, completing the project in just two days. We paid a 50% deposit and then the balance when the job was complete. The contract was simple, straightforward without a lot of fine print or unreasonable clauses. Thanks, Jose!
